The service integrates the expertise of local primary, secondary, and voluntary sector providers to offer flexible, holistic and person-centred support for adults experiencing mental health difficulties.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Mental Health Advisor to join the BMHWH team. Working within the Information, Advice and Guidance and Tailored Wellbeing pathways, this role offers the chance to make a direct impact on individuals’ recovery journeys by providing timely, personalised support.
You will manage a caseload, delivering one-to-one and group-based interventions, offering information, advice, guidance and signposting, and co-producing support plans tailored to individuals' goals and needs. You will undertake holistic assessments, and work closely with clinical colleagues at Oxleas to ensure a joined-up approach between clinical and non-clinical support. Your ability to build strong relationships and maintain accurate case records will be vital to support quality assurance, risk management and positive outcomes for clients.
The role requires excellent interpersonal and organisational skills, a commitment to recovery-focused practice, and the ability to work flexibly and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. You will have experience supporting people with mental health challenges, including those with complex or heightened needs, and a strong understanding of local services in Bromley. A good working knowledge of safeguarding procedures and outcome-focused practice is essential.

IKWRO –Women’s Rights Organisation (IKWRO) is an award-winning charity founded (as the Iranian and Kurdish Women’s Rights Organisation) in 2002. As testament to its’ success and in response to huge need, IKWRO has expanded and now provides unique and vital support for women and girls from all Middle Eastern, North African and Afghan (MENA) communities who are at risk of “honour” based violence, child marriage, forced marriage, female genital mutilation, domestic violence, sexual violence and other forms of gender violence.
IKWRO provides direct services including advocacy and professional counselling. IKWRO opened the UK’s first specialist Middle Eastern women’s refuge. IKWRO is regularly called upon to share expertise with government, academics, and media and to train professionals from bodies such as the police, social services and schools.
IKWRO has led the recognition of “honour” based abuse and “honour” killing as forms of violence against women and girls. Campaign successes include; the first extradition from Kurdistan-Iraq to the UK of perpetrators of “honour” killing of Banaz Mahmod, the UK’s criminalisation of forced marriage, child marriage, virginity testing and hymenoplasty, as well as the first ever national inspection of policing of “honour” based violence.
The post-holder will help Arabic speaking women who have experienced Forced Marriage, Female Genital Mutilation and “Honour” Based Violence. Working in a confidential setting, counsellors listen attentively to their clients and offer them the time, empathy and respect they need to express their own feelings, to help them overcome their problems and to make appropriate changes to their life.
The post holder must be BACP or UKCP accredited (or equivalent e.g. HCPC) or training to achieve these accreditation.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Establishing a relationship of trust and respect with clients;

This is an opportunity to join the Gaia Centre as a Deputy Service Manager.
The Deputy Service Manager will manage a team and carry a very small caseload of complex cases when necessary. The post will work closely with victims and survivors of different strands of strands of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG), including domestic abuse and violence (physical, sexual, emotional, psychological, economic or tech abuse), Sexual Violence (Rape and sexual assault), Stalking and harassment , Sexual exploitation (including women working in sex industry and Child Sexual Exploitation), female genital mutilation (FGM)/cutting , forced marriage, So-called ‘honour’-based abuse, provide early identification and offer appropriate care pathways for survivors of all genders, aged 16 years and over and their children, living, working or/and studying in Lambeth at times from the point of crisis.
The job involves working within a multi-agency framework consisting of the Multiagency Risk Assessment Conference (MARAC) and local partnership protocols and procedures that prioritise the safety of survivors. Additionally, you will be working with survivors and agencies across Lambeth so will require significant travelling.
The post holder will empower survivors by providing them with emotional and practical support, thus enabling them to access their rights, make decisions and increase their life options. The post holder will inform survivors of the full range of civil, criminal and practical options that might increase their safety.
As part of this role, you will be required to participate in an out-of-hours on call rota.

SPEAR is a lifeline to hundreds of people each year who are experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness across six London boroughs. We provide essential outreach support, a variety of accommodation options, tenancy support services and vital health programmes. In 2024 we supported 804 people experiencing homelessness. This included 466 people found rough sleeping, 227 people in accommodation-based and floating support and 84 young people aged 16-25.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Fundraising Manager to lead and grow our corporate giving and partnerships income stream. Corporate Giving at SPEAR comprises just over 20% of our fundraised income, with a mix of direct giving, local COY partnerships and employee fundraising. This is a key role within the Fundraising and Engagement team, responsible for developing and managing relationships with corporate partners to generate sustainable income and deepen engagement with SPEAR’s mission.
You will also play a strategic role in identifying new prospects, securing partnerships, and delivering excellent account management to all existing supporters.
