In this role, you will be an integral member of the Events and Community Fundraising Team. You will work closely with a team of field-based colleagues providing support, ensuring the growth of income and development of long-term relationships with supporters.
Your responsibilities will include supporting the Community Fundraising team, with administration as well promoting fundraising products and campaigns, providing an inspiring supporter journey to our fundraisers, and handling and reporting on data.
You will have the opportunity to learn community fundraising skills, multi-channel marketing and supporter journey techniques as well as developing strong admin processes which support the growth of income across the team.
In this role, you will need to be self-motivated and adaptable to the needs of a fast-moving team and workload. Autonomy and creativity will be vital. As the face of the charity, building strong relationships with colleagues and supporters will be essential, as you collaborate with different teams and stakeholders.
You will be responsible for providing a fulfilling and memorable experience to valued supporters. Travel within the region will be required to meet with our supporters, the wider team and assist at events throughout the year (this may include some evenings and weekends).
Main tasks and responsibilities
1. Fundraising Support
· Check current platforms to collate daily registrations and assign to appropriate region
· Manage Facebook donation report through GivePanel
· Monitor Community Fundraising email inbox, contact supporters and fulfil fundraising pack requests
· Assist with the regional running portfolio and steward runners
· Answer and respond to enquiries on the fundraising hotline
· Assist the community fundraising team with admin, marketing, and stewardship
· Manage our offline fundraising materials through our fulfilment partner, ordering replacement materials when needed
· Contribute content for regional social media
· Ensure all fundraising activities operate within best practice, regulatory guidelines and comply with health and safety requirements
· Act as a champion for fundraising compliance across the organisation, including ensuring adherence to the Fundraising Regulator’s Code of Fundraising Practice, the General Data Protection Act and other relevant legislative requirements.

In this fixed-term role, you will support the Direct Marketing Manager - Loyalty to manage the donor loyalty programme. You will develop and manage existing and new supporter communication programmes growing loyalty in our supporter base. The aim is to maximise the value of our long-term relationships with individual supporters.
This role is a varied one, with superb development opportunities. As part of a small team, you will be responsible for the print-based communications we send to our supporters but also email production with the view of developing the loyalty digital journey. Furthermore, you'll contribute to the development of our legacy and in memory activities, and high value offer. You'll also have the opportunity to support the supporter acquisition team on projects to gain new donors. Consequently, the role gives you the opportunity to grow your experience in supporter acquisition, as well as loyalty. And you will play a key part in delivering emergency appeals - when the work that you do will have a direct impact in saving older people's lives during a crisis.
As we continue to develop our Individual Giving strategy, you will have the chance to be involved in new initiatives and communications.
We offer hybrid working, with a minimum of one day a week in our London office - One America Square (EC3N 2LB) and the last Thursday of the month in the London office. Please note that our core working days are Tuesdays and Thursdays. Travel costs to the London office are not covered by the charity.

You’ll play a central role in welcoming new families, assessing their needs, and providing tailored support through peer groups, events, and one-to-one engagement. This includes planning and delivering seasonal events on site or at local hubs, coordinating volunteer support, and occasionally visiting hospitals or homes during times of crisis. FearFree delivers services across the Southwest for victims, children and perpetrators of domestic abuse, sexual violence and stalking, with the aim to break the cycle of abuse and support all to live free from fear. We provide trauma responsive support, and this post will be fundamental to ensuring service users, stakeholders and partners experience this in our daily delivery.
Working within experienced and committed teams, the Behaviour Change Worker will deliver trauma responsive interventions including one to one support and group work to prevent harm.
FearFree is committed to flexible and hybrid working and this role will be a mix of home based and office based, alongside requiring travel for multi-agency meetings and other deliverables.
There is a requirement for evening working – approximately once per week to deliver group work interventions. There may be a requirement to work weekends.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete specialist risk assessments according to service guidelines and Respect standards, alongside developing personalised safety and support plans for programme participants.
- Deliver one to one specialist behaviour change interventions for people with vulnerabilities, complex or multiple needs and those who require additional support to access our services.
- Co-facilitate short term and long-term group work, providing a Respect accredited DVPP (Domestic Violence Perpetrator Programme) programme.
- Promote the service externally and ensure our interventions are accessible.

Oasis is looking for someone who can combine an entrepreneurial flair and excellent leadership skills to become the next Community Hub Leader at Woodview, Birmingham.
The post holder will lead the development of the Hub, situated on the periphery of central Birmingham, serving the community of the Woodview estate, supporting the Oasis Academy and wider local community. The role will hold the vision of integrated community delivery, which will include a range of projects such as family support, volunteering, advice and support, community events.
This is a key role as you will be responsible for strategic oversight of the hub charity, ensuring the youth and community work supports the work of the academy, working alongside other local Oasis leaders such as the Principal, volunteers and members of the local community to develop a joined up local vision for the community.

Senior Administrator Officer
Location: Based at one of our Centre 33 Hubs (Ely, Cambridge, Huntingdon, Peterborough, Wisbech) with regular travel across all 5 hubs.
Salary: £28,000 to £31,000
Hours: 30/35 hours per week, working predominately within our core opening hours (10am to 6pm) with some evening/saturday working on a rota.
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Senior Administrator Officer to work within the Central Service Delivery team. Centre 33 is a well-respected charity based in five Hubs in Cambridgeshire and is well known for providing support to young people.
The purpose of this role is to support and lead a team of Service Delivery Administrators to ensure that every young person receives the service they deserve when contacting us. This includes smooth, friction-free processes, warm and useful communications and coordinated teamwork. Additionally, to ensure that the Service Delivery Leadership Team receives administration support via inbox/diary/rota management, effective systems, and general support to enable them to lead an effective and productive team of counsellors and project workers.
This role will work to Centre 33's values of being young people led, collaborative, inclusive and striving for excellence. You will also be an exemplar of our relevant polices, compliance and standards to help build a team culture.

IPSEA (Independent Provider of Special Education Advice) is a national charity providing free and independent legally-based information, advice, and casework support to help children and young people with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND) get the education they are entitled to by law. We also deliver training to parents, carers, and professionals to improve understanding of the SEND legal framework.
With the Government expected to publish a White Paper that could significantly alter the SEND legal landscape, IPSEA is undertaking two major campaigns: one to protect existing legal rights, and another to make SEN Support a legal requirement.
IPSEA is co-leading the Save Our Children’s Rights (SOCR) campaign alongside Special Needs Jungle, Learning Disability Today, SEND National Crisis, SOS!SEN, SEND Rights Alliance and others committed to defending children's rights. This campaign was launched in response to reports that the government is considering reforms that could weaken the legal rights of children and young people with SEND; particularly the right to an Education, Health and Care (EHC) plan in mainstream schools. It calls on the Government to retain the current legal framework, ensure the SEND system is properly funded and accountable, and avoid any rollback of statutory protections.
In parallel, IPSEA is working in partnership with the charity Contact to advocate for placing SEN Support on a statutory footing. Currently, schools have limited legal obligations to support pupils with SEN who do not have an EHC plan.
This campaign seeks to establish stronger, enforceable duties on schools to provide SEN support, alongside increased investment, so that more children can have their needs met without requiring an EHC plan
Consequently, we are seeking an experienced and strategic Campaigns Manager to coordinate this work - working with our IPSEA teams, amplifying our voice, and supporting our fundraising efforts during this critical period. The Campaigns Manager will play a key role in driving forward this initiative, engaging stakeholders, mobilising public support, and influencing policy outcomes.
Who are we looking for?
You’ll need substantial experience in planning and delivering successful high-profile campaigns, managing campaign budgets and evaluating impact. With strong project management skills, you’ll be able to manage competing priorities and meet tight deadlines. You’ll also have an in-depth understanding of public affairs, media relations and/or fundraising campaigns in the charity or not-for-profit sector. Using digital tools and platforms for campaigning and supporter engagement, you’ll be able to translate complex issues into accessible messages.
IPSEA should also reflect the communities we support. We would particularly like to hear from candidates from ethnic minority backgrounds, LGBTQIA+ people, under-served communities and disabled people, as well as those with lived experience of the SEND system, either as a child or as a parent/carer.

This role will enable you to make a real difference to nature’s recovery and to be part of our vision to get 1 in 4 schools taking action for wildlife by 2030.
We have been running a school service for over 30 years engaging young people with the outdoors. We meet with between 2,000 – 3,000 young people, predominantly from primary schools, every year at Lower Smite through our popular outdoor school trips covering key elements of the science curriculum. Everything we do is fun, interactive and hands-on. We embed nature connection pathways into our programmes with a focus on creative and artistic practice. This includes our creative science sessions where we explore classification and evolution through collage and printing.
The role will be focusing on progressing our work around the natural learning journey, develop a model to move schools through the journey and track their progress. At the heart of this is overseeing and helping to deliver core elements of our school offer and working with the Wilder Schools Team and our school partners to develop new programmes and workshops.
