About the role:

As Philanthropy & Partnerships Manager, you’ll nurture deep and meaningful relationships with high-net-worth individuals and partners. You’ll craft bespoke donor journeys that connect people to our cause in ways that are personal, emotional, and unforgettable, helping us unlock vital support and inspire transformational giving.

You’ll take the lead on cultivating and managing a portfolio of major donors and prospects, ensuring each one feels connected to our work and sees the difference they’re making. From first conversations to milestone gifts, you’ll guide each relationship with creativity, care and purpose.

You'll also help shape the next chapter of our growth—strategically identifying new opportunities, building relationships from scratch, and designing tailored engagement plans that reflect each donor’s values and potential.

You'll work closely with colleagues across fundraising, programmes and leadership—joining up the dots between donor passions and our most urgent funding needs.

We believe children belong in families, never orphanages. Because orphanages harm children. The majority of those who experience life inside an institution suffer violence, abuse and neglect. Denied the chance to grow up in a family, they’re more likely to become homeless later in life, to have run-ins with the law, and to experience mental and physical health issues.

The shocking truth is that these are almost always children who have, or could have, a family to look after them. To love them. But every day, a broken system puts pressure on parents to give up their children. They'll be safe from war, can escape poverty, will get an education. False promises. No child should have to trade their family for their future.

This role is a new post within our Fundraising and Communications team and an exciting opportunity to shape a growing area of our work. The successful candidate will have some experience of working on a range of events, ideally challenge and sports fundraising, including tasks such as participant recruitment, tracking income, contributing to supporter journeys and assisting with event day activities.

Doctors of the World UK (DoTW) is part of the global Médecins du Monde (MdM) network, which delivers over 400 projects in more than 70 countries, 6,000 volunteers and 5,000 employees. We deliver both emergency and planned medical support, staying to support people in need of healthcare for the long term. We advocate directly for the rights of everyone to access healthcare, no matter who they are or where they are from.

In the UK, we deliver our own domestic programme supporting people excluded from healthcare in the UK, including people seeking asylum and those who are homeless. This is an exciting opportunity to join IRMO as our Youth Project Coordinator and lead the Latin American Youth Forum (LAYF) – IRMO’s youth-led group for migrant and refugee young people aged 13–19.

LAYF offers a safe, supportive and trilingual space (Spanish, Portuguese and English) where young people can overcome barriers and begin to find their feet in the UK. Activities are designed to build confidence, support integration and foster leadership. Through the programme, participants can learn English through fun and engaging ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) classes, take part in weekly educational, arts-based and themed workshops, and receive one-to-one support through a targeted coaching programme focused on education, volunteering and employment.

Young people also have the opportunity to join the LAYF Youth Steering Group, where they can develop leadership skills and inspire other Spanish and Portuguese-speaking young people, while exploring London and beyond through cultural trips and residentials.

Job Profile

CAFOD’s mission in the Catholic community of England and Wales is to inspire and equip Catholics to actively engage in the Church’s efforts to overcome poverty and injustice. Our regional teams focus on recruiting and supporting a dedicated group of volunteers within parish and school communities, empowering them to educate, engage, and inspire others to act in solidarity for the common good. Regional teams also collaborate with clergy and other representatives across the Catholic community to ensure CAFOD’s volunteer programme is aligned with faith life.

The primary purpose of this role is to provide administrative and communications support to the Community Participation Coordinators across England and Wales, with a focus on the West & Wales region as the first point of contact. About the role

You will provide key day-to-day support to ensure the effective, high-quality delivery of programmes and training initiatives. This involves coordinating communications, managing event logistics, contributing to reporting, supporting grant administration, and maintaining digital systems. Programmes Delivery Support (50% time)

• Provide day-to-day support to Programme Managers in delivering activities on time and within budget, including coordinating internal communication, logistics, and scheduling.

• Organise and manage training sessions, webinars, and events; support the full re-granting process from due diligence to tracking and correspondence.

• Assist with data collection and analysis, support evaluation efforts, contribute to reporting and storytelling, and help maintain accurate internal and external programme materials.

Training Delivery Support (50% time)

• Oversee the full lifecycle of training programmes, from recruitment and enrolment to delivery and follow-up, ensuring a meaningful participant experience.

We are thrilled to be working in partnership with Honeypot Children’s Charity who are looking for a Corporate and Community Fundraising Executive responsible for maximising fundraising income from a pipeline of existing, and new, corporate partners and community groups.

With headquarters in London, and three respite houses situated in the South of England, Wales and Scotland, Honeypot supports young carers aged 5 to 12 years old, who perform a surrogate adult role as a carer for a loved one, often single-handedly, and whose wellbeing is at significant risk, leading to anxiety, isolation, poor confidence, and low self-esteem.

Reporting to the Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for growing support from businesses (currently 30 small corporates) plus local groups. You’ll manage existing partners and build new relationships to hit a £150K annual target. 

The successful candidate will:

• Have a minimum of two years’ experience in Fundraising
