This is an exciting opportunity to join EarthPercent at a pivotal stage in our growth.
The Fundraising & Communications Assistant is a brand-new role designed to support a more joined-up approach across EarthPercent’s activity. Working across fundraising, communications and community, you’ll help ensure these closely connected functions are aligned, enabling EarthPercent to build and strengthen relationships with artists, partners, donors, supporters and the wider music community.
The role provides essential administrative, operational and project support, helping deliver partnerships, campaigns, events, communications and engagement activities that advance EarthPercent’s mission. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organised, ensuring information flows effectively across the organisation and enabling colleagues to build and steward successful relationships.
You’ll support the planning and delivery of live fundraising shows, industry events and campaigns; assist with partnership materials and communications; maintain key systems; and help ensure colleagues have the information they need to deliver high-quality work.
As part of a small, ambitious team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across a range of our fundraising, communications and engagement activity, gaining broad experience while helping shape a growing organisation. This varied, hands-on role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive and keen to build a career at the intersection of music and environmental action.
Person Specification
You might currently work in the music industry, in a partnerships or account management role, or within the charity sector. Whatever your background, you’re motivated by building meaningful relationships, helping raise funds and generating support for environmental action through music.
You’re highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive. You take pride in delivering high-quality work, managing competing priorities and supporting others to succeed. While you’re excited by the opportunity to work with artists and partners, you’re equally happy rolling up your sleeves with the coordination, administration and behind-the-scenes work that makes it all possible.
Most importantly, you’re eager to learn, develop your skills and help EarthPercent deliver on its mission.
EarthPercent is the environmental charity co-founded by Brian Eno to unleash the power of music in service of the planet.
