You will be highly organised and able to take responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual funder reporting deadlines across all Navigate projects, bringing together information from different services and sources to produce accurate, engaging and evidence-based reports. You will have strong analytical and written communication skills, with the ability to combine statistical information, outcomes, client feedback and real-life experiences to tell a compelling and credible story about our impact.

You do not necessarily need to come from a money advice background. We are looking for someone with strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail and a genuine commitment to using data and evidence to make a difference. You may have experience in monitoring and evaluation, impact measurement, data analysis, research, performance, reporting or a related area.

Job Purpose: To lead on monitoring, evaluation, performance, and impact reporting across Navigate’s services, ensuring we can clearly evidence the difference our work makes to individuals and communities. A key part of the role will involve meeting directly with clients to understand and capture their experiences of Navigate’s services. These first-hand insights will provide rich qualitative evidence for funder reports, impact reporting, service evaluation, and organisational learning, alongside the analysis and interpretation of statistical and performance information.

This role is central to ensuring Navigate’s services are evidence-led, high quality, accountable, and responsive to client need, and that the organisation can communicate its impact clearly and credibly to funders, partners, stakeholders, and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

Impact & Evaluation

· Develop and implement a robust evaluation framework to evidence service impact

The Advocacy & Government Relations team leads the charity in influencing decision-makers and those whose policies, practices and decisions affect cat welfare across the UK. The small, highly motivated team works to influence legislators (national and devolved governments), professional organisations and corporates. The team has successfully influenced the law on microchipping, pet theft and commercial kitten sales in England and worked with the Scottish Government to regulate cat breeding and rehoming activities. The team also runs digital campaigns as part of its strategy.

As Development Officer (Income Maximisation in Schools) you will play a lead role in looking at the actions needed at different levels to sustainably embed advice in schools across Scotland. You’ll be involving and engaging schools, advice services and other partners to develop practical recommendations which can be used to improve provision nationally. Scotland’s Charity Air Ambulance (SCAA) exists so nobody in Scotland suffers or dies because medical help cannot get there in time. People can get sick or have accidents anywhere and anytime. The Role

We are looking for a skilled and proactive Data Management Officer to join the charity’s Data and Insights Function. You will be joining the charity at a time of significant opportunity as we continue to strengthen our approach to data, insight and supporter engagement.

The Data Management Officer will mainly be responsible for managing and developing our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and supporter data. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced CRM and data professional who enjoys hands-on responsibility for systems, process improvement and data management, and enabling colleagues to deliver exceptional fundraising, marketing and supporter engagement activity. Working closely with teams across the charity, you will ensure our CRM remains effective, compliant and fit for purpose while helping us better understand and engage our supporters. Your work will directly contribute to our ability to raise funds and support our life-saving mission.

This role can be offered on a fully remote basis, with the option to work from Perth Airport, where SCAA headquarters are located or our Aberdeen base at Aberdeen Airport, if preferred. • Proven experience managing CRM systems in a charity or fundraising context and being comfortable working with large datasets.

The Communications Manager provides operational leadership for CLAPA's communications delivery, ensuring communications and marketing activity is effectively planned, prioritised and delivered in support of the charity's strategic objectives. 

Reporting to the Head of Communications and Marketing, the postholder is responsible for translating the communications strategy into coordinated day-to-day delivery. The role directly manages CLAPA's Communications Officers, embedding effective planning, briefing and workflow processes that enable the team to deliver proactive, creative and high-quality communications.

The Communications and Research Officer is a new post designed to help bridge the gap between the research and campaigning work of Drone Wars UK and our supporters and the general public. The role is split 50/50 between communications and research. Job purpose 

As Youth Engagement Project Officer, you’ll work closely with the Programme Manager, the wider Libraries Rising team, The Reading Agency, library services and young people to support the delivery of this project, and to develop our wider support of libraries with their youth engagement work.

The Nystagmus Network is a small charity with an excellent reputation. For forty years, we've been the voice people turn to when they need it most. We need a Chief Executive who sees fundraising at the heart of the charity, and as storytelling with a purpose. If you thrive on walking into a room with a funder and leaving with a partnership, you're the person for us. Securing significant income through trust and statutory bids sits at the heart of this role, and so does the expertise in demonstrating impact. Sharp, compelling reporting that shows funders and supporters exactly what their money makes possible.

We're looking for someone who can shape a communications and brand presence that matches the strength of our reputation, someone with experience in setting direction for external-facing content, comfortable working with fractional expertise to keep our voice consistent and professional, and just as comfortable being the face of that voice themselves. You'll be equally at home talking research priorities with an ophthalmologist as you are meeting a family with an unexpected diagnosis.

This is a hands-on role in a lean, ambitious organisation. You'll hold real responsibility for strategy, governance and our external profile, working closely with a supportive Board of Trustees, but you'll also be close enough to the work to take ownership of the insight and data that prove it's working. We want to hear from you if the idea of taking real ownership of all aspects of running a charity appeals to you, if you are a self starter with the skills to manage a wide range of projects and ideas.

You do not need to have been a Chief Executive before. What you do need is real sector experience, credibility with funders and trustees, and the drive to turn ambition into a deliverable plan. Role Purpose

Supports delivery of our email and CRM marketing strategy, bringing the story of Trussell and our community of food banks to life through insight-led communications.  Working alongside the Email & CRM Marketing Manager and collaborate with insight, fundraising, mobilising and wider programme teams to build and deliver highly engaging communications and journeys.

Key Responsibilities

Email design and delivery

· Support the Email Marketing and CRM Manager in designing and delivering insight‑led, data‑driven email campaigns and supporter journeys that strengthen engagement and drive activity that delivers programme goals.

Journey and automation delivery

· Work with teams across the organisation to build and deliver email journeys and automated workflows for a range of audiences, supporting effective CRM campaign delivery and driving stronger audience engagement.

Analysis and reporting

· Support the analysis and reporting of email performance, working with Insight, Supporter Data teams and audience owners to identify trends, evaluate effectiveness, and implement improvements.

Segmentation and data management

· Aid with the creation and management of audience segments and data models to support our audience strategy and ensure relevant and timely communications.

Testing and optimisation

· Collaborate with teams to design and deliver testing and optimisation tactics to drive email and journey performance, embedding a culture of testing and learning to drive continuous improvement.

Copywriting and content

· Create highly engaging copy and content for email and CRM marketing activity and acting as internal consultant to teams developing email content, ensuring alignment to our brand and in line with email best practice and continual skilling up of content providers.

Person Specification

Core Knowledge

• Experience of delivering audience-focused and accessible email and CRM communications

• Understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.  Some knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud would be an advantage

• Understanding of the laws and regulations around email marketing, including the Data Protection Act and UK GDPR

Essential Skills

• Detail oriented and highly organised

• Excellent prioritisation and time management, capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously

• Knowledge of email marketing metrics and experience analysing metrics and reporting
