You will play a vital role in bringing My Nature Play to life in Early Years settings across your region. Role Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy & Leadership

Translate the Conduit executive leadership and Foundation Board’s vision into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Collaborate with The Conduit’s Impact team to integrate Foundation initiatives into broader Conduit strategy.

2. Grants Management

3. Board Development & Governance

Development Manager

Purpose of the Role 

The Development Manager will play a vital role in expanding The Churchill Fellowship’s income from Trusts, Foundations, and other institutional funders. Working closely with the Development Director, the post holder will identify, cultivate and secure new funding partnerships that support our core Fellowship programme, unrestricted income, and the Activate Programme in line with our organisational priorities. 

The postholder will manage the full funder journey, from initial engagement to long-term stewardship, ensuring all relationships are grown and managed professionally and effectively. They will work closely with relevant departments to coordinate proposals, reports, and communications, helping maintain strong connections with funders.

Key responsibilities 

Prospecting and Pipeline Development 

• Research and identify new potential supporters, primarily from the Trusts & Foundations sector, with some engagement of aligned individuals or family-foundation prospects in conjunction with the wider Development Team.

• Support the Development Director in delivering targeted cultivation and engagement strategies to grow new income streams.

• Build and maintain a healthy, dynamic pipeline of qualified new business opportunities. 

• Monitor sector trends to identify emerging supporters and new partnership opportunities 

Approaches and Proposal Development 

• Prepare tailored, persuasive funding proposals, applications, and cases for support, drawing on internal expertise and materials. 

• Lead on initial engagement with new prospects, coordinating meetings, briefings and follow-up communications. 

• Manage the cultivation process ensuring prospects receive timely and professional engagement throughout. 

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proposals are accurate, evidence-based and aligned with organisational objectives.

Relationship Management 

• Act as the key contact for donors and funders secured through this role, managing relationships and ensuring continuity of communication. 

• Work closely with the Development Director, Appeal Director and CEO to coordinate senior-level involvement in funder engagement where appropriate. 

• Ensure accurate monitoring, evaluation and reporting for all grants, providing timely updates and impact information to funders. Liaise with colleagues across the organisation to identify when and how internal contacts or senior volunteers can support prospect engagement, ensuring this complements any existing relationships or approaches. 

Internal Collaboration and Systems 

• Record all activity in Salesforce, ensuring accurate data capture on all prospect and funder activity. 

• Contribute to income forecasting and team reporting

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to align fundraising approaches with strategic initiatives, ensuring consistent messaging and shared priorities. 

General 

• Ensure fundraising activity complies with relevant regulations, GDPR, and due diligence processes and ethical fundraising policies

Qualification: 

• Degree level or equivalent transferable skills - Desirable

• Proven success in securing funding from Trusts & Foundations or HNWIs, particularly new business (one-off or multiyear grants and repeat grants)

The Soldiers' and Aviators' Scripture Readers Association (known as SASRA) is one of the longest-established Christian charities supporting the British Armed Forces. Under Royal patronage and working with over 70,000 soldiers, 30,000 RAF personnel and some 10,000 supporters of various types, we look to introduce members of the British Armed Forces to a practical experience of the Christian faith. 

We are now looking for home-based Regional Managers to help us engage with the Christian public across the UK.

The main function of Regional Managers is to bring before the Christian public the work we do taking the gospel of Jesus Christ and bringing a practical experience of the Christian faith to the young people of the British Army and Royal Air Force.

The Regional Manager will present in churches, manage a team of volunteers, establish and maintain strategic partnerships across their region, lead regional projects and events, and produce and curate a wide variety of content.

About The Role

This role will lead the Corporate Partnerships team at Home-Start UK and drive the development and implementation of a fundraising strategy that builds on a recent period of significant growth. With projected corporate income of £2.5 million in 2025/26, the successful candidate will focus on generating sustainable, high-return income. They will ensure excellent supporter-focused account management for existing partners, while also identifying and securing new partnerships to build a strong pipeline for long-term income.

Ultimately, this work will enable Home-Start UK to support more families with young children through challenging times.

The role
Relief International is looking for an operational Global Human Resources Director to lead our global HR function. This is a unique opportunity for a senior HR professional to drive real, lasting impact across our international operations by strengthening the foundations of HR practice, enhancing team capability, and embedding consistency and compliance across global offices.

Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer, the Global HR Director will act as a trusted advisor to the COO and wider Senior Leadership Team (SLT) on all people and organisational matters.
This is a transformative role for a leader who combines vision with pragmatism, and who thrives on translating challenges into meaningful change. The successful candidate will:

• Modernise and harmonise HR policies and processes across country programmes and global support offices.
• Review and update staff handbooks and HR procedures to ensure relevance, clarity, and compliance.
• Restructure and lead an international HR team, clarifying roles and fostering a positive, collaborative culture.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and international standards, mitigating HR-related operational and financial risks.
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance, development, mobility, and well-being.
• Support organisational change, guiding managers and teams through transitions with empathy and structure.
• Champion a culture of inclusion, respect, and accountability in line with RI’s values.

About you

We are seeking a confident and values-driven leader with the following:

• Significant experience as an HR Director or senior HR Manager, ideally within an international NGO context.
• Background working in complex, multi-country organisations—including fragile or conflict-affected contexts.

• Deep expertise in HR policy design, implementation, and compliance.
• Proven ability to lead and restructure remote, international teams.
• Skilled in change management and supporting organisations through transitions.
• Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g. BambooHR), staff handbooks, and performance tools.

• Strong communicator, capable of building relationships across cultures and levels.
• Fluency in English, French language skills are desirable but not essential.
• Current right to work in the UK.

Director, Supply Chain | C. £110,000 + Benefits | Permanent | London | Hybrid

For one of the UK's leading Housing Associations, we're recruiting their Supply Chain Director. Reporting to the CFO, this is a key leadership role leading the strategic transformation of Supply Chain management across the organisation. The Supply Chain Director will lead a central team of 4, whilst working strategically with the wider Heads of Procurement and Commercial teams to set the Supply Chain strategy, and develop, embed, and continuously improve the Supply Chain framework across 4000 suppliers and £1.5Bn spend.

Main Duties:

• Leading and setting the strategic plan for Supply Chain, operating within a 'hub and spoke' model
• Lead the development of a robust category management approach (which will be delivered by 'spokes') to streamline vendor relationships and reduce risk
• Develop Group-wide Supply Chain framework (end-to-end), ensuring alignment to corporate strategy, legislation and category management
• Ensure Supply Chain framework is embedded, and subject to continuous improvement
• Apply data and insight to inform and drive decision-making across spend landscape, supplier rationalisation, and efficiency savings across the Supply Chain framework
• Utilise data to identify and evaluate emerging Supply Chain trends, opportunities and best-practices, and drive continuous improvement

To support this growth, Ark Start is seeking an experienced and passionate Recruitment Manager paying up to £50,000 to lead on all recruitment, talent and onboarding. This is a unique opportunity for a values led recruitment professional to help shape the charity by successfully recruiting talented individuals into the organisation who align with the values and direction the charity is going.

The organisation is located in White City, with the nurseries based across London. Ark offers flexible working hours, including core hours and some remote working. The role will require someone who will prioritise in-person working, meaning being able to work from the office and their nursery sites at least 3-4 days per week.

Reporting into the Operations Director, some of the key responsibilities of this exciting permanent role include:

• Leading the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for all nursery-based roles
• Developing and implementing effective talent attraction strategies
• Building partnerships with external organisations to support candidate pipelines
• Supporting managers to develop induction plans for new starters and manage probation periods effectively
• Providing first-line support on recruitment queries

The ideal candidate will have at least five years’ experience working in a senior recruitment capacity.
