Role Requirements
The Deputy Head of Care (Registered Manager) will work collaboratively within the Nursing Directorate, reporting directly to the Head of Care, to develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery while safeguarding the welfare of children and young people. The post holder will be responsible for fostering a positive environment that promotes the emotional and physical well-being of all service users, ensuring that their needs are at the forefront of service provision.
You will be responsible and accountable for leading the organisation in the implementation, and ongoing monitoring of the National Minimum Standards for Children’s Homes and Care Quality Commission standards. Ensuring that children and families are involved in the evaluation and development of changes to service provision.
With experience of working in a complex environment, across a large and diverse workforce, you will be exceptionally organised with a high-level of attention to detail. You will naturally possess excellent inter-personal skills, and an ability to consult and positively engage with key stakeholders across the organisation.

Rainbow Migration is the longest-running charity in Europe dedicated to supporting LGBTQI+ people through the asylum and immigration system and has been campaigning for their rights since 1993. We are recruiting a Senior Casework and Service Coordinator to assist the Support Services Manager, provide guidance and advice to colleagues, and manage incoming queries from service users.
Rainbow Migration has grown in recent years from a small charity generating £200k income in 2019 to £1M in 2024. Role overview
Contract type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (35 hours per week). Working part-time (minimum 28 hours) will be considered. Occasional work in the evenings and at weekends may be required but with plenty of notice. Rainbow Migration encourages staff to maintain a good work life balance and has a TOIL system in place.
Salary: Starting at £36,994 with potential annual step increases up to £41,315 (pro rata if working part time), plus statutory employer’s pension contribution. In addition to an annual step increase, we consider giving a separate inflationary increase every April.
Location: Rainbow Migration’s wheelchair accessible offices are based between Vauxhall and the Oval, London. This role will have an office-based contract but the postholder can choose to work from home for part of the week in agreement with their line manager as per our hybrid working policy. You must be available to work from our offices in London when necessary. The successful candidate would also be welcome to work from the office full-time if that is their preference. The role
We are looking for an entrepreneurial and ambitious Business Development Manager to lead our organisational efforts around income generation. Responsibilities
Maintain and grow a strong pipeline of funders and clients
· Overseeing the work of our Membership, Development and Partnership Officer in bringing together weekly information on publicly advertised funding opportunities, periodically testing new search words in line with our strategic and commercial interests.

Write and submit bids, and support others to
· In some instances, leading on bid writing – drafting, costing and submitting high quality bids for both project and core funding.

Our approach to hybrid working
We recognise the importance of coming together regularly, in-person, as a team, so we can share learnings and spend social time with each other. We also recognise that people need flexibility, and that homeworking enables focused work and can fit well in people’s lives.
We ask all staff to take part in pre-arranged team meetings which take place every six weeks in our office space. We also might ask you to meet in-person with members of your team from time to time, or to be available for face-to-face meetings with clients and partners where this enhances the work.
We assume that this would usually not amount to more than one day per fortnight for people who work full time.

The Woodland and Nature Recovery Manager at Western Forest will manage the delivery of high-quality forestry, woodland and nature recovery activities within the Western Forest. What the job involves
We’re looking for a Clinical Services Senior Officer to join our Clinical Services Team on a fixed term role covering maternity leave.
Our Clinical Services team provide direct information and support to anyone affected by prostate cancer or prostate problems. This includes our Specialist Nurse team, who run a service available over telephone, email, WhatsApp and Live Chat. We also have a Risk Information Service providing information to undiagnosed men concerned about their risk of prostate cancer.
As a Clinical Services Senior Officer, you’ll play an integral role in running these services, making sure everything’s efficient and accessible to the people who need us. We receive around 15,000 contacts every year, and you’ll help make sure they get the best possible experience.
Managing the day-to-day delivery of the service means organising rotas, planning resources and making sure everything runs smoothly. You’ll line manage our Risk Information Officer and support the growth of our Risk Information Service too.
You’ll also take responsibility for reporting and analysing service data, identifying trends and working with the Head of Support Services to shape improvements. Clinical governance will be a key part of the role, making sure our services remain safe, high quality and in line with the right policies. You’ll also keep our clinical policies and processes up to date, manage GDPR compliance, and act as a key contact for the team, both within the charity and with external partners.
Alongside this, you’ll help promote our services by contributing to promotional plans, social media activity and website updates, making sure more people know we’re here to support them.

Purpose of Role
The Digital Fundraising Growth Manager will manage our digital paid media planning and delivery, driving audience engagement at all stages of the marketing funnel, specifically with the aim of delivering growth in our supporter base and income.
The post holder will directly oversee all digital paid media activity in line with agreed campaign and year round engagement and fundraising strategies and plans, including but not limited to social media advertising, search marketing, programmatic display, and emerging channels ensuring plans are fully integrated with other engagement and fundraising activity (including owned and earned media across all channels and wider organisational efforts).

About the role
We are recruiting a Project & Outreach Manager to help raise the profile and accessibility of NCT Walk & Talk across England supporting volunteers to leverage NCT’s existing local networks and encouraging take up in new areas.
Funded by Sport England, as part of an ambitious programme of change for NCT Walk & Talk, this post will be responsible for increasing the number of walks taking place and the number of new and expectant parents engaging with this service. This is a key role under the ‘More Parents, More Impact pillar of our For Every Parent 2023-28 strategy which will support NCT's focus on tackling health inequalities, enabling parents to create connections and build local, supportive communities.
