As a Community Fundraiser you will:
- Generate and grow income through inspiring community fundraising activities.
- Engage, recruit, and support individual fundraisers, challenge event participants, fundraising groups, and Charity of the Year partners.
- Build and sustain a strong supporter base through excellent stewardship.
- Work collaboratively with a passionate, fast-moving team and across departments like PR, Marketing, Research, and Policy.
- Travel locally for key events and work flexibly to meet fundraising goals.
To be successful, you must have experience:
- Experienced in community fundraising with a proven track record of meeting financial targets.
- A confident communicator,
- Exceptionally organised, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
- Proactive, independent, and driven by a ‘can-do’ attitude.
- Flexible with working hours, including occasional evenings and weekends.
Salary: £31,000 per annum + LW of £3,500 per annum (where applicable).
Contract type:Full-time, permanent

- Flexible with occasional evening and weekend work
- Confident with MS Office and comfortable driving within the region
Salary: £31,000 per annum, pro rata

Your Role
As the Director of Client Partnerships, you will be responsible for:
- Leading strategic initiatives to drive business income growth and enhance cost efficiency.
- Overseeing operational service delivery to ensure high-quality outcomes for clients.
- Managing and mentoring senior leaders, including Partnership Managers, Head of Advice Services, Head of Service Delivery, and Head of Business Development.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Executive Team, Board of Directors, clients, and external partners.
- Driving technological innovation in collaboration with the Head of IT to improve client journeys and operational efficiencies.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in Business, Management, Social Sciences or a related field is desirable, or equivalent experience in a senior client-facing or strategic role.
- Proven senior leadership experience within client management, partnerships, and/or business development.
- A strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving growth and operational excellence.
- Expertise in strategic client relationship management and partnership development.
- Strong leadership skills in managing cross-functional teams and fostering a high-performance culture.
- Knowledge of digital tools and technology to enhance client experience and operational effectiveness.
- Financial acumen and experience in budget management and resource optimization.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

We are recruiting for two positions into the Client & Corporate Services Finance department. These positions sit within their Digital and Technology divisions.
The responsibilities of the Assistant Finance Business Partner(s) will include:
· Producing management accounts for relevant budget holders
· Supporting contract management for Business Support, Digital, Tech, Finance and Client Solutions.
· Support the Corporate Directorates with Purchase Orders & Invoices
· Review and analysis of payroll and staff costs
· Preparing balance sheet reconciliations including accruals and prepayments
· Analysing financial performance to identify variances and ensuring transactions are accounted for correctly
· Preparing and processing journals
· Supporting internal and external audits
· Facilitating forecasting and reporting
· Identifying trends, risks and opportunities in the financial data
· Ensuring Record to Report principles are embedded within the GPA
· Producing financial reports for corporate stakeholders.
Key Skills & Experience
? Good experience of management accounting, ideally in a public sector context
? Desirable background in Digital, Commercial, Financial industries as either as a supplier or a client ? Desirable experience in project accounting which incudes P&L and Capital budgets (RDEL &
CDEL)
? Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse and interpret significant amounts of financial data
? Good experience of using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, ideally including MRI Horizon and/or Microsoft Business Central
? Proficient using Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets, and Microsoft PowerBI
? Ability to communicate complex financial information to non-finance stakeholders
? Ability to work in a geographically dispersed team
