Your role
As a Face-to-Face Fundraising Experience Manager, you will focus on the following areas:
- Leading the development and continuous improvement of the face-to-face fundraiser experience, including recruitment, induction, learning and development programmes.
- Driving colleague engagement, recognition, culture and retention initiatives that support high-performing teams across the UK and Ireland.
- Working with Recruitment, Learning & Development, Marketing and People teams to attract, develop and retain talented fundraisers and managers.
- Using colleague feedback, performance data and operational insight to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
- Leading people-related projects, service improvements and change initiatives that strengthen the sustainability and effectiveness of the Face-to-Face Fundraising programme.
About you
You'll have a strong understanding of face-to-face fundraising and the challenges of supporting geographically dispersed teams. You'll recognise the importance of recruitment, development and engagement in driving performance and creating a positive colleague experience. You'll enjoy building relationships, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders and using insight, innovation and practical problem-solving to deliver meaningful improvements.
To be considered as our Face-to-Face Fundraising Experience Manager, you'll need:
- Significant experience within face-to-face fundraising field operations, including knowledge of fundraising regulation and best practice.

Job Description:
Domestic Abuse Women’s Case Worker
37.5 hours per week based at Stockport Women’s Centre
Salary: £26,225 after competencies complete £28,300
Annual leave: 25 days plus statutory bank holidays
12-month Fixed term contract 12 extension subject to funding
Main Aims of the post:
- To support and work with women from Stockport who are experiencing or experienced domestic abuse which will include safety planning, risk assessment, safeguarding, case management and advocacy.
- To hold and manage a caseload, creating and monitoring personalised support plans.
- To deliver group work to women, relating to domestic abuse awareness.
- To provide a weekly drop-in session to women that are experiencing or have experienced domestic abuse.
- To work collaboratively with our domestic abuse partnership as well as other agencies as appropriate to the case.
- To support the Head of Service as she develops the quality standards for The Women’s Centre.
- as ongoing informal consultation to keep supervisor informed of any changes that require management decisions

As Marketing Officer, you will join the Business Development, Marketing and Communications Manager and Communications Coordinator to form a small yet dynamic and effective marketing team. Together you will support the marketing activities for the National Society for Education and the sub teams within it. - Assist in maintaining the social media content calendar and creating and scheduling approved content across the NSE channels.

About the role
This is a varied and rewarding role supporting the delivery of Lily's community fundraising and individual giving programme. You'll be the main point of contact for many of our amazing supporters, helping individuals, families and community groups make the most of their fundraising. Role purpose:

Key deliverables:
Partnership Management and Development
- Lead on building and maintaining positive relationships with existing contacts in businesses, local authorities, and other partners in line with organisational priorities.
- Carry out excellent stewardship and management of partnerships, overseeing delivery plans, strategic activities and routine partnership activities.
- Lead all aspects of the partnership development process, including prospect research, proposal development and pitching, ensuring a seamless pathway from opportunity identification to funding secured.
- Cultivate relationships with other charitable organisations to expand Earthwatch’s network of partners and collaborate on joint environmental initiatives.
Proposal Writing and Project Development
- Lead the preparation of compelling funding proposals, tailored to meet the specific interests and priorities of potential partners.

Sector Awareness and Marketing
- Monitor plans and strategies from businesses, local authorities and government bodies with a view to spotting opportunities for partnership working.
- Collaborate with the Communications teams to create high-quality marketing materials that support partner engagement and public relations.
- Represent Earthwatch at partner and networking events.
Monitoring and Reporting
- Oversee the end-to-end grant management process, including timely submission of progress reports and financial narratives to ensure full compliance with donor requirements.
- Maintain a comprehensive reporting process via the CRM, providing accurate income generation updates, dashboards, and pipeline forecasts.
- Monitor environmental and sustainability issues in the media including emerging policies, trends and the performance of organisations with whom we have relationships.
Collaboration and Team Support:
- Work closely with colleagues across the organisation, particularly the Income Generation, Programmes, Communications, and Finance teams, to ensure that funding proposals and reports are aligned with Earthwatch’s programs and objectives.
In undertaking these roles, the postholder should also have regard to:
- Acting as an ambassador for the work, vision and values of Earthwatch Europe.
- Ensuring continuous development of skills and knowledge required for the post, undergoing training and performance review as required.

About the role
This is a senior strategic position within the organisation, sitting on the senior leadership team, reporting to the CEO and working closely with colleagues across the UK and Ghana.

About the role
The Development Team is responsible for generating income to support the organisation. The role primarily raises income (but also awareness) through multi-channel marketing activity with a clear focus on maximising ROI and delivering supporter growth at scale. The focus of the role is on online marketing opportunities and includes managing our organic and paid social channels, overseeing social media influencer strategy and identifying emerging digital channels. The Manager works closely with the Mary’s Meals International team and its agency to deliver Google and Bing Paid Search, Google Grant, Display, and YouTube.
The role will also identify and manage the most effective offline marketing opportunities to maximise ROI from small budgets and pro bono opportunities, such as TV, Radio and OOH advertising. The Manager will ensure online and offline marketing opportunities complement each other (and link seamlessly to our retention strategies) as part of an integrated multi-channel marketing strategy.

The Acquisition Marketing Manager works side-by-side with colleagues from across the Supporter Experience and Communications directorate, ensuring a joined-up approach to all communications activities, through the integration of strong storytelling, marketing expertise and supporter engagement. - Track and report on key income metrics using GA4, Meta Ads Manager, Power BI, GTM, and UTM tagging, with a focus on ROI, revenue per click, and conversion rates.
- Evaluate marketing campaigns and channel specific activities, sometimes as part of wider organisational activities.
