The role of the Head of DDaT Portfolio Delivery will have:

• Deep understanding of software development, IT infrastructure, DevOps, Agile, and Scrum practices, with experience in AI, ML, RPA, UX, design, end-user testing, and requirements gathering.

The service provides 24 hours supported accommodation for high needs mental health service users. It compromises of 11 units which offers higher levels of 
support in comparison to the wider supported living pathway. Service users at Teresa House may have treatment resistant mental health needs that are complicated by substance misuse, challenging behaviour including low level offending and long-term physical health conditions. All support is delivered in-line with the principles of trauma-informed recovery/empowerment/co-production.

As YoungMinds’ Senior Safeguarding Officer, you will play a key part in helping to promote the safety and wellbeing of everyone who comes into contact with YoungMinds – whether that’s via our Activist programme, our campaigns, individual and corporate fundraising, our Parents Helpline, social media, training and service design work or any of the charity’s other activities. About the role:

Respect is seeking two Helplines Advisors to provide support to male victims of domestic abuse on the Men’s Advice Line and perpetrators of domestic abuse on the Respect Phoneline.

You will support service users by phone, email and webchat, providing emotional support, practical advice, information on the available options, and signposting to other services. As well as work with male victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse in ways that support them to increase safety and reduce harm, as described in the Models of Work and relevant policies and procedures.

About you:

• An understanding of the nature of domestic abuse and its effects on victims, in particular male victims
• An understanding of the help-seeking barriers for male victims of domestic abuse 
• An understanding of the reasons why perpetrators use abusive behaviours towards partners in relationships 
• Experience of providing information, advice, and support by telephone, email and webchat in a helpline environment 
• A commitment to anti-discriminatory practice and an approach that centres survivors, in particular Black and minoritised survivors.
