About the role

You’ll be responsible for delivering creative, high-impact communications that bring the mission to life. From social media content to press engagement, local campaigns to stakeholder updates — you’ll be at the heart of their public-facing work. You’ll also play a key role in managing reputation and supporting crisis communications, working closely with their external PR agency to ensure consistency, agility, and strength in their messaging.

About You:

·Qualified Professional

A Rocha UK is a unique Christian nature conservation charity, mobilising Christians and churches to care for the natural world. Purpose of role: 

Increasing and diversifying the sources of funding for A Rocha UK’s work is key to our fundraising strategy. The Grants and Legacies Manager will play a key role identifying potential granting bodies, writing and submitting bids, and managing reporting on grants from a range of sources, including  large foundations, and Church denominations.  In doing so, they will work closely with other staff, especially the CEO, programme staff, and other members of the fundraising team. They will also manage occasional legacies and, as capacity allows, develop a proactive legacy promotion programme. The successful candidate will have previous experience securing funds from trusts, as well as excellent writing skills, an interest in the environment and an active Christian faith. Role Purpose

• Maintain strong relationships with referral partners (e.g., schools, community organisations) to ensure a steady referral pipeline and collaborative working and 80% of your schools are retained. 
• Provide updates of the programme to referral partners and share content to internal marketing and schools colleagues to support completing the schools termly impact template 
• Act as a key liaison between mentors and caregivers, supporting clear communication and shared understanding of child development and the programme. 

4. Safeguarding

• Contribute to TKN safer recruitment processes, attending internal mentor training events to vet prospective mentors. 
• Review and assess weekly delivery session reports from mentors, updating Salesforce as required.

• Work collaboratively with DSLs to follow TKN safeguarding processes, escalating where needed

The Opportunity

This is an excellent opportunity for an organised, enthusiastic and confident individual to join us as Programme Manager to develop and manage delivery of Phase 2 of the Early Connect Programme. Following successful delivery of Phase 1, Inspire has been selected to deliver Phase 2 of this pilot programme alongside the GLA/DFE and lead partners Rinova.

This role has responsibility for developing and delivering work related learning activities for young people with the aim of enhancing their skills and understanding of future career opportunities and transitioning into apprenticeships.

All delivery is aimed towards enabling young people to learn about apprenticeship opportunities and how to position themselves to apply and move into employment as an apprentice. You will work closely with young people, employers and business volunteers to deliver fun, engaging and labour market-relevant careers related support and workshops to young people in both online and in-person formats. You will have the chance to be creative through planning, delivering and evaluating the programme to ensure services are current and meet the stakeholder needs.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

• Managing development, delivery and coordination of work related learning activities for phase 2 of the Early Connect programme.
• Accountable for achieving agreed outcomes, outputs and personal targets including recruitment, employability training and learner progression targets.
• Managing a caseload of participants requiring Information, Advice & Guidance (IAG), confidence building and employability training.
• Accurately managing data and reporting requirements of funders of the Early Connect programme.
• Maintaining and building effective relationships with programme participants and stakeholders.

We are working in partnership with a Richard House Children’s Hospice to secure their new Events Manager. Richard House helps children and their families in East London to lead as happy a life as possible when dealing with a life-limiting health condition. From the moment a child is diagnosed with a life-limiting, life-threatening or complex health condition everything changes. These changes affect the whole family, which is why Richard House feel it is vital not only to provide care to the child but to support the whole family. As a member of the fundraising team, you will directly support the charity’s work, as the majority of their services are funded thanks to the generosity of their supporters. 

The Events Manager will develop an events programme that delivers excellent supporter-care to all fundraisers and supporters taking part in an event or organising their own activities, maximising income from these fundraising streams. Harnessing current supporters and leading the growth of our existing network of community and event supporters is key to this role, with a focus on developing pro-active individuals, corporates and groups wanting to engage with and support events. The role will be hands on, focused on operational delivery, supporting crucial short- and medium-term funding impact, as well as longer-term and sustainable corporate income for Richard House.

This role is offered on an interim basis, but with the option to become permanent.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate:

• A track record in managing and delivering fundraising events, including participant cultivation and stewardship. 
• Evidence of developing supporter-care processes to increase engagement. 
• Experience of the practical application of the Fundraising Regulator, Gift Aid and Data Protection legislation. 
• Experience working with volunteers would be beneficial. 

Excellent communication and relationship building skills and an ability to interact with prospects and partners at all levels will be key.

WHA is an international NGO, representing over 400 civil society and patient organisation members in over 120 countries. We are committed to eliminating viral hepatitis, a devastating disease that affects more than 300 million people and is now the second most deadly infectious disease in the world.

We are seeking an experienced project manager to lead WHA’s delivery of the SAFEStart+ project. Focused on accelerating the elimination of mother-to-child transmission (EVT) of HIV, syphilis, hepatitis B, and Chagas disease in endemic areas. The project will focus on demand generation, adoption and scale-up of innovative EVT programmes through strong community and stakeholder leadership. It will do this in part, through understanding the values and preferences of stakeholders, addressing barriers around awareness and stigma and discrimination, providing training to both community groups and health care workers and undertaking community led monitoring. These community led-activities will run alongside work in countries to strengthen health systems and supply chains and address gaps in product access.

The duties and key responsibilities of the Community Implementation Manager include:

• Plan and coordinate WHA activities related to the project to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished within prescribed time and funding parameters.
• Manage community implementation partners within project countries, working closely with them to develop advocacy and awareness strategies, implement community-based research , monitor budgets in line with approved policies and measure impact.
• Support the coordination of global and country community advisory boards.
• Be the main point of contact for all project partners, fostering positive working relationships to ensure effective coordination throughout the projects’ lifecycle.
• Support capacity building efforts for community groups and health care workers in project countries.
• Work with teams across WHA, including communications and advocacy, to ensure the project outcomes are being appropriately disseminated.
• Coordinate all internal and external reporting related to the project.

There will be the opportunity for occasional international travel as part of this role.

• Familiarity with a range of demand generation and awareness raising strategies.
• Experience of community-led monitoring and community-based research.
• Fluent in Spanish (desired but not essential).
