Role purpose:
- Retain and grow relationships with existing centres through tailored engagement strategies that drive programme registrations and increase impact.

Key responsibilities:
Retain and grow existing centre relationships
- Manage a portfolio of existing centres, ensuring regular and meaningful engagement aligned to their needs, delivery patterns, and growth potential.
- Deliver against annual centre income targets by supporting centres to continue and expand programme delivery.
- Develop and implement tailored engagement plans that reflect sector priorities, sector and programme maturity, and centre feedback.
- Analyse Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards to identify retention risks, spot growth opportunities, and respond to trends with proactive support.
- Coordinate requalification conversations and re-engagement activity to sustain long-term partnerships.
Generate and convert new business
- Identify and research high-potential leads across your allocated sectors (e.g., secondary, FE, community) using BI and CRM insights, sector intelligence, and marketing-generated activity.
- Plan and deliver proactive outreach activity via a Sector Development Plans.
- Build and maintain a personal pipeline of prospects and log progress regularly updating conversion insight and forecasts.

Youth Engagement Officer
Location: Hybrid. Expected to be in our London office in Victoria at least one day per week. You can be remote every other day or come into the office. Your office days are flexible and can be agreed with your manager, other than for monthly team days where you must be in person. Some nationwide travel expected for Youth Steering Group training days, events and conferences. After passing probation, up to six weeks ‘super remote’ working per year, where you can work anywhere in the world as long as you’re online for four hours of the UK workday.
Contract: Fixed Term Contract until 31 August 2026 with the possibility to extend.
Holidays: 38 days per year, including our 3-day winter shut down and eight flexible bank holidays.

Our Youth Steering Group design and run the annual Fair Education Youth Summit. You will support the young people to design sessions, secure speakers, embed past feedback and plan the event structure. Our Youth Engagement Working Group supports FEA members and other sector organsiations to increase and improve their own youth engagement practice. We are looking for an outstanding Senior Press Officer to work in our fast-paced press office, helping run it to the highest standard. RCS England is one of the most high-profile health commentators in the UK. You will regularly see us advocating for patients and the surgical workforce in the national press. Candidates should have experience of successfully pitching stories to national media and know what makes a good health story. You will have a fluent writing style and be confident working with senior stakeholders to brief them before interviews.
Responsibilities
·Handle incoming enquiries and provide accurate, timely and appropriate responses, briefing journalists in line with RCS England key messages and priorities.
·Participate in an out-of-hours rota for media enquiries. Time off in lieu is offered for significant out-of-office hours worked.
·Research, write and distribute press releases, features, letters and other editorial material.
·Draft articles, quotes and opinion pieces on behalf of RCS England spokespeople.
·Provide press office support to the Faculty of Dental Surgery and its Dean, as required.

·Act as the press lead for key projects such as RCS England guidance or campaigns. Devising and implementing communications plans, sharing project updates with the wider communications team, and maintaining a good understanding of surgical and wider health issues.

·Brief, support and prepare RCS England spokespeople for media interviews.

The Dalit Solidarity Network UK is looking out for a 3-day a week (21 hours) part time Programme Officer. This role is to facilitate the work of DSN-UK ensuring delivery of key project administration, advocacy work and the smooth running of the office and taking on ad-hoc tasks where necessary. The Programme Officer will report to the Director. This role will occasionally involve some travel, evening or weekend work.
Responsible for:
Everyday Casteism programme
Assisting the Director to implement the Everyday Casteism programme, including:
- Leading on community-based outreach and data collection and processing
- Development of advocacy strategies
- Supporting network development
- Supporting activities related to Business and Human Rights
Communication, networking & membership
- Liaising with DSN-UK members
- Leading on social media communications for DSN-UK
Administration
- Organising quarterly board meetings and AGM and taking minutes/preparing relevant papers
- Preparing management accounts and arranging payment of invoices
- Managing Gift Aid Submissions
- Managing receipts and petty cash
Person specification:

The role will focus on providing exceptional stewardship for our calendar of community and events fundraising. The Brompton Fountain is the children’s charity at Royal Brompton Hospital - a world leading specialist centre for complex heart and lung disease. We work in partnership with the teams on the wards, paediatric intensive care unit (PICU) and in outpatient clinics. Our charity provides support and resources for patients, families and staff, as well as funding lifesaving medical equipment, accommodation - so that parents can stay close to their child during an admission, toys and entertainment for the playroom and improvements to the facilities to create the best possible environment for families to promote their wellbeing during what can often be a very challenging time. In collaboration with the hospital trust and the NHS we also fund research projects and develop new initiatives for babies, children and young people with heart and lung conditions.

Main Duties and Responsilbilties
Community and Events Fundraising
• Assist in the planning and execution of a diverse range of fundraising events, including challenge events and community initiatives.
• Support the management of event logistics, including participant communication, volunteer coordination, and on-the-day activities.
• Collaborate with external partners and suppliers to ensure smooth event operations and build strong relationships for future collaboration.
• Lead outreach efforts to engage new local community partners, such as (small) businesses, schools, and clubs, promoting fundraising opportunities and supporting their initiatives.
• Lead on generating income through supermarket schemes. • To represent the charity when required in schools, engagement events and cheque presentations.
Individual Giving
• Manage the regular giving programme by implementing a rolling 12-month plan of meaningful touchpoints to deepen relationships.
• Develop and implement a plan to encourage increased giving and recruit new regular donors with personalised cultivation and stewardship.
• Maximise engagement and retention of individual supporters (giving at lower to mid-level) by prompt thanking, excellent stewardship and building effective donor journeys.
Supporter Care
• Serve as the primary point of contact for community and events fundraisers, delivering outstanding stewardship ensuring they receive the information and support needed to maximise their fundraising potential while maintaining the highest standards of stewardship and being respectful of potential sensitivities particularly when working with families who are fundraising in memory.
• Provide timely and effective follow-up communications with supporters, ensuring they feel valued and engaged.
• Maintain our CRM database ensuring accurate records to track communications, income, and supporter preferences, ensuring compliance with GDPR and data protection laws.
Administrative and Financial Support
• Process cash and cheque donations, Gift Aid and matched funding claims, ensuring this income is processed and recorded accurately on our database.
• Manage the distribution of supporter resources, conduct stock checks for fundraising materials and ensure an organised work environment for all fundraising assets.
• Overseeing our online shop.
Marketing and Communication
• Create engaging materials (posters, leaflets, stories etc), social media content and e-newsletters to inspire participation in fundraising activities.
• Produce impact reports and collate information for the HOF to support fundraising initiatives and grant applications.
• Ensure fundraising and associated webpages are kept up to date. Team Collaboration
• Work collaboratively with the wider team (when required) to support in-hospital and community events as well as assisting with tasks as needed to ensure smooth charity operations.
• Support the CEO and team members with ad hoc projects, activities, and any high-priority tasks to contribute to overall team objectives.
• Any other duties as required by the Head of Fundraising.
Additional Information
Salary is £30,000 - £32,000 per annum (DOE). The role covers 37.5 hours per week. Two days per week working in our charity office at Royal Brompton Hospital - London, and the remaining hours to be worked remotely. Occasional evening and weekend work subject to our events calendar. Exact working pattern to be discussed at the interview stage.
One-year fixed term contract with the potential to extend contract length subject to performance and funding.
A full driving licence or the ability to travel to events and meetings within London and the South East is essential.
