The Clinical Service Administrator is an integral part of the development of administrative and operational functions of the psychotherapy service alongside the Psychotherapy Services Manager. The role acts as the first point of contact for clients, families, external stakeholder and members of staff. It may also involve some administrative support for the wider team. The role:
- Responsibility for all aspects of the financial management of Greenpeace Environmental Trust (GET), a registered charity.
- Responsibility for the preparation of annual statutory accounts, annual report, and conducting the annual audit.
- Work with the Events team to ensure that the budgeting, financial control and management, and reporting of the Glastonbury Festival and all other festivals and events is conducted in an accurate and timely manner.
- Preparation of the annual budget and presentation to the board of trustees.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and written finance report to trustees and other key stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate cash flow management and forecasting procedures to proactively manage all cash balances.
- Manage the grant-making process and account for all grant income received.
- Review restricted income, ensuring correct documentation is received and the restrictions are applied.

The successful candidate will:
- Be a qualified, or a finalist Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CIMA or other chartered accountancy qualification) or will be qualified by experience.
- Proven experience of working in a finance function in a hands-on role.
- Extensive technical knowledge of accounting principles and best practice, with reference to specific UK charity accounting rules and regulations.
- Substantial experience of management accounting, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
- Experience of involvement in financial year-end and annual statutory audit.
- Proven experience of delivering a business partnering-focused service and providing in-depth insight, analysis and guidance to budget-holders.

JOB PURPOSE
Prepare, cook and present food safely and efficiently using high quality ingredients according to the College standards, health and safety and food hygiene practices. Work collaboratively with other Chefs and contribute with new ideas to support the Catering Manager in the creation of new dishes and update of seasonal menus. The charity offers a flexible working environment, with hybrid working 2 days per week from their office in Surrey.
With the charities expanding global reach and the increasing importance of legacy donations, this role will support broader growth objectives, including the development of a robust international legacy administration function. The Legacy Officer will play a key role in maximising the potential of legacy receipts, enabling more accurate forecasting and improving proactive management of estate reviews. The postholder could also support the implementation of the global legacy marketing programme (if working more than 0.6 FTE).
Key Responsibilities:
· Assist in the administration of UK and international legacy gifts, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time, from notification to final distribution.

We are seeking additional experienced Associate Independent Investigating Officers (IO) for Complaints, to increase our capacity to respond to referrals from Local Authorities to provide an independent element to the formal Stage 2 investigations under the Children Act 1989.
The IO will lead investigations, and will give the complainant (who may be a child, young person or adult) the opportunity to express their view, ensure the child or young person’s rights and best interests are at the centre of the investigation and that the investigation/review process is open and transparent. They write a report on the investigation/review, which is submitted to the referring agency.
The Job Description document sets out the expectations for an Associate Independent Person for Complaints (IPC) who is approved by Coram Voice. IPCs are independent, freelance and responsible for their own work. Nevertheless, IPCs are accountable to the organisation for their professional standards and are expected to comply with Coram Voice Code of Ethics and Practice Guidelines.
Please note: the nature of associate work means that we cannot guarantee a regular amount of work, and complaints will be allocated dependent on the associate’s availability, location and the needs and demands of the individual case. Philanthropy Leadership
- Leads strategy, planning and operation of the major gift, trusts & foundations and corporate giving channels.

The role
This role requires translation of quantitative and qualitative data into clear, actionable insights and stories that can be communicated effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders across the charity. The role also includes supporting the Evidence & Insight (E&I) team with the collation of existing evidence, working with external agencies and partners to support the delivery of targeted E&I projects, developing networks, and horizon scanning across the sector to keep up to date on E&I programmes. The post holder will also contribute strategically to Evidence & Insight operations and documentation.
About you

About the Role
- You will ensure the smooth running of all Board meetings and activities, through administrative support to the Board of Trustees and Corporate Services team. This will include attendance at all quarterly board meetings and some subcommittee meetings.

Board meetings and subcommittee meetings are usually held outside of usual working hours.
