you’ll be responsible for growing awareness and diversifying income through well planned, evidence based fundraising and strategic communication. You’ll lead campaigns, manage digital and offline channels, coordinate fundraising events, and report clearly on performance and progress.

You’ll work closely with the CEO and senior leadership, shaping messaging that inspires donors and stakeholders, while also managing volunteers and apprentices to support campaign delivery. The role is varied, rewarding, and deeply rooted in creating a more inclusive society.

As a Head of Individual Giving you will:

• Lead the design and execution of an integrated Individual Giving strategy
• Develop engaging supporter journeys using automation and personalisation tools
• Test and scale new giving products to reach wider and more diverse audiences
• Use data and insight to guide decision making and evaluate success
• Work cross functionally to align fundraising and communications for a cohesive supporter experience
• Manage the delivery of donor appeals and campaigns from concept to execution

About You:

You’re an experienced Individual Giving specialist with a strong track record of delivering income growth across multiple channels. You understand the value of data, automation and personalisation, and know how to turn supporter insight into action.

You’re creative, proactive, and results driven, with excellent communication and relationship building skills. You bring energy, innovation, and a genuine passion for building meaningful supporter relationships that last.

To be successful, you must have experience:

• Significant experience in Individual Giving, Legacy or Personal Giving, including digital
• Strong understanding of donor journeys, segmentation, and CRM systems
• Proven ability to develop and deliver integrated fundraising campaigns
• Experience managing budgets, agencies, and campaign performance
• Exceptional communication and influencing skills

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE

Location: Remote (occasional travel to regional Hubs in the North-East, Manchester, and Norfolk)

The Role
We are currently seeking an experienced Progression Support Worker to join our team. In this role, you will work with a caseload of around 20 women, providing personalised, trauma-informed support throughout their two-year journey with us. This includes guidance across key areas such as employment, finances, relationships, housing, and overall wellbeing.

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Provide individual support and build trusting relationships with our trainees, proactively arranging face to face and online support sessions, attending appointments with them and tracking their progression.
• Offer person-centred holistic support to trainees to become independent, using our ‘Independence Tracker’ and other assessment tools to assess their needs and set targets on a regular basis.
• Liaising with trainees and the training team to help 80% of graduates to complete a minimum of 80% of their vocational training. 
• Support women to complete the mentoring programme by proactively liaising with the Partnerships & Evaluation manager. 
• Support trainees to apply for employment opportunities and prepare for interviews to achieve positive work outcomes. 
• Support trainees during the apprenticeship process in Luminary cafe or bakeries, and support them with attending work experience days both at Luminary and at other external partners. 
• Liaise effectively with other agencies involved in the care of trainees to ensure their needs are sufficiently met. This includes attending meetings with external agencies and advocating on behalf or alongside women.
• Respond quickly to safeguarding concerns, reporting appropriately to the Luminary Safeguarding Officer and the local council as necessary, supporting the individual appropriately through the process.
• Keep detailed records of all case-working according to best practice and aid in safeguarding,  monitoring and evaluation. 
• Build relationships with local services relevant for signposting service users to, connecting women with opportunities in line with their support plan (eg specialist services, work experience, additional courses).
• Provide support to women in the Luminary training classroom during Phase 2 employment workshops to get the most out of the learning environment
• Deliver or facilitate group sessions including bi-weekly wellbeing workshops & support organising alumni events such as Christmas Party, Independence Party and Graduation. 
• Champion Luminary’s holistic understanding of wellbeing, which recognises the spiritual needs of those recovering from trauma. 
• Assist the Senior Leadership Team in evaluating the services Luminary offers to report to funders, assist with completing new funding applications and internal monitoring.
• Contribute your experience of best practice to shape the way Luminary operates effectively
• Support with any other tasks as needed by the PSW manager and to contribute towards team efforts for the effective working of Luminary

About the role

This is a new fundraising opportunity to help provide support for serving personnel, veterans and their families ensuring that no-one battles alone.

Supported by the Statutory Grants Manager, this role is fundamental in developing, advancing and championing both new and existing income from local authorities, health providers, and other local commissioning bodies and grant funders. As an Intervention Worker at Hestia, you will play a crucial role in our Highbury Approved Premises. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence. This is an Out of Hours role where you will be required to work 2 night shifts in a row and then 6 days off on a rolling rota. 

A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:

The role in Approved Premises (AP) involves supporting high-risk individuals transitioning from prison back into the community. Staff work closely with residents, providing guidance, promoting positive behaviour, and helping them build independence while maintaining a structured environment. Responsibilities include preparing meals, supporting rehabilitation plans in collaboration with probation and external agencies, and ensuring residents follow rules such as curfews and drug/alcohol testing. Staff are also expected to assist in running and documenting activities, completing daily tasks, and keeping the premises safe, clean, and secure through regular checks and communication. A key aspect of the role is empowering residents to take responsibility for their own lives, without doing things for them, while providing support and supervision as needed. Staff must adhere to Hestia's policies and the Ministry of Justice's guidelines. 

You'll need to be able to demonstrate the core skills this role requires as well as match our values and mission. ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY

We are seeking a highly organised administrator to support our Fundraising team.

In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the Harris Federation’s impactful fundraising efforts through vital administrative assistance. Working closely with the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships and other team members, you will help celebrate and acknowledge our donors by crafting thoughtful reports and heartfelt communications. Your contributions will ensure donors feel valued through timely updates, expressions of gratitude and meaningful engagement.

You will also establish and maintain an efficient system to manage our donation records, ensuring that every contribution is acknowledged and appreciated.

MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support to the Fundraising, Partnerships and Alumni department of the Harris Federation
• Supporting the Head of Fundraising and Partnerships and colleagues with donor reporting, including managing invoices, preparing thank-you communications, providing timely updates and sending reports to funders
• Maintaining an accurate database and systems to manage donation records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
• Coordinating and tracking fundraising activities, deadlines and events to support the smooth operation of campaigns
• Assisting with scheduling meetings, managing calendars and organising internal and external communications
• Supporting the preparation of fundraising proposals, presentations and other documentation as required
• Handling incoming enquiries related to fundraising and partnership activity professionally and promptly
• Contributing to the evaluation and continuous improvement of fundraising administration processes

Our Perinatal Outreach Workers, come alongside, build relationships, listen and equip with the information needed to empower our clients to have a positive and informed pregnancy, birth and postnatal period. 

Our staff and volunteers offer continuity of care as we assist with emotional, practical and physical needs. Elayos values the importance of trauma-informed approaches and seeks to offer this to both staff and clients. Where appropriate, we signpost and collaborate with other organisations to ensure that the greatest range of support is given.

Alongside emotional support, we provide: a baby bank stocking essential equipment and consumables, expert infant feeding support, a small hardship fund for essential items, vouchers to clients at Christmas and toy packs for vulnerable children.

We're looking for a confident and capable individual, with bags of energy and a sense of fun to join our team and lead our online reading projects. You will coordinate your volunteers to deliver reading sessions via Zoom three times a week to children up to the age of 12 . You will be responsible for coordinating volunteers and families across all projects, being ‘on call’ for any issues that may arise, and stepping in to reading sessions where needed. You will provide support for volunteers within and outside of the sessions as well as responding to needs of the families.

Full training will be given.

We’re looking for a Finance and Operations star to support the team across finance administration, HR processes, compliance, and operational logistics. You’ll be a key part of the smooth running of the team that enables us to carry out our work making change with young people!

We are looking for a new policy adviser who will work primarily in our natural environment to help deliver ambitious leadership for the environment. They may also work on projects for one or more of our other themes.

You will be a strong researcher and confident communicator who can understand the main environmental and political challenges in the UK. As well as understanding the bigger picture, you will have experience of working in policy areas covered by our natural environment theme which are food, farming, land use and nature.

You will work as part of a team that uses political, policy and analytical insights to drive forward UK government policy on food, farming, land use and nature. You will be able to synthesise complex information rapidly, including in areas unfamiliar to you. You will take initiative in using that information to propose policy positions to the team that are sensitive to the wider political context. You will be organised and independent, ensuring outputs and events are executed to a high quality and to deadlines.

Communication skills are important. You will be a skilled writer, capable of turning complex information into easily understandable briefings, reports, and blogs for our audiences. You will have the ability to build relationships with politicians, environmental NGOs, business partners and other stakeholders. You will be comfortable presenting our work to internal and external audiences, helping to secure support for projects and policy proposals.

Green Alliance balances long and short-term projects, as well as being responsive to government agendas and public discourse. This means team members need to be eager to rapidly build knowledge in new policy areas and be willing to learn from colleagues and bring a flexible and dynamic approach to their work.
