Job Purpose

To provide strategic and  operational leadership for the Bexley Mental Health  Hub, which is an integrated service between Mind in Bexley,  Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust and London Borough of Bexley Adult Social Care . The postholder will play a key role in supporting three partners to deliver an  integrated service, ensuring alignment, coordination, and high standards across both organisations. They will work closely with the Clinical Nurse Specialist and other senior leads to ensure service delivery is safe, effective, and responsive to community needs.

• Support services to meet all statutory, regulatory, and contract standards.

Workforce Leadership and Development

General Duties

The role

The post holder will involve being responsible for providing timely and relevant administrative support to Scope’s retail teams (Shops, eCommerce and Commercial teams). Duties are to be carried out to a high standard and to timelines that support the demands of the retail team. 

Location: Based at Scope's London office (role can be worked 4 days at head office or 3 days at head office and 1 in a Scope shop and with the option to work from home 1 day a week) 

In this role:

• Offering timely support in a courteous and efficient manner to Retail teams via telephone and email, escalating and resolving any issues as required.   

• Liaising with retail shops and suppliers to ensure products and services are delivered in line with pre-agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s) and escalating and resolving any issues as required.

You will have excellent communication and facilitation skills, and experience supporting or engaging survivors and/or marginalised groups in a trauma-informed and inclusive way.

We’re looking for a friendly, practical and tech-confident Digital Life Skills Facilitator to lead our Step Online Club, a weekly group that empowers members to use everyday technology with confidence. From messages to online shopping, playlists to photo sharing, your role is to support participants in using technology to lead more independent and connected lives.

About the Role 

As our Freelance Digital Skills Facilitator, you will design and deliver weekly in person sessions covering essential digital skills such as:

• Online safety 
• Social media 
• Taking and managing photos and videos 
• Practical digital tasks (e.g. online shopping, booking appointments)
• Sending and receiving messages
• Assistive technology (voice notes, Alexa, etc.) 
• Creative and relaxing digital activities 

Sessions are interactive, person centred, and tailored to individual learning needs. You’ll create and use participants’ Individual Learning Plans (ILPs) to track progress and support personal learning journeys. 

What We’re Looking For 

We’re looking for a facilitator who can make learning digital skills accessible, engaging, and confidence building. You should have:

• Confidence using smartphones, tablets, and common apps
• Experience working with adults with learning disabilities or similar groups
• Patience, creativity, and the ability to adapt to different learning styles
• A calm, friendly approach and great communication skills

A teaching qualification is desirable but not essential.

Campaign Director

Contract: fixed term until end of January 2027

Salary: £80,000 per annum

Location: Hybrid role between home and London office, where you will be able to work regularly from home around the requirements of your role for in person meetings or travel. You will have significant contact with national government and other stakeholders which will require you to be in London regularly. This is likely to be at least weekly.

We're looking for an experienced leader with expertise in leading national campaigns or programmes, and of working in partnership management at the highest level, across public, private and charity sector organisation. You will be a powerful communicator able to ensure a powerful and engaging national campaign.

Key responsibilities within the role will include:

• Develop and deliver the strategy for the charity to create new audiences for their mission across the UK, especially addressing target audiences for the campaign
• Ensure the campaign combines a consumer facing campaign as well as the mobilisation of national and local partners from the public and business sectors, as well as from civil society and influencers and celebrity talent
• Building campaign supporters into partnership to deliver the campaign and create an ongoing movement engaging new audiences beyond the campaign year
• Work with the Director of Communications and Marketing at the charity to commission agencies to develop insight, messages and communication strategies that will drive the effectiveness of the campaign
• Lead the campaign team of six reports, including four direct reports
• Lead and support the campaign Fundraising Lead as they ensure the campaign meets its fundraising goals
• Ensure the campaign has clear performance indicators; and commission and publish an evaluation report on completion
