Working closely with senior staff, frontline colleagues and external partners, the postholder will design and contribute to research projects, gather and analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and produce clear, well-structured outputs including reports, policy briefings and presentations. They will be supported to develop their research skills and will be encouraged to bring creativity and rigour to exploring the structural inequalities that shape the lives of the women SBS supports.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Fundraiser to join our friendly team. We seek someone who feels passionately about our mission, to help us to drive income and ensure Success Club can continue to change lives, by building strong engagement with our donors and fundraisers. You will build on our past successes by managing existing relationships with, and making new grant-applications to Trusts and Foundations. We are a small core team and ideas are welcomed! As Fundraiser, you’ll be the first point of contact for all inbound fundraising enquiries—whether by email, phone or at in-person events. You will nurture relationships with our existing individual and corporate supporters and identify and cultivate prospective donors.

You’ll be proactive and organised, passionate about delivering outstanding supporter experiences, and will have a strong understanding of the charity sector. Familiarity with fundraising databases or CRMs is also a plus.

The role will involve representing Success Club at occasional meetings and events, where you’ll be well supported by our existing team of Trustees and the CEO & Business and Operations Manager. • Lead the development and delivery of a long-term Legacy Marketing Strategy to grow income from gifts in wills and in-memory giving.

The Head of Safeguarding is a senior leadership role within the organisation, responsible for driving safer cultures and safeguarding strategies across the organisation.

The Communications Officer is a new role, supporting our neighbourhood to national strategy. You'll report to our Head of Communications, providing essential communications work to enable cross-sector collaboration in and between Combined Authorities, as well as working on national campaigns.

Key responsibilities include securing local, regional and national press coverage, creating and managing digital content, and planning communication strategies to reach target audiences. You'll also research and produce high-quality case studies and impact stories that showcases the outcomes of this work.

Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week): usual working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00. Flexibility to support training, conferences and events outside of these hours required

Location: Hybrid (a mixture of home/onsite working): staff are working onsite for at least 20% of their working hours, either at our London site (4-8 Rodney Street, London N1 9JH) or our Northern Hub (Huckletree, The Express Building, 9 Great Ancoats Street, Manchester M4 5AD).

What you’ll do

The Training, Conferences and Events Manager will be responsible for leading the delivery and growth of a diverse portfolio of training, conferences and events, ensuring they are financially sustainable, impactful and of high quality. They will manage budgets, oversee operational delivery, and support a small team, while working closely with colleagues and external partners to expand the programme’s reach. The role requires strong leadership, project management and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, use data to drive decisions, and maintain effective stakeholder relationships. A proactive and flexible approach, attention to detail, and a commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion are essential to ensuring the continued success of Anna Freud’s training and events portfolio
