About the Progression & Training Service
The Progression & Training Service supports clients to identify and take practical steps towards learning, volunteering, training and employment. Through one-to-one coaching, group learning, digital inclusion, vocational training and partnerships with external organisations, the service helps clients build skills, confidence and access to meaningful progression opportunities.
The service works closely with Providence Row’s wider teams, including Catering Training, Gardening, Volunteering, Health Inclusion and Advice and Support, to provide coordinated pathways that reflect each client’s goals, strengths and circumstances.
Role purpose
The Progression & Training Manager is responsible for the leadership, quality, performance and development of the service.
The postholder will lead the team, oversee client progression pathways, maintain strong partnerships and ensure that the service delivers high-quality, trauma-informed and strengths-based support. The Deputy Director (Operations and Business Development) is a new senior leadership role that will work in close partnership with the Director and Board of Trustees to improve strategic effectiveness and sustainable growth. Created to support the next stage in The Burton's development, this role will translate strategic ambition into practical delivery, ensuring the organisation has the leadership, systems and operational capability needed to achieve its long-term goals.
The Deputy Director will lead organisational planning, internal operations, financial planning and performance, while supporting business development, commercial activity and income growth. Overall purpose
To have overall responsibility for the successful planning and delivery of the ASL Summer Program. Program oversight
Work with school administration to set strategy and goals for the summer program, in alignment with the overall goals of the school
Develop and monitor budgets and KPIs
Design and create the program of offerings (before the portal opens in March)

People

Respond to messages from the summer email inbox from December.
Supervise the careful release of campers by counsellors, coaches and teachers to their parents at Waverley Park.
Manage any possible parent complaints, including but not limited to refunds, camp swapping etc
Manage and support any child safeguarding concerns that may arise during the summer.
Work with the Facilities Manager to organize room locations and spaces
Other
Update and test the employment pages and forms, the summer web pages, and the Veracross portal listings.
Manage and confirm the weekly payroll and submit it for processing.
Work with the Accounts department on payroll, purchasing (Soldo cards), budgeting and abiding by the ASL financial procedures.
Work with the Advancement department (ASL communications/website team) to set up / update the webpage and advertise the programs internally and externally through school announcements, emails and local magazines

The Head of Public Fundraising is a new role at Coeliac UK leading the charity’s public fundraising function. The role focusses on driving sustainable growth across individual giving, community fundraising, events, lottery, raffle, digital fundraising and merchandise. This role is responsible for delivering Coeliac UK’s 5-year fundraising strategy to maximise return-on-investment, grow long term supporter value, and contribute to the charity’s mission.

Who are we looking for?
Key to the success of this role is a strong understanding of individual giving fundraising. This role blends the strategic oversight and leadership of a Head of role across multiple income streams, with the hands-on expertise of an IG fundraiser. Experience across other income streams and areas of fundraising delivery would be a huge benefit as the role leads community fundraising and events, will take on digital fundraising - currently led by the Chief Engagement Officer, as well as manage the data and supporter care functions, but experience in individual giving is essential as Coeliac UK has defined that as an area of priority income. We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised HR & Executive Support Assistant to support a high quality people function at IHP. This part-time role combines HR administration with wider organisational and executive support, offering a varied and rewarding opportunity within a small charity that is making a significant impact around the world.

About the role
The HR team is responsible for a broad range of functions supporting our 24-strong staff team and trustees. The HR & Executive Support Assistant will play a key role in delivering effective HR administration while also providing wider administrative support to help ensure the smooth running of the organisation.
Working closely with the Director of Finance & Resources, our outsourced HR Consultant and the Finance & Administration Officer, the postholder will support the employee lifecycle, maintain HR systems and records, coordinate training and wellbeing activities, and help ensure HR processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Alongside the core HR responsibilities, the role will provide support across a range of central organisational activities, including supporting with office administration, governance, trustee administration, staff meetings and events, maintaining internal systems and records, and assisting with cross-organisational projects led by the Senior Leadership Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, has strong organisational skills and wants to develop their HR career while gaining experience across the wider functions of a small, collaborative charity.

Speaking For Ourselves is an exciting new programme funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund that will collect and share the history of the care-experienced campaigning movement since the 1970s. It was conceived within the care-experienced community, emerging from long-standing discussions about how poorly the history of the care-experienced campaigning movement has been recorded—and how easily its achievements risk being forgotten.
This important programme puts the voice of people with lived experience of care at the centre. The Speaking for Ourselves programme, delivered by Coram, is guided by a majority care-experienced Programme Board and aims to work with the wider care experienced community. The Programme Board has an advisory and representative role, to guide the successful delivery of the programme and make key decisions that shape its impact.

About the role
This exciting role will be responsible for the creation of the physical and digital Archive of the Care-Experienced Campaigning Movement and work closely with the team to support the extensive use of archive materials and stories to support the creative audio elements of the programme. We are looking for an experienced and creative archivist with a keen interest in social history and experience of working on physical and digital archive projects, preferably including digitalisation/oral history to lead on this unique area of work.
The post holder will report to the Programme Manager, and will work with the programme team, Programme Board and Coram. The role will liaise closely with Coram’s Executive Office and external partners including the London Archives.
