The Alumni Engagement Manager is a key role dedicated to nurturing lifelong relationships between the School and its global alumni and parent(s) of alumni community. By leading meaningful engagement, communications, and events, the role supports strategic initiatives that build a strong sense of community and encourage ongoing philanthropic support.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:
Engagement and events:

Execute a successful series of annual alumni and parents of alumni events locally and in the US, ensuring robust attendance, and driving successful event-based fundraisers when applicable

Plan and support annual milestone reunions

Schedule and host alumni tours and visits to the campus

Actively facilitate meaningful networking and connection opportunities among current students, employees, and alumni, including alumni-to-alumni engagement

Oversee the alumni and Grade 12 mentor program with the Office of Student Advising

Manage the onboarding of the graduating Grade 12 class into the alumni network throughout the students’ final year at ASL, with event engagement and a fundraising appeal, in partnership with the high school leadership team

Coordinate with the Director of Development and Giving Manager to annually promote fundraising appeals and giving challenges at alumni events and in alumni communications
Communications:

Execute alumni communications in coordination with the Director of Development and the Communications team

Write, design, and publish a monthly alumni newsletter, London Calling
-
Research, meet, and conduct interviews with alumni of note in order to write monthly in-depth feature stories in London Calling

Serve as lead on alumni networking software (ASLConnects, a Graduway site)

Develop alumni content for ASL social media and online alumni platforms.

Partner with the Giving Manager to drive success and class engagement during Grade 12 class gift campaign drive each year

Monitor and provide updates for alumni web pages

Assist with copywriting for alumni fundraising around the Annual Fund and other fundraising initiatives as requested by the Director of Development

Work with the Web Editor to ensure that alumni pages of ASL website are up-to-date, relevant, and compelling
Additional responsibilities:

Design and occasionally send mass broadcast emails and invitations related to alumni and/or parents of alumni, in coordination with the Director of Development

In partnership with the Communications team, build monthly London Calling features on ASL (a Finalsite website), including news stories, in memoriam notes, and class notes

Handle daily alumni inbox communications, including processing web login and alumni portal access requests

Manage the Eagle mascot volunteers, and select student-facing events
-
Photograph alumni and parents of alumni groups and events
-
As requested, provide occasional copywriting and copy editing support to the rest of the Development team, including non–alumni specific projects

Perform any other duties within the scope, spirit, and purpose of the job, including occasional weekend and evening hours for event coverage
Essential qualifications/experience:

A proven track record of event planning experience with high attention to detail, time management, budget oversight, specific management knowledge of AV and decor, and handling multiple event projects simultaneously

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, highly organized and a problem-solver, positive and friendly, strong people management and interpersonal skills

The team is led by Chris Targett RCDP, who alongside his work at CXK, is the current Chair of the Careers Writers Association and co-author of the recently released Career Development and Inclusive Practice book, published by Trotman Publishing in partnership with the CDI.

The Role
The Careers Adviser will travel across East Sussex Regions to a broad range of school and college settings, delivering creative and inclusive Personal Careers Guidance, as well as assemblies and drop-in sessions as required.
Each student and each learning environment will be unique, so the opportunity lends itself well to candidates who enjoy traveling and working in varied locations, meeting people from diverse backgrounds, and educating people of all abilities.
You will routinely liaise with Careers Leaders and senior school/ college staff to arrange and deliver activities for students during the school day. Whilst most delivery will take place between 8:30am and 4pm, travel before and after these times will be required and occasional attendance at parents’ and options evenings will also be required, but you will be given time off in lieu where this is applicable.
We would require you to work five days-a-week, term time only, with a pro rata holiday entitlement. If you would prefer part-time only employment (minimum of three days a week), this can be negotiated.

- A willingness to deliver activities during school timetables; occasional evening events rebalanced via “time off in lieu.”

- Adept at juggling activities and travel, emails and routine project admin; balancing school site work with homebased preparation and admin

Safe to Learn is a newly established network of teachers, parents, researchers, policymakers, young people and child safeguarding practitioners, working together to end antisemitism in UK schools. We co-produce evidence-based child safeguarding resources, tools and standards to address antisemitism and improve the school environment for all children, educators and support staff.
Safe to Learn is seeking a graphic designer to build on the work in progress by providing engaging print and web design in line with our brand guidelines for all assets, including printed and digital resources, such as emails, leaflets, web banners, landing pages and advertising banners for the website and online marketing and dissemination campaigns.
Responsibilities
1. Work collaboratively with the KCS Communications team to ensure all designed elements and communications have a consistent look and feel in line with existing style guides.
2. Work collaboratively with external partners and agencies.
3. Ensure all designed digital-based or printed communications are consistent with the brand guidelines.
4. Receive briefs from members of the KCS team and agree achievable deadlines.
5. Manage workload and prioritise briefs in line with agreed deadlines advising of any potential slippage.
6. Ensure designs meet the brief prior to handover for sign off.
7. Progress to final design following amends and final sign-off in agreed format (s) or implementation online where appropriate.
8. Provide support and cover for other design colleagues.

The Health Advocate Educator will support healthcare teams to identify domestic abuse at an early stage and ensure appropriate responses and referral pathways are offered to female, male and non-binary survivors of domestic violence and abuse. We are seeking a highly organised Programmes Coordinator to support the smooth delivery of music education and teacher training programmes across London and nationally.

About the Role
Working within a proactive and collaborative Programmes Team, you will play a central role in coordinating Schools and Educator Development Programmes.

About the role
Over the last two consecutive financial years, we have raised approximately £1 million each year – primarily through trusts and foundations, corporate donors, and individual supporters. As the successful candidate, you and the team you lead will play a pivotal role in maintaining this level of fundraising success, ensuring our vital work with young people continues to flourish. This role will involve:
- Reviewing and evaluating our funder qualification processes to ensure donors align with our values and meet our ethical standards.

Being the sole member of the comms team in our fast paced charity, you will need to be an organised, pro-active team player able to respond willingly, flexibly and positively to unexpected changes or demands.
Specifically, you will identify, write, edit, co-ordinate and publish content across various channels, including EECF’s website, social media, newsletters and print. Main duties and responsibilities:
Communications
Support the Chief Executive with the delivery of EECF’s communications strategy, to include:
