We’re looking for a Volunteer Development Officer to support us in the delivery and development of high quality volunteering across our organisation. You will champion and support volunteering in Citizens Advice and influence the position and profile of volunteering across the service. You’ll work closely with the Head of Volunteering to support the delivery of the new volunteering strategy, ensuring that stakeholders from across the organisation are engaged in its development. You’ll provide operational volunteer management direction and support and maintain high standards in volunteering through the provision of guidance, tools, information and training.

Fundraising

• Support the setting of the charity’s fundraising targets through the research and review of both external and internal fundraising activities.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of the charity’s fundraising activities and campaigns.
• Collate the agreed metrics (including income and expenditure) and report on a weekly basis.
• Participate fully in the generation of fundraising ideas and activity selection.
• Design, prepare and implement the agreed activities and campaigns, which are likely to be varied in nature and might include dedicated fundraising events, grant applications to support families in disadvantaged socio-economic groups, and legacy generation.
• Recommend changes and updates to the activities and campaigns based on testing and evidenced data.

This Fundraising Officer role will sit in the Events team. This team is responsible for a portfolio of third party organised sports events - such as London Marathon, Tough Mudder, Cardiff Half and skydives - that will raise £4.4 million in this financial year.

The Foundation Manager will produce all of the annual appeals (bespoke, parent deposits and all community), manage the trusts and foundations portfolio, deliver all Foundation events, produce the Foundation publications and communications.

The Foundation Manager will join a close-knit, supportive and collaborative Development Office dedicated to supporting Radley College's mission and advancing its fundraising goals. While a background in education is advantageous, we welcome candidates from various sectors, prioritising drive, energy, and passion. Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a talented, experienced and proactive individual to join the charity at this critical and exciting stage of growth and development, and to lead on the delivery of the new digital marketing strategy.

Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Location: Home based and flexible – able to work in Warwick and London offices occasionally, and at other locations nationally when required.

About You

You will have experience of delivering digital marketing campaigns and activities in a communications, marketing or fundraising environment. You will also have experience of:

· Managing digital channels, including websites, analytics platforms, and social media accounts.

· Working with key digital marketing tools including GA4, Meta Business manager and others where relevant.

· Implementing SEO across digital channels.

· Monitoring and evaluating digital activity, with good analytical skills and ability to apply insights into practice.

· Digital audiences and using digital data to understand audiences.

· Managing external agencies and getting the most out of them.
