About the role

Role Overview: We're seeking a proactive and creative Communications & Digital Manager to lead digital communications and support broader engagement activities. This role suits someone with technical digital expertise, strong writing and content creation skills, and a passion for stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage digital platforms, including the website and intranet, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and accessibility.
- Administer the CMS for updates, content uploads, and architecture changes.
- Monitor and report on website performance using analytics tools, providing insights for optimisation.
- Support the coordination and delivery of campaigns and events aligned with legacy and impact strategies.
- Act as brand custodian, ensuring all communications adhere to brand guidelines and managing the storage and sharing of brand assets.
- Create and distribute internal communications, maintaining and evolving the internal platform (including transition to SharePoint).
- Collaborate with internal teams to share news, updates, and opportunities across the organisation.

Experience & Qualifications

We are looking for an experienced Campaigns Manager, who is passionate about driving change and has knowledge and experience of Communications and managing staff. This is a temporary post, whilst we go out to recruitment for a permanent post, during the busiest time of the year for White Ribbon.
The post holder will be leading our national flagship campaign – White Ribbon Day (25th November) and the following 16 days of activism, ensuring existing plans are fully developed and delivered and the campaign meets its goals and targets.
This will involve managing and working with the Campaigns Officer, the Communications Officer and a freelance and part time Project Officer (for the Portraits Project) and additional freelance and part time Communications Officer (for social media). You will need to manage our outsourcing contract with PIC PR (marketing agency) in an effective manner, to achieve our campaign goals.
Close working with the Business Development Manager and the Accreditation and Training team will be required.
You will be responsible for monitoring, evaluation and reporting to the Board of Trustees on the success of the campaign.
You will need to manage the project budget, reporting to our Finance Manager, and ensure that our campaign sponsors are happy.

We’re looking for an experienced Communications and Campaigns Officer to join a busy multidisciplinary communications team. You’ll play a key role in shaping and actioning our approach to communications and campaigns both internally and externally.

This is a varied role where you’ll work closely with the team, freelancers, charities and the people and communities they support to understand what they do. You’ll work as part of a team to deliver creative campaigns, and plan engaging content that reaches our key audiences, internally and externally.
