We are looking for TWO new trustees who preferably have skills and experience in the following areas:
- Health and Safety
- AI
- Fundraising or grant applications
We would be keen to hear from anyone who is comfortable asking questions which will help us grow, has experience within the above areas, brings diverse insight and understanding to discussions.
Previous board experience is helpful, but not essential.
We will provide training and support to new Trustees to help understanding of the role.

We are Bees Abroad, working to enable communities to empower themselves, through sustainable beekeeping. Together with local beekeeper trainers and organisations we educate, guide, and mentor communities in local best practices in Beekeeping, business creation, and protecting the environment.
Whilst we are a small charity, we drive a lot of impact and have great ambition, funded by long-term supporters who are aligned with our work. We are looking for a Volunteer Grant Coordinator to support our current grant application cycles. This role prioritises managing and improving existing grant workflows, with scope to grow our grant funder base over time.
The role is well suited to someone who enjoys structured work, building systems, and working both solo and collaboratively with a small, impact-driven team. The individual will be working closely with our CEO and our Administrator.
Responsibilities:

- Turning photos, short quotes, and updates from walk leaders into posts (with guidance/templates)
- Light graphic creation using Canva (basic edits, resizing, adding text/branding)
- Replying to comments/messages in a friendly, on-brand way (or flagging anything sensitive)
