Role Overview

• Experience co-ordinating, planning and running multi-touch, concurrent email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp, HubSpot, GMass or similar)

• Excellent organisational and project management skills; comfortable juggling multiple deadlines

About the role:

This is a home based role that will include travel across England and Wales when delivering training. You will be working within a specific project that delivers learning externally to other organisations outside of VS. As an External Trainer you will:

Hours:                37.5 hours per week 

Grade:                     Point 32-34 £35,614- £37,489 (a London Allowance will be applied to employees who live in London, plus 6% employer’s pension, subject to a minimum 2% contribution by the employee)

Contract:                  Fixed term until 31st March 2026, with potential 12-month extension to March 2027 pending funding confirmation

 About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Officer to support across the Drive Partnership. This role is critical to ensure robust project management processes, reporting and cross-team communication. You will be working closely with the Drive Practice Team and PCC areas where Drive is being delivered.  

 About you: 

1. Proven experience in project coordination or PMO functions in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment
2. Experience coordinating reporting cycles, templates, and compliance processes
3. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple workflows and deadlines simultaneously
4. Knowledge/ understanding of public sector or non-profit delivery models, particularly in criminal justice or domestic abuse sectors (desirable)

About the Role

Are you someone who is passionate about seeing positive change in our world? Can you bring knowledge and creativity in designing innovative and effective peacebuilding programmes?

We are looking for someone to support our programmes and institutional fundraising with excellent writing skills, who is passionate about addressing the root causes of and inequalities caused by conflict. You will be someone passionate about the work Cord does and who can bring technical institutional funding expertise alongside peacebuilding knowledge to our small and committed team.

In this role you will lead the development of new programmes and institutional funding bids in line with Cord’s peacebuilding approach and 5 main programme areas. You will manage proposal submissions to Cord's key donors such as the EU, US State Department, GIZ, SDC, UN Peacebuilding Fund etc. You will be working closely with country teams to design and write proposals based on strong project designs developed in partnership with our local partners.

The role will also operate at a strategic level by managing Cord’s relationships with key donors and shaping how Cord communicates about its programmes and the added-value that Cord brings.

This is a UK based remote role and applicants must have the right to work in the UK and the ability to travel to Coventry for team meetings. 

We help EU citizens, who made a home in the UK, to secure their immigration status under the EU Settlement Scheme, and retain their rights to live, work, travel and thrive following the upheavals of Brexit.

We seek an experienced, proactive adviser to provide expert advice remotely to EU citizens across the UK with occasional face-to-face advice sessions and meetings.

You will hold IAA Level 1 or 2 accreditation and you will be able to manage volunteers to help with service delivery. 

The role also involves preparing short, simple, written guidance on changes to Home Office policies.

Ability to speak another European language is essential. Due to current demand, Italian is preferred.

The role is responsible for ensuring the charity operates within a robust governance framework and complies with all relevant statutory, regulatory, and internal requirements. This role requires the ability to operate, and pivot, between subject matter expert, strategic partner, advisor and team member - with hands-on delivery, supporting the Board of Trustees, senior leadership, and staff to embed a culture of good governance, risk awareness, and ethical practice across the charity.

The role line manages a small team (including two administrative assistants), and oversees the use of external experts to provide advice.
