The Role
Theirworld is seeking a proactive and collaborative Manager to support the development, delivery, and learning of education projects and innovation initiatives.
This role will work closely with the Director of Programmes and the wider Projects team to support the design and coordination of pilot projects that test bold, locally driven ideas across Theirworld’s three core pillars: Best Start in Life, A Safe Place to Learn, and Skills for the Future.
The ideal candidate will bring experience in project management and delivery, innovation support, and strong coordination skills. They will work with diverse stakeholders, including community-based organisations, youth leaders, education NGOs, and policy makers to identify promising solutions, facilitate Theirworld’s accelerator programme, and gather insights to inform our broader strategy. The postholder will also contribute to knowledge sharing, event coordination, and organisational learning, helping ensure that new ideas are captured, tested, and amplified.
Main Responsibilities
Project Management
• Lead the planning and delivery of pilot innovative education projects, both internal and external, ensuring alignment with Theirworld’s strategic pillars and cross-cutting vital areas (gender, inclusion, climate, health & nutrition, peace & security).
• Coordinate project timelines, grant delivery, budgeting, reporting cycles, and partner check ins to ensure successful implementation.
• Support the team and local delivery partners with testing and pivoting through ongoing feedback mechanisms to strengthen impact and learning.
• Ensure project documentation, monitoring frameworks, and learning processes are maintained to inform potential scale.
Innovation Management
• Manage the day-to-day coordination and delivery of Theirworld’s Education Innovation Awards, including recruitment, onboarding, programming, and follow up with winning teams.
• Support the development and implementation of innovation focused interventions, tools, and methodologies across programme areas.
• Support in the coordination of internal innovation and contribute to the identification and advancement of high-potential concepts.

Community Engagement and Collaboration

Cross-Team Contribution

Experience, Skills and Character
• 3–5 years’ experience in project and innovation management, education, or international development.

The Role
We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Digital Content & Communications Manager; a creative all-rounder who thrives on “doing,” not just talking strategy. You’ll have ownership of our digital content: crafting impactful videos, visuals, and copy for our social channels and websites, and creating engaging resources for marketing, learning and programme delivery. You’ll energise our digital platforms while continuously improving their effectiveness and reach.
This role is delivery-first: you’ll “own” the hands-on creation, scheduling, and optimisation of digital content. You’ll have input into what and when we share and will help shape digital plans, but the heart of the job is practical content production and sharing. Press and comms partnerships are supporting responsibilities, not the main focus.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Digital Content Creation & Delivery (Primary)
- Design, produce, and post engaging multimedia assets (video, graphics, infographics, stories) for social media, and our websites.

The Foundling Museum is transforming how digital systems underpin the foundations of this small but mighty Museum and charity. The position of Finance & CRM Administrator sits at the heart of this continued transition, following the successful implementation and migration to Shopify, Xero & Beacon CRM which began in 2023.
This new role is essential to the success of the Finance & Fundraising teams, in providing effective finance and CRM administration support. The Finance and CRM Administrator will support income generation activities including fundraising and venue hire, as well as playing a vital role in keeping the Museum’s accounting systems working effectively.
This includes processing all types of financial transactions on Xero and maintaining records on Beacon. You will work as a key part of both teams supporting the Museum’s strategy through the provision of high quality financial & other data, and the maintenance of the underlying systems.

Background
The Minster Centre is a registered charity based in Queens Park, London NW6 that trains psychotherapists and counsellors and provides an accessible therapy service. As an accredited higher education organisation, we provide in-person and online courses throughout the week and weekend. The Minster Centre provides a psychotherapy and counselling service to the local community and has a number of rooms that are hired out for therapy, training, and events.
The Reception Manager is a critical and central role at The Minster Centre, providing a welcoming service to students, room hirers, therapy clients and staff members that is efficient and aligned with The Minster Centre’s Ethos. As part of this role, you will provide first-line support to tutors and students as well as undertake administrative duties crucial to the running of the Centre. You will also provide support to other staff members where appropriate.
Job summary
The ideal candidate will have previous administration and front of house experience to help ensure that all building users (students, room hirers and clients) are welcomed, that the building is available and set up for training and therapy services, and that the building is closed and secured at the end of the day. Furthermore, they would be organised, have excellent IT skills and knowledge and, ideally, practice of using Zoom. They will have the ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure. In addition, they will be able to work autonomously on various tasks and work well in a team. This is a great opportunity for someone with relevant transferable skills to develop those skills further.
Duties and responsibilities
Oversee and manage the Reception Team
- Ensure Reception is always covered by organising a reception rota that covers absence, holidays, etc.
General management of Reception
- Receive and welcome visitors.
- Co-ordinate access to the building, opening and closing of the building.
- Respond appropriately to emergencies.
- Order stationary and other supplies as requested.
- Manage petty cash.
- Keep the reception area tidy.
- Ensure there are adequate supplies of daily refreshments and organise catering for specific events.
Event and training support
- Set up for events and assist with special or evening events when requested.
- Organise and keep track of First Aid and Fire Marshal trainings.
Administration
- Manage the room booking system, including the processing of invoice figures in communication with Finance Assistant/Credit Controller.
- Deal with room booking enquiries and bookings for events.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming telephone calls, and provide basic information when needed.
- Undertake data entry tasks, or similar, in quiet periods.
- Deal with customer queries or complaints politely and positively.
Facilities
- Work with the Facilities and Membership Manager to source and organise suppliers to meet the various facility needs of the building.
- Ensure that the building has adequate cleaning by working with the Facilities and Membership Manager in communication with Total Clean.
- Conduct daily spot checks of the building and report any significant problems to Facilities and Membership Manager.
- Undertake small repairs of damaged equipment or fixings.
IT support
- Field/triage general IT Support emails with the IT Team.
- Diagnose and resolve equipment issues on site.
- Support tutors and office staff with basic Office apps, Moodle, Zoom queries (support and training can be provided).
- Provide IT support for tutors facilitating Zoom teaching sessions including troubleshooting.
- Manage tutor Zoom accounts.
- Schedule Zoom sessions.
Student support and progression
- Ensure that students are enrolled on courses and set up on systems accurately.
- Manage the re-enrolment process between academic years.
- Oversee the recording of student progression.
- Liaise with and support the Operations Team in organising the annual Graduation event and ensuring all eligible students receive timely information.

We’re looking for a Fundraising Engagement Manager with great personality and team ethic to join our Regional Fundraising team.

The Philosophy Man delivers workshops and training to help schools embed philosophy, oracy and metacognition into their curriculum
P4HE provides online and in-person workshops in philosophy, debating, acting, writing and more, for home and mainstream educated children from 6 to 18. It also runs regular residential weekends in Kettering.
Our ambitions
Hidden Leaders currently works with 20 schools across London and the South East (and dozens more in our other organisations above). Word is spreading about us and we are growing in size, and we anticipate delivering even more sessions in schools in the coming years. And so we are looking to expand our small, trusted expert group of freelance facilitators to help us deliver this impact.

The Role
We’re looking for experienced, energetic and confident freelance facilitators to help us deliver our tried-and-tested activities — from team-building and orienteering to improv games, problem-solving challenges, debates, archery, and axe throwing. We don’t expect anyone to be experienced in all of these - every member of our team of freelancers has their own areas of expertise and choose to be deployed on particular activities that most suit their skills and experience.
You’ll be working with a diverse range of schools, from primary and prep schools, right through secondary to sixth forms, facilitating sessions to inspire teamwork, communication, resilience, and leadership.
You’ll always be working on a day under the guidance of one of our Founder Directors, Tom and Alex.
Important to know
We are looking for freelancers who may be available for work and who fit our ethos, values and activities to whom we can offer as and when it comes in.
We couldn’t do what we do without our core team of trusted freelancers. We look after those we work with by offering regular training and observation opportunities so they can expand their repertoire.
However, joining our pool of freelancers will not involve a fixed contract of employment or a guarantee of regular work. Our existing freelancers work with us anywhere between 3 - 15 days per/year. Such work offers very useful supplementary income alongside other roles at other organisations (or their own) rather than a core income. Our busiest times of year are:
September — where we deliver team building/bonding days for new year groups
May, June and July — where we deliver similar days but usually as part of school activity weeks
We anticipate further growth at these times, and also are looking to expand our offer to more indoor/lower cost days in the Autumn/Spring term. And to deliver these we will need more staff!

We need you to have…

Significant experience facilitating group activities with young people (e.g. classroom teaching, team-building, outdoor education, public-speaking training, drama/improv, youth work)

Confident communicator and able to deliver exceptionally engaging sessions to groups of up to 30 to all ages from KS2 to Sixth Form

Reliable, punctual, and comfortable arriving at a school to help us set up at 8am, and be packing down with us afterwards

A big sense of fun and joy in what you do - we don’t do dry

The ability to relate to young people in a way that isn’t “teacherly” but at the same time firm and in-command

Strong situational awareness and ability to manage group safety effectively

Main Purpose of the Role
Khulisa, meaning 'nurture' in the Zulu language of South Africa, is an award-winning charity dedicated to providing therapeutic support to young people. We focus on reaching those who are most at risk – young people from deprived communities who are often marginalized, vulnerable to exclusion, and at heightened risk of becoming involved in crime. Our approach centres on safe, exploratory methods that aim to understand behaviour and experiences often rooted in trauma, abuse, and neglect. We deliver intensive therapeutic programs within educational and community settings, empowering young people to confront the underlying causes of their emotional distress and work toward healing. To create lasting, sustainable change, we work to establish trauma-informed environments around young people by equipping parents, caregivers, educators, and other professionals with the tools they need to offer effective, supportive care. Currently, our services are active in London and Manchester.
As the post holder you will be responsible for delivering our front-line work to young people, parents and other adults (professionals). You will work in schools and in community settings across London to generate impact for young people using Khulisa’s trauma-informed approach. This role requires an enhanced DBS check.
The post holder will be required to work from home permanently but be willing and able to easily travel regularly to various locations in London as necessary to fulfil the requirements of the role, to deliver aspects of the programme, and to engage with other stakeholders and colleagues.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Programme Delivery:
· Facilitate the delivery of sessions in our flagship Face It programme and modular workshops to young people, our Nurturing Connections programme for parents and carers, and our trauma training for professionals.
· Facilitate delivery to a high standard in all settings (schools, youth services, and community spaces), ensuring that you are always taking a trauma informed approach.
· Facilitate various youth participation workshops, co-delivering with young people as much as practicable.
· Respond to any questions, disclosures or safeguarding concerns raised during sessions and follow up where necessary with the relevant safeguarding teams or, where consent is secured, make onward referrals for additional support in specific cases.
· Contribute to the continuous development of all aspects of the programmes, sharing new ideas and using best practice.
· Participate in the periodic review and updating of programme contents and/or development of new materials with relevant colleagues, ensuring that materials used across the team are always uniform and consistent.
· Maintain accurate records of programme activities, including record of input, output, and impact as well as demographics data, and support relevant colleagues in ensuring effective monitoring and periodic evaluation and reporting of impact generated.
· Manage relevant budgets and ensure a value for money approach to all expenditure, making sure to keep within budget.
Programme Coordination:
· Take direct responsibility for logistics of individual programme delivery or activity, including scheduling, resourcing, staffing, and liaising with schools and other partners to ensure effective delivery.
· Work with colleagues in Impact and Evidence team to provide programme data as required to effectively demonstrate impact generated through your delivery.
· Where possible during delivery, generate multi-media content for the use of colleagues in communications to use in updating the Khulisa website and for social media.
Stakeholder Management:
· Support the Programmes & Participation Manager in the building and maintenance of strong relationships with delivery partners - schools, community organisations, and other important stakeholders.
· Contribute to any work to use learning from delivery activities to redesign existing programmes and/or develop new pieces of work as required.
· If required, represent Khulisa at events, meetings, and conferences as required etc.
· Support the onboarding and training of Associate Facilitators and volunteers as necessary.
· When required, support the onboarding and training of other permanent programme staff.
Additional Duties and Responsibilities
· Objectively review the successes and achievements of each delivery session facilitated against programme or activity objectives, identifying and implementing opportunities for making ongoing improvements.
· To actively deliver all elements of the Khulisa programme, including work with adults and Khulisa’s Young Influencers.
· Depending on experience and qualifications, to be receptive to any other duties as required by the line manager and in line with the needs of Khulisa.
· To develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and other professionals, and to participate in team meetings.
· To participate in personal supervision in accordance with Khulisa’s supervision and performance appraisal policy and attend agreed training as relevant.
· At all times to carry out the responsibilities of the post in a manner consistent with promoting equalities and diversity and demonstrate respect for colleagues and Khulisa’s aims and values.
· To maintain an awareness of own and others’ health and safety and comply with Khulisa’s Health and Safety policies and procedures.
· Occasional evenings and weekend (events) may be involved with time off in lieu agreed.
XLP is a vibrant youth work charity dedicated to shaping bright futures for young people. Leading the charge against poverty and educational failure in inner London, we offer holistic, long-term support to 11 to 25 year olds in both schools and communities.
We’re looking for a People and Culture Partner who will be a generalist with prior experience of working in a mid to senior level HR capacity. You’ll be responsible for the effective provision of comprehensive HR services for XLP, develop highly effective relationships across the team, maintaining a real understanding of their challenges and opportunities. You’ll partner with Line Managers on a range of HR duties encompassing the entire employee life cycle, including implementing an HR software platform and reporting, employee relations case work, safer recruitment, onboarding and offboarding, staff training and development and more.
You’ll ensure we recruit and retain excellent staff to ensure we’re giving our best for young people. You’ll be happy to manage all aspects of HR and the employee lifecycle, and not be afraid to work autonomously and get stuck in.
