What You'll Do
Salesforce Administration:
- Manage Salesforce CRM including user management, permissions, system configuration, and security
- Deploy updates, maintain custom fields and flows, and ensure data integrity
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues
Data Management & Processing:
- Process and maintain data from multiple external platforms and income sources
- Keep supporter records up to date including addresses, direct debit details, and preferences

Job description - Partnerships and Income Manager
Salary: £38,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent
Reports to: Head of Commercial Services
Hours: Full or part-time hours considered, minimum 0.8 FTE
Start date: November 2025
Location: Home-based (travel costs paid for meetings)
Annual leave: 27 days FTE per annum plus Bank holidays (22 days FTE per annum under the Four Day Week)
Please note that at Waterwise we work a Four Day Week, under voluntary agreements which all staff members sign. This means that you will be contracted and paid as full-time but you will sign a voluntary agreement stating that you commit to employing efficiency tools both individual and team-wide to deliver and be paid for 5 days work within four normal 9 to 5 days - the office is closed on Fridays. Training will be provided and you will be expected to continue to refresh your training and to keep up use of the efficiency tools. Annual leave is also pro rata’d. We can answer any questions you may have about this at the interview/s. On a 20 hours a week contract, you would be spending 16 hours a week at work including the equivalent of 2 one hour lunch breaks, and this can be worked in a flexible pattern, such as two full days or more, shorter days.

Partnerships and Income Manager Role Description
The Partnerships and Income Manager role involves engaging a range of stakeholders to help generate greater impact and income for Waterwise. The Partnerships and Income Manager will be responsible for researching and identifying potential new business opportunities; conducting outreach to new and existing stakeholders to encourage collaboration; building and maintaining relationships with Waterwise partners, sponsors and members; and assisting with developing winning proposals for funding, in order to deepen the impact we make with individuals, communities and businesses across the UK. Programme Officer for Europe & Eurasia
About the role:
The Programme Officer will provide programmatic support to a portfolio of Internews Europe’s projects in the Europe & Eurasia (E&E) Region. The role will be part of Internews’ Regional E&E Team and report to the UK-based Regional Programme Manager. The role will support the project teams in the E&E region as they conduct their project activities and ensure effective programme implementation, particularly related to project reporting, work planning, and monitoring, evaluation, research and learning (MERL).
The role will coordinate with diverse international donors to contribute to development opportunities that support E&E media and journalists to safely provide good-quality information. The role supports the design and development of innovative programmes and serves as the point of contact for E&E projects within Internews Europe and for some project donors. The role may also be asked to represent Internews at partner and donor meetings. The role will also contribute to Internews’ knowledge management and improvement of Internews systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Support the project teams across all programmatic and operational aspects of European-funded grant programmes to implement high-quality projects on time, according to the budget, and to the highest technical standards, and in a way that positions projects within a broader regional or thematic portfolio and contributes to organisational impact
- Monitor progress towards project deliverables and provide guidance to project teams
- Support project openings/start-ups and closeouts
- Advise on project team composition and support with hiring key project personnel
- Guide the project teams on rules and requirements of European donors and Internews’ internal policies and procedures

The symptoms of bipolar can emerge at any age and the condition is increasingly affecting young people, who are more likely to screen positive than older generations. Purpose:
Bipolar UK is seeking a Fundraising Supporter Engagement Assistant to aid the Fundraising Team in donor stewardship and to enabling growth in the organisation’s supporter base across all income streams.
This role is an apprenticeship with the apprentice programme starting September 2025, provided by Apprentify - an industry-led apprenticeship provider.
The successful candidate will learn and work on the job at Bipolar UK whilst receiving 20% off-the-job training from industry experts, which will be led through virtual classrooms.

In summary the Fundraising Supporter Engagement Assistant will support the fundraising team in growing the community, individual and events fundraising income streams, and be the first point of contact for all fundraising enquiries.
Key responsibilities

Your role
To lead on trust fundraising at SeeAbility and to grow and diversify trust and foundation income in line with SeeAbility’s aspirations.
Your responsibilities
- Lead on the development and delivery of a trusts strategy, overseeing the whole trusts portfolio, to generate agreed annual targets for SeeAbility.
- Be the charity’s expert in trust fundraising, adopting a data-driven approach, keeping abreast of sector developments and making the business case for change where appropriate.
- Develop and enhance relationships with existing trusts, delivering first-class stewardship, making appropriate and timely applications to secure agreed annual budget and ensuring that all reporting is completed in line with guidelines.
- Focus on new business and lead on creative, inspiring and professional proposals to trust and statutory funders that operate within the charity’s values and ethical policy.
- Manage, support and mentor the Trusts Fundraiser to secure funds from trusts and statutory sources of income. To lead any further expansion of the trust team in the future if the opportunity arises.
- Implement the systems, tools and procedures to proactively identify new funders that align with SeeAbility’s strategy and ethical policy.
- Work across the organisation to generate new and innovative ways to package up SeeAbility’s work to secure funding.

- To be responsible for developing and delivering the annual work plan for trusts fundraising
- Engage staff across the organisation in trust fundraising to support proposal development, reporting and stewardship and to grow the fundraising culture.

Our Commercial Team
We have a small commercial team with big ambitions for the sector.
Currently, we hold a single commercial contract worth around £3m per year delivered through 12 libraries. Our aim is to reach a point where we have a menu of commercial contracts that all of our 176 member library services can choose to benefit from according to the skills and assets of their service, their focus and strategy and of course the needs of their communities.
In the current funding climate for local authorities and local government services, these contracts are not just about the income and the services they can provide but about demonstrating nationally the power of the library sector, and how national services can be delivered locally through library services and the communities they serve.
Our approach is to identify and secure contracts procured by national government – either directly or with partners to extend the libraries’ capabilities – with an eye to local delivery through the library services. World Jewish Relief created the Specialist Training and Employment Programme (STEP) for refugees in 2016 and today we are the largest provider of specialist employment support to people who have experienced forced migration in the UK.STEP aims to support and empower people through a tailored employment programme that addresses the complex barriers that they face when preparing for and ultimately finding work in the UK.

We are now expanding our work to deliver (in partnership with the British Council) an English Language and Employment Support Programme for up to 4,000 Ukrainians and Hong Kong BNO status/visa (50% of each community) over the next 12 months.
We are recruiting a Cantonese speaking Team Manager to join the STEP team delivering this new programme. You will oversee a team of Employment Advisors who provide remote support to participants, assisting them in accessing job opportunities, education and training.

Advice Giving
- Deliver a multi-channel advice service, including home visits, to clients regarding their energy needs and income maximisation support, ensuring advice provided meets the requirements of Citizens Advice quality standards.
- Ensure all case recording and other record keeping is completed within agreed timescales and conforms to the Office Manual and the Advice Quality Standards

Grant Portfolio Audit & Handover: Conduct an audit of our existing grant portfolio, reviewing active grants, reporting schedules, and our funder relationships. We'll begin the handover process for existing relationships with the Head of Fundraising, ensuring a smooth transition.

Funder Engagement & Feedback: Reach out and initiate contact with at least 5 key existing funders. This is about listening, gathering their valuable feedback, understanding their priorities, and beginning to build those personal, trusting rapports.

About the Role

Work with a team of welfare benefit advisers to ensure effective support, supervision and appraisal

Maintain effective admin systems and records, work cooperatively with colleagues, encourage good teamwork and clear lines of communication.

Provide specialist welfare benefits advice in person and via digital channels to a small number of clients to support the team target and continuous development.

Make home/outreach visits as necessary inc Torus Foundation and Citizens Advice buildings.

Act for the client where necessary by calculating, negotiating, drafting or writing letters, negotiating with third parties as appropriate.

Prepare and present welfare benefits cases to the appropriate statutory bodies, tribunals and courts as appropriate, up to and including level 2 tribunal.

Requirements
1. Minimum of two years experience in welfare rights advice work

Citizens Advice Liverpool in partnership with Citizens Advice St Helens and Citizens Advice Warrington are delivering a Welfare Benefits, Debt and Budgeting Advisory Service to Torus Housing tenants.
The Project Supervisor is responsible for supervising and overseeing the delivery of a Welfare Benefits Advisory Service. The supervisor will provide guidance, support, and leadership to a team of Welfare Benefits Caseworkers, ensuring the provision of high-quality welfare benefits advice to individuals and families in need. The role requires strong supervisory, communication, and organisational skills to effectively support the management of the project, monitor caseworkers' performance and adviser consultancy. The project supervisor will also be required to take on some casework for clients who require specialist advice regarding the review/appeals process, prepare clients for appeals tribunals and to represent at hearings where appropriate.

As Business Development Manager for our Community Services will focus and lead on:
· Analysing and unlocking opportunities for new business
· Implementing business development plans
· Supporting with getting new funding and bringing services to fruition
You will be responsible for identifying and building partnerships with NHS Trusts, Audiology Departments and ICBs to secure funding and expand our RNID Near You services across the UK. You’ll work closely with internal teams to develop business cases, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure the successful launch of new RNID Near You contracts.
What you'll be doing
· Identify and build relationships with potential funders such as NHS Foundation Trusts, Audiology Departments, and ICBs to support service expansion.
· Collaborate with the Bids and Tender Manager to secure funding and develop compelling business cases for new RNID Near You services.
· Implement business development plans in partnership with Heads of Operations, supporting various workstreams and projects.
· Analyse and evaluate new service opportunities, contributing to a pipeline of potential contracts and making strategic recommendations.
· Ensure delivery of growth targets, including the opening of at least four new service contracts per financial year in line with RNID’s multi-year plan.
You will be a commercially minded professional with proven business development expertise specifically within the health sector, particularly in securing new contracts and driving service growth. RNID Near You is our national community-based service run by trained volunteers which offers:
· a hearing check and information on how to book a full hearing test.
· basic hearing aid repairs, cleaning, and advice on using hearing aids.
· information on hearing aids, hearing loss, tinnitus, and related issues, including emotional and practical peer support from volunteers with lived experience.
