We are seeking a dedicated and organised administrator to support our membership and workforce initiatives. The sexual and reproductive health (SRH) workforce is comprised of doctors, nurses and allied practitioners who deliver high quality care across the UK and beyond. The CoSRH Membership and Workforce Assistant will support the needs of this workforce, supporting the delivery our Workforce Action Plan in partnership with the Director of Membership, Marketing and Digital and the Vice President of Membership and Workforce. You will lead on the administration of regular committee meetings in the Membership and Workforce portfolio, support the progress of key initiatives and coordinate responses to workforce-focused queries from our membership.

The role reports into the Director of Membership, Marketing and Digital.

The role:

Administration of the Membership and Workforce Board of Council

• Lead on administration of the Membership and Workforce Board of Council and its sub-committees, including setting meeting dates, sending invitations, preparing papers, taking minutes and actions, and dealing with queries.
• Supporting with actions arising from the Board, including supporting the development of projects and programmes as directed by the Board.
• Supporting the Direct of Membership, Marketing and Digital in coordinating responses to queries from the Membership and Workforce Board of Council.

Administration of key workforce processes  

• To act as the main point of contact for clinicians looking to recruit new SRH professionals

o and wish to have their job descriptions reviewed by the CoSRH.

o and require representation from the CoSRH on relevant interviews

• Managing these key processes and ensuring documentation is saved, recorded and monitored.
• Respond to workforce-focused member queries
• Support the effective use of the CoSRH Member Portal for committee support through gaining expert knowledge of the CoSRH Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Provide feedback and advice on members’ use of the Member Portal other digital platforms on an ad hoc basis.

 Administration and support of the CoSRH Mentoring Scheme

• To act as a key point of contact and support for our forthcoming mentoring scheme, resolving member queries and ensuring the smooth running of the scheme.
• Provide support as a system administrator, using dedicated member mentoring software to ensure a high-quality mentoring experience.

Other tasks as directed by the Director of Membership, Marketing and Digital

• From time-to-time the role-holder will be required to perform other tasks as reasonably allocated by the line manager.
• This may include responding to general member queries at busy times, with full support and training provided.

 You will have experience of:

• Committee administration and diary management
• Using a CRM and other databases to manage data and information
• Servicing and supporting committees, including scheduling meetings, preparing agendas and taking minutes
• Good stakeholder and customer management skills
• Working under your own direction
• (Desirable) Knowledge or experience of working in the NHS or in a clinical setting

The EA will have proven experience supporting senior executives and Boards, ideally in the charity or non-profit sector. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with high attention to detail and accuracy. You will be professional and demonstrate discretion and diplomacy in handling sensitive information. You’ll also help with travel arrangements as and when required, including collecting the employee and their guide dog from home and going to a train station or providing a travel from their home to various Guide Dogs sites. A full, clean driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, equipment to allow the guide dog in the car will be provided and travel expenses are covered. You’ll provide sighted guidance, ensuring the employee can navigate unfamiliar environments with confidence. As the employee is a Guide Dog owner, being comfortable with dogs and helping with their care, such as exercise, will be part of the role as well.

Your excellent communication skills and person-centred approach will be key in building a close, trusting relationship with the employee. Flexibility will also be crucial, as you’ll need to adapt to changing tasks and demands.

This role requires the ability to work under pressure and take initiative, managing your workload efficiently. Whether assisting with travel, preparing documents, or providing sighted guidance, your proactive attitude and organisational skills will be key to your success.

You will be fully trained in tasks such as sighted guiding and how to work confidently around a Guide Dog, ensuring that you feel supported and equipped, even if you haven’t had experience in this space before. What you’ll do

You’ll be on the front line of rehabilitation, ensuring residents follow house rules, stay safe, and have access to the support they need. You’ll work closely with probation officers and other professionals, conducting safety checks, reporting incidents, and helping residents engage in positive, life-changing activities. This role is for someone who can handle responsibility, take the initiative, and maintain firm boundaries, all while offering emotional support to those who need it most.

Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Challenge & Stakeholder Stewardship
This is the largest and most strategic part of the role.

• Take the lead on managing Tommy’s annual Corporate Challenge event, engaging multiple high-profile corporate supporters.
• Build and manage strong relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organisations, ensuring consistent, high-quality stewardship.
• Deliver tailored day-to-day stewardship, including weekly check-ins, regular updates, and bespoke supporter care.
• Work closely with internal colleagues to align stewardship activity with wider fundraising and communications strategy.

Event Delivery & Project Management

• Oversee the full delivery of the Corporate Challenge event day, coordinating logistics, timelines, suppliers, risk assessments and budgets.
• Line-manage and support Event Assistants, as well as lead on volunteer coordination for the event.
• Ensure a smooth, safe, and engaging event experience that aligns with Tommy’s values and fundraising goals.
• Track event performance and contribute to post-event analysis and recommendations for future improvements.

Marketing & Communications (Supporting Element)

• Provide light-touch support on marketing activity, including content drafting and communications planning.
• Produce compelling stewardship materials, thank-you messages, and impact updates.
• Liaise with Tommy’s communications and digital teams to ensure brand alignment and clarity of message.

Person Specification

• Proven experience of managing stakeholder relationships, particularly with senior corporate partners.
• Strong track record in event planning and delivery within a charity, agency or corporate setting.
• Excellent project management and organisational skills with a sharp eye for detail.
• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
• Comfortable with administrative tasks, reporting, and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM/database systems.
• Experience within the not-for-profit or fundraising sector.
• Knowledge of stewardship principles and supporter journeys.
• Some experience or interest in marketing, communications or copywriting.

Job Purpose:  The purpose of the post is to assist the Finance Officer with day to day bookkeeping and financial tasks primarily using Sage. The Finance Officer is responsible for financial performance reporting and forecasting. 

Background Information:  The charity currently has an annual budget of approximately £3.2 million and records are maintained on Sage.  The payroll function is performed by an external company.  Overall financial responsibility lies with the Trustee Board and the Chief Executive.

Duties 

Bookkeeping and Treasury 

• Process supplier invoices and expense claims

• Issue funder/customer invoices and record customer receipts 

• Administer the charity’s three bank accounts, the safe transfer and receipt of funds, and check, and post all transactions on Sage. Liaise with the charity’s bankers as necessary to resolve any problems or queries 

• Liaise with funders and suppliers regarding account queries 

• Assist with management of agency credit card expenditure 

• Journal entry on Sage 

Payroll and Pensions 

• Assist in the entry of payroll information onto Sage, ensuring the accuracy of payroll information, maintaining detailed monthly salary information, liaising with external payroll company to ensure that accurate and timely payment of salaries takes place.

The Deputy Store Manager is a key part of the team representing Choose Love in the exciting winter fundraising period. You will support the Store Manager in monitoring and managing the Choose Love store in London. Your primary remit is raising much-needed funds to help Choose Love reach their fundraising target this winter. You will supervise 2 Sales Assistants and engage with customers and volunteers to ensure everyone feels valued and welcomed. It’s not a traditional retail environment - it’s a joyful experience to be in the store, and you’ll help make it memorable.

Alongside the Sales Assistants, you will interact directly with customers at the store, processing card-only donations and answering any questions. You will also need to help coordinate corporate and community volunteers when they arrive on ‘shift’ and provide them with a thorough training briefing before they begin their shift. You will manage merchandise stock and keep the store looking tidy and slick.
