About the role
As a Future Frontiers Partnerships Manager, your role is to identify, develop and maintain mutually beneficial partnerships with organisations which work with us to enable our mission. This is key to delivering our work and making a lasting difference for young people from under-resourced backgrounds on their education and career journeys.
The focus of the role is on building meaningful, long-term relationships with schools and/or businesses, to match young people from socio-economically disadvantaged backgrounds with business professionals who can provide insight into the world of work and guidance to help young people unlock their aspirations and develop the plans and skills they need to be successful.
Our Partnerships Managers each have a focus on a priority audience, either schools or businesses, and on an activity area, either new business development or account management. The role we are currently recruiting for will have a main focus on driving new business from companies.
Your responsibilities
The focus of each role could expand or change depending on the needs of the organisation. Current priorities and targets are reflected in each individual’s objectives for the year - these are regularly reviewed to ensure that they remain relevant and create ownership and stretch for each individual.

About you
Experience and knowledge

The Digital Marketing Officer (social media and website) is an exciting role at MDUK, that will sit within the Marketing Team. You will be responsible for the day to day running of our social media channels including Meta, X, LinkedIn and YouTube and the day to day running of our website. Role Summary

THE ROLE
The full-time Creative Communications and Events Officer works within the Communications team to help inform the public about antisemitism using a variety of media.
You will be joining our small, fast-paced, entrepreneurial staff team based at our office in central London.
The role brings a diverse set of responsibilities and an opportunity to work within a charitable organisation with a strong sense of purpose.
Responsibilities
- You will design graphics across our organisation, from social media posts and placards to pamphlets to pledge cards
- Work with creative colleagues to conceive and implement a variety communications campaigns to raise awareness about antisemitism and educate the public, sometimes at short notice and with tight deadlines
- Provide logistical support for communications projects, including scouting and booking locations, ordering materials, liaising with third parties and conducting internal research
- Plan, script, shoot and edit videos on various topics for different audiences on our numerous social media channels
- Growing our social media presence, including paid campaigns, to maximise reach and engagement
- Play a significant role in podcast production, from researching and booking guests to audio and visual editing
- Strategically planning and executing key events for the organisation throughout the year, ensuring maximum impact
- Design merchandise for our website and oversee the logistical aspect of sales
- Measure and analyse performance and outcomes of campaigns to increase reach and effectiveness
- Correspond with members of the public who write in to us
- Support units across our organisation in the preparation of materials relevant to their areas of work that conform to our house style and brand
- Work with a dedicated team of staff and volunteers in our pioneering Communications Unit

The ideal candidate will either be entry-level or have one or two years’ experience in one of the relevant areas, save that any candidate must be able to demonstrate a graphic design ability.

In this role, you will:
• Personally steward a portfolio of engaged supporters through tailored one-to-one communications, including calls, letters, emails, and meetings.
• Use supporter insight to create tailored stewardship plans that inspire legacy pledges and mid-value donations (currently £300 - £10,000 pa/).
• Work with colleagues across Marketing, Philanthropy, Community Fundraising, Volunteering, Retail and Supporter Care to identify and cultivate potential legacy and mid-value leads.
• Plan and deliver inspiring cultivation events, both in-person and online, to retain and grow supporter engagement.
• Analyse and adapt stewardship approaches based on supporter feedback and performance results to maximise impact.

About you

The Opportunity
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Partnerships Manager to join our small and dynamic team. This new role will support the Head of Partnerships and wider WFN team in delivering our fundraising strategy, stewarding high-value donor relationships, and unlocking new opportunities for income growth.
The Partnerships Manager will work directly with some of WFN’s existing portfolio of 30 Major Donors made up primarily of Trusts, Family Foundations and High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) supporters, with some Corporates. The Partnerships Manager will maintain close professional relationships with supporters that are bespoke and require excellent interpersonal skills, with most meetings taking place in-person, in central London.

The purpose of this role is to raise the profile of the services and impact of Sobus, and the wider VCS community in Hammersmith & Fulham. The Marketing and Social Media Officer will be responsible for capturing, on a weekly basis, high quality, insightful and inspiring media from Sobus services and projects, together with regular showcasing of local VCS services and achievements.
