Job description

We are looking for an Internal Communications & Engagement Partner to start ASAP until the end of the year to ensure effective internal communication, enhancing employee and volunteer engagement and optimising people experience.

This can be a remote working role with team meet ups once a month.

The charity are launching a new organisational strategy and a brand refresh, a key part of this contract will be focussed on this.

The Charity

The Role
Develop and implement an Internal communications and Engagement strategy, ensuring messages, tactics and channels meet the organisations aims and priorities, while also encouraging two-way communication and feedback.

Organise and lead initiatives, events, and programmes that foster a positive, inclusive and psychologically safe culture.

Create and execute comprehensive Internal Communication plans.

Craft clear, engaging, and consistent messaging across all internal channels.

The Candidate
Proven experience in setting and implementing a clear internal communications strategy and can demonstrate where change contributed to an increased the positive perception of communication.

Proven record of influencing broad range of stakeholders, including senior managers.

Measurable success in leading key internal engagement activity. e.g supported orgainsational cultural change/rollout of a new strategy.

Proven an experience of success in internal communications and engagement with stakeholders including activities relating to surveying of people.
