About The Role
We’re looking for a creative, proactive and digitally savvy Social Media and Content Assistant to join our Communications team. You’ll support the planning, creation and delivery of engaging content across our social media channels, with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok.
You’ll be responsible for creating content that helps the organisation achieve our marketing objectives, which are:
- Inspire inclusive practices among projects and professionals working with young people in music.
- Build the credibility of Youth Music among young creatives.
- Grow awareness of Youth Music as the leading voice on young people and music.
- Demonstrate the impact of Youth Music’s work and partnerships.
- Support the organisation in achieving our ambitious fundraising goals.
You’ll be line managed by the Digital Marketing Manager and will work closely with the Digital Content Lead.
About You
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves spotting trends, and has a passion for storytelling that spotlights the work of young people amnd grassroots projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Spot and recreate viral trends, adapting them into engaging content for Youth Music’s audiences.
- Confidently use TikTok and Instagram features, trending sounds, and best practices to boost reach and engagement.
- Support in planning, creating, editing and scheduling content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, carousels, graphics, blogs).
- Capture and share content from live events, including NextGen community events, festivals, and project visits (occasional evenings and weekends required)
- Oversee our social media channels on your working days, monitoring all channels (TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn) and liaising with the Digital Content Lead to ensure that messages and comments are responded to promptly and appropriately.
- Contribute ideas for campaigns and activations that highlight Youth Music’s impact and opportunities.
- Craft unique copy for multiple channels and formats across campaigns, business documents and owned media.
- Support the preparation and running of content shoots, from planning to on-the-day assistance.
- Research trends, youth culture and peer organisations’ activity to inform fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Track and analyse content performance, supporting the creation of regular insights reports.
- Ensure all content is accessible, inclusive, and aligned with Youth Music’s brand guidelines.
- Assist in maintaining the Asset Management System, ensuring all assets include accurate information (such as credits and consent details) and are regularly updated.

Person Specification
Essential Criteria
- Minimum 12 months’ cumulative experience in a social media, digital content or communications role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok.
- Confident using TikTok and Instagram features, sounds and trends to create engaging content.
- Clear and accurate written communication skills with good attention to detail.
- Ability to edit short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, Canva or Adobe Premiere.
- Basic graphic design skills, ideally using Canva or similar software.
- Confidence contributing ideas and supporting campaign planning.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work to deadlines.
- Enthusiasm for Youth Music’s mission to equalise access to music.
- Interest in the UK music scene, particularly youth and grassroots projects.

The Role
The Senior Digital and Content Manager leads the development and delivery of Malaria No More UK’s digital content strategy — shaping how we inspire action, influence decision-makers and elevate diverse voices to drive progress against malaria.
This is a pivotal role at a pivotal moment. You’ll design and deliver a digital engagement strategy that advances our advocacy and policy change goals, responds to the fast-moving communications landscape, and builds understanding, belief and momentum for investing in the fight to end malaria.
Combining strategic thinking, creative storytelling and digital innovation, you’ll position Malaria No More UK as a bold, credible and solutions-focused voice in the global malaria fight. Managing one staff member (Digital Engagement Officer), you’ll collaborate across the organisation to ensure our digital strategy delivers measurable influence and impact — while staying true to our brand voice: togetherness, momentum and possibility.
The average day in this role will be changeable, so being flexible and good under pressure is essential. From crafting last minute social storytelling posts, to overseeing creative content work being developed, looking ahead to create strategic plans for major events and campaigns coming up, to feeding back on creative work and liaising with multiple partners for sign off. It is a fast-paced role that requires a can-do approach.

About the role
Having established a strong fundraising capability and team with significant income growth over the last 4 years, Kidney Care UK is now looking for an exceptional Head of Fundraising to take the Charity to the next level.
You will work closely with the Director of Fundraising, Marketing & Communications to develop and implement a new 5-year fundraising strategy for the charity, with direct responsibility for managing Trusts and Foundations, Individual Giving, Legacy, In Memory, Community, Trade, and Challenge Event income streams.

We are seeking an experienced and creative Senior Communications Officer to join our ambitious team. This is a new post that will play a key role in delivering our new five year strategy Rural Ambition: enabling communities to thrive. This includes a commitment to speak up more boldly for rural communities and to build new alliances to widen our reach. Reporting to the Head of Policy and Public Affairs, you will be responsible for our external communications, including telling eye-catching stories, building relationships with journalists and overseeing our digital communications. Over the last five years we have increased the number of individuals and organisation supporting the charity from 800 to more than 3,500 a year. The Corporate Partnership Manager will play a key role in this growth. Our Corporate Partnership income has grown from zero in 2020 to c£2.3 million in 2025. It is a very exciting time to be joining the charity and our Fundraising team.
Primarily, you will be responsible for building engagement and driving new income via charity of the year partnerships, corporate partnerships, and employee fundraising. You will manage the Corporate Partnership Officer who is developing a growing portfolio of supporters across different sectors. You will do this by stewarding the significant number of existing relationships and partnerships we already hold and maximising any opportunities that exist via our current partnerships and relationships. A key part of this role will require you to develop new opportunities and secure significant income (5-and-6 figure partnerships) through proactive engagement to and through our supporters, beneficiaries, networks, and contacts.
The right candidate will have a proven record of generating strategic partnerships that result in 5-and 6-figure corporate income, building strong and rewarding relationships, with stewardships skills that generate long term support for the charity.
