We also have our Wellbeing Hub which offers evidence-based, one-to-one therapy for children, young people, and families to improve their mental health, relationships, physical health, and engagement at school. New members of the team will be involved in contributing to the development and delivery of this service.
The role
You will be part of a small team that works collaboratively towards making a huge impact on the lives of the children and families we work with. We look for people who want to be part of a service that is innovative, creative and constantly striving to do better.
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our Assessment and Therapy Service. This vital role ensures smooth operations by managing scheduling, case tracking, document management, and communication with families and professionals. You will be a key point of contact for up to 30 active cases and work closely with internal teams and external agencies to facilitate high-quality service delivery.
You will be involved in the development of the service and your views, and insights are encouraged.
· Schedule and coordinate internal meetings and therapy consultations
· Provide administrative support for allocated assessment and therapy cases
· Maintain and update electronic records (Charms, SharePoint)
· Proofread, format, and distribute clinical reports and correspondence
· Liaise with families, therapists, Local Authorities, and partner agencies
· Assist with service costing, funding proposals, and contract tracking
· Assist in service evaluations, complaints management, and internal reporting
You will have regular informal guidance and formal supervision on a monthly basis. You will be part of the wider service of Family Futures and attend monthly Team Days to learn, share and develop the service and your practice.

About Women in Prison
Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities. Job Purpose:
Women in Prison’s South London Women’s Hubs provide support and advocacy to women at different points of the criminal justice system – whether they are at risk of offending, serving a community sentence, or in custody and leaving prison. The primary purpose of this role is to work with women in custody, including on remand, offering support to prepare for release and connect them with vital community support services prior to and on release from prison.
Key Responsibility Areas
- Provide high-quality, trauma-responsive advocacy one to one and group support in prison, to women on remand in HMP Bronzefield, HMP Downview and HMP Send
- Development and maintenance of professional relations in prison and the community

We are seeking an experienced IAA Immigration Advisor to join our friendly team. We need a qualified IAA Level 2 or Level 3 immigration advisor, or a solicitor/barrister with immigration experience. In this role, you will work with marginalised adults and families, guiding them through complex immigration journeys with compassion and professionalism. Thus, the qualified immigration advisor will play a critical role in helping people find hope and stability in the challenging environment of being a migrant in the UK.
You as the immigration advisor will take a holistic approach to supporting and empowering our service users/clients, working with the rest of the ICN team and partner organisations to ensure their needs are met and barriers addressed. Specifically, you will manage your own immigration caseload, concentrating on applications involving family, private life and other human rights matters as well as protection routes. Although ICN does not currently take on asylum cases, you will provide information, advice and referral to other organisations for people seeking asylum.

We are looking for two experienced support workers to support individuals and families under all relevant Government resettlement schemes (predominantly Afghan, but not limited to), who have been resettled in Bournemouth, Christchurch, Poole and Dorset. The case load for one of these roles will be primarily, but not exclusively based in Dorset (primarily Weymouth, Dorchester and Sherborne) and so travel to these locations will be a significant element of the role. The caseload for the other role will be primarily based in BCP, but travel to Dorset will still be expected. You will need a valid UK driving licence, your own reliable vehicle and to be a confident driver for this role.

This role is focused on providing advanced data analysis and strategic support to enhance the MS Society’s marketing, engagement, and fundraising efforts, with a focus on digital and content optimisation.
This role involves utilising advanced analytical techniques, managing complex data projects, and developing insightful reports and dashboards.
The role will work in close partnership with our Digital, Content, and Marketing teams, in leading data initiatives that improve data-driven decision-making and optimises engagement, marketing, and content across all channels.
You’ll also work closely with our Digital and Content team to evaluate and report on the performance of our website and donate funnel and develop and implement optimisation plans to drive engagement and increase conversions.
Additionally, this role provides mentorship and guidance to colleagues in the wider organisation, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and data excellence.
This role is responsible for:
- Analysing audience behaviour, campaign, channel, and content performance, and engagement trends to support decision-making. Using advanced techniques like predictive analytics to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Work closely with our Digital and Content team to support all our monthly, quarterly and campaign reporting and develop data analysis that align with our goals.
- Creating and maintain dashboards and reports, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Power BI to track and present analysis clearly to stakeholders.
- Maintain and optimise our digital analytics infrastructure. Design and implement tagging and tracking, trouble shoot or fix configuration issues and ensure accuracy of our tracking across all our analytics systems, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Guiding and mentor colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices in data analysis to enhance team capabilities.
- Ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data by conducting regular audits and supporting data cleansing efforts.

For this role we’re looking for:
- Experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles,

About the role

Amaze is a Sussex-based charity that supports families with children and young people with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND). Amaze’s fundraising is growing. We used to fundraise mainly through trusts and foundations. We still receive a large portion of our income from statutory funders (such as councils and the NHS). In the last 18 months we have begun work to increase our income from other sources. We are launching a big and exciting art-based fundraising project that will take place in autumn 2026. In this project we will work closely with artists, businesses, schools and members of the public. We are looking for a fundraiser to help us deliver the project, working within and alongside our fundraising and marketing team.
About the job
As our Community and Events Fundraiser, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks. You will help plan fundraising events, organise our presence at community activities, and support our wonderful volunteers. A big part of your job will be building strong relationships with schools and community groups, encouraging them to get involved and supporting them in their fundraising efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for organising events, liaising with schools, youth groups and artists, supporting volunteers and supporting community fundraisers. You will be within the Fundraising and Marketing team at Amaze, which currently has 4 members of staff, led by the Head of Fundraising and Marketing. You will be a mix of office and home-based, with some days at events and activities within Brighton & Hove.
