The team plays a pivotal role in generating and overseeing referrals for our frontline services whilst managing all children and young people placement-related activity. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Senior Business Development Marketing Manager to drive referral generating activity through both business development and marketing activity. This may include direct mail and advertising campaigns, both on and offline, through to organising and attending events, both those hosted by other organisations and our own. You’ll play an important role in supporting coordination of and delivery of this activity.
You will have the opportunity to develop and implement your expertise in an environment that is focused on the highest clinical and quality standards. Role Requirements
To be successful in this role, you’ll demonstrate:
- An understanding of business development and marketing, ideally be in a services-oriented environment but this is not essential.
- Experience in implementing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns – both on and offline, whether to consumers (B2C), professionals (B2B), or government departments/professionals (B2G).
- Ability to work well with others – both within the BD&C team and across other departments, including the central marketing and communications team who support implementation of our plans.
- Experience in coordinating multiple projects and tasks at one time.
- Strong administrative, computer and communication skills, both written and verbal.

We are seeking a flexible, reliable, and enthusiastic Support Worker to deliver services for Young Carers aged 5–16. The role involves three key parts. The first is delivering engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote wellbeing, reduce isolation, and give Young Carers a break from their responsibilities. About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic young organisation and take it into the next

For this we will be delivering playful learning sessions in transitional housing, and will be drawing upon our “Partners in Learning” programme,which uses a Child-to-Child model to engage older children to deliver playful early learning sessions to younger children.
SCOPE OF WORK
The role will be full-time contract role for six months with scope for extension, involving the following:
1. Programme support (60%)
● Supporting the adaptation of our programme content for implementation in UK schools, in
consultation with early years teachers.
● Programme implementation support for Playful Learning and Partners in Learning programmes with refugee and asylum-seeking children.
● Supporting the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning function of the CfC projects, conducting
observations and generating project reports.
2. Local fundraising
● Identifying opportunities and assisting with grant applications.
● Accessing diaspora and local philanthropy by planning events.
3. Administrative support
● Keeping abreast of enquiries email account.
● Supporting with logistics and procurement of materials.
.PERSON SPECIFICATION
Experience and knowledge:
● Demonstrable previous experience of working with children and young people in the UK, either
early years or primary school age (can be a non-teaching capacity).
● Relevant academic experience, ideally in social sciences, education, international development or
related field.
● Ability to provide a valid Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) certificate (issued within the last year).
● Excellent written and oral communication skills (English).
● Demonstrably strong research and analytical skills.
Core skills:
● Self-starter, with strong organisational skills able to take initiative and work independently.

in Sussex. You’ll support families whose child has cancer or a life-challenging condition, offering
emotional and practical support when it’s most needed – helping families feel less alone.
You’ll split your time between Worthing Hospital, keeping in touch with and visiting families across
Sussex, working closely with hospital teams, schools, and community services. Whether it’s sitting with a
parent on the ward, visiting a family at home, or checking in with a sibling who’s struggling, you’ll make
sure families know they’re never facing this journey alone.
We offer a flexible, hybrid role over four days, with regular peer support, clinical supervision, and

Working in Hospital
• Visit Worthing Hospital regularly, in line with need, to support with existing Momentum families and
meet new referrals

trusted part of the team on the paediatric ward, including attending MDT's, sharing professional
knowledge of our families and maintaining accurate records

Professional Responsibilities
• Keep clear, accurate and confidential records of your work on our secure database
• Share stories, photos and anonymised family updates (with consent) to help the charity’s fundraising
and communications
• Join team meetings, clinical supervision and training (some virtual, some at our office near Hampton
Court Station, Surrey)
• Act promptly on any safeguarding concerns in line with Momentum’s policies
• Follow all guidelines for lone working, safeguarding, data protection and health & safety
• Take on other tasks that help us deliver our family support services for example managing family
events i.e. coffee mornings and family days out

We are excited to offer trainee positions within the Children and Young People’s Improving Access to Psychological Therapies programme (CYP IAPT). The post-holders will work within OTR as part of a multi-disciplinary team delivering brief, focused, evidence-based psychological interventions in the form of low-intensity support and guided self-help to young people who are experiencing mild to moderate mental health difficulties, anxiety, low mood and behavioural difficulties.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain experience whilst also completing a Graduate or Postgraduate Certificate in Psychological Therapies Practice (Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Children, Young People and Families) delivered by the University of Exeter.
The post holders will attend all university-based teaching and self-study days required by the education provider, as specified within the agreed curriculum, and work within OTR services for the remaining days of the week using their newly developed skills.

All applicants must have the ability to study at degree level, have experience in and be passionate about working with children and young people and will be able to work with the demands of coordinating clinical work with the academic requirements of the course.

About the role
As Director of Fundraising, you will lead and inspire our fundraising team, driving multi-million-pound income across philanthropy, individual giving, legacies, corporate partnerships, community fundraising and events. Birmingham and Solihull Women’s aid have for over 40 years supported women and children with services around domestic violence and abuse. Could you be a part of our team as we continue our mission to end domestic violence and abuse?
The region’s leading charity in tackling violence against women and girls, BSWA offers a helpline, webchat, drop in and and community support as well as emergency accommodation in six refuges across the area.
Projects supports women in the criminal justice system, in healthcare settings, and throughout the community, offering support to women and children experiencing domestic violence. Alongside this, we also have colleagues offering training and consultancy to businesses and health and social care professionals alike, raising awareness on gender based violence issues.
We seek like-minded women to join our enthusiastic team of workers, all of us passionate about the vital and valuable work we do to support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse, and tackling the wider issues of violence against women and girls.

- Coordinate strategic VCS involvement in the Early Help and Families First transformation.
- Strengthen relationships between the VCS and Family/Youth Hubs.
- Ensure young people and families help shape the services that support them.
- Lead communications and engagement across the partnership.
- Champion inclusion, amplify community voice, and promote the vital role of the VCS.
You’ll work closely with BCP Council and other statutory partners, ensuring the VCS is a visible and valued part of this multi-agency transformation.

The CSE Team Leader will play a crucial role in supporting the Operations Manager and wider Basis management team to oversee the delivery of 1:1 and group-based support to young people in our service offering high quality, effective safety advice, information and support, enabling young people to navigate exploitative and abusive relationships. The Team Leader will hold a protected caseload to enable them to carry out their other duties.

There will be an expectation to attend Child Focussed and Contextual MACE as an expert panel member and to support the Operations Manager with attendance at Silver MACE meetings. The role will work to ensure young people receive an exceptional service and contribute to the strategic development of Basis.
The Young People’s team work across Leeds and Bradford providing specialist support to young people experiencing CSE. The team work to Basis’ organisational values, taking a harm reduction approach to enable and empower young people to make positive choices, whilst working to reduce risk. The team have an established reputation for providing high quality, effective safety advice, information and support, enabling young people to navigate exploitative and abusive relationships. Services are provided within the community, at venues as young people determine.
