Role overview:

As a Lead Assessor, you'll play a pivotal role in upholding the integrity of our AP scheme. Your primary responsibility will be to conduct comprehensive assessment visits to units undergoing evaluation within the scheme. Working hand in hand with service user perspective assessors, you'll monitor all Headway AP core domains during onsite visits.

Key responsibilities:

• Review relevant documentation ahead of onsite visits.
• Collaborate with service user perspective assessors during visits, focusing on core domain monitoring.
• Facilitate post-visit debriefing meetings with assessors to ensure thorough discussion and alignment.
• Maintain open communication channels with the AP Manager to address any assessment-related queries or challenges.
• Prepare detailed assessment reports in collaboration with assessors, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Deliver finalised reports to the AP Manager and communicate outcomes to units undergoing assessment.

Flexibility and expectations:

This role offers flexibility, with the expectation of completing a minimum of 4 assessments within a year. This allows you to balance your professional commitments while making a meaningful impact within our AP scheme.

Hourly rate and expenses:

The hourly rate for this role is £20.00, covering administrative tasks pre and post-visit, visit duration, and travel time. Additionally, travel expenses will be covered.

• Hold a professional qualification (e.g., OT, SaLT, Nursing, Physio) with demonstrated experience in ABI.

This role will provide strategic oversight and direction for Lepra’s institutional fundraising function to deliver on the restricted and unrestricted income targets. Line managing and leading the Trusts and Foundations Fundraiser in the delivery of the trust fundraising target, and working with the programmes teams in the UK, India and Bangladesh to identify and develop applications to statutory sources and major trusts, leading on the development of detailed project proposals.

About the role

The Events Officer plays a key role in our highly effective communications team, leading on the delivery of an impactful programme of events – both online and in person. The role works with teams from across the organisation to plan, deliver and promote all types of events, including workshops, roundtables, conferences, webinars, receptions and other types of online and in person events.

Events are an important way for Ageing Better to influence priority audiences, including businesses and local and national government, and the postholder will advise teams on how events can best reach these audiences, encourage engagement and lead to lasting relationships.

This role sits within the Communications team, and the postholder will be responsible for drafting comms content, such as blogs and social media posts, particularly in relation to event promotion.

You are highly organised, with excellent prioritisation and project management skills, enabling you to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You have good attention to detail and enjoy planning, solving logistical problems and delivering events to a tight budget.

About the role:
 

The Philanthropy & Events Executive will support our Philanthropy Lead and Managing Director to effectively manage existing match funding partner (“Champion”)  relationships, and help to develop new Champion relationships. You will support with Champion onboarding, stewarding and reporting as well as research, prospecting, and business development activities.  You will also manage events for high-value supporters, and play a key role in helping us grow the number of Champions through our events, such as our annual Big Give Christmas Party and Philanthropy Lunches.

We3can is a collaboration between three cancer charities - Brain Tumour Research, Leukaemia UK and Sarcoma UK. We3Can is an ambitious collaboration of the three charities to fund research into prevention, treatment and cures for the most common childhood cancers: brain tumours, leukaemia and sarcoma. Job Purpose:

The Project Development Manager will be the main point of contact for the collaboration. They will be responsible for implementing and delivering the project plan, monitoring, evaluations, reporting, all systems and processes, coordinating meetings, etc and for generating income through (mainly) Corporate partnerships but may include some Trusts and High Value individuals. About You

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Producer, with strong climate credentials, to lead our small, dedicated production team. As the Executive Producer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the editorial direction in close collaboration with the hosts; oversee the production process end-to-end, including acting as Producer on episodes; and ensure the podcast maintains its high standards of quality and impact. Working closely with the hosts, content creators, and other stakeholders, you will drive the strategic vision of the podcast and spearhead efforts to grow its audience and influence.

Given the size of the team, this is a hands-on role, combining storytelling and editorial excellence, alongside strong climate knowledge and a commitment to driving action and impact.

  10. Funder Relationships: Attend meetings and co-produce regular reports for our philanthropic funders, in addition to collaborating on new fundraising initiatives.

About you

We’re looking for a highly talented Media or senior communications professional who can take our media relations to the next level and develop lasting relationships with journalists to tell the best possible story about CARE’s global impact with UK and international audiences.

You’ll bring high levels of creativity and energy to opportunity spotting, securing opinion pieces, expert comment as well as develop fresh strategies and media angles for annual campaigns and fundraising moments.

· Ensure D&I is woven into everything we do, across the services we deliver, the partnerships we forge and the beneficiaries we serve

· Be a visible, ongoing, inclusion educator and champion ensuring regular communications across RBL to various communities, and support leaders and internal communications to weave inclusion across and through our communications channels

· Identification and design of training opportunities and materials to promote equality, diversity, and inclusion

You will be a great relationship builder, confidant and be able to work across a variety of responsibilities and initiatives, with pace and credibility. Your proven experience of leading D&I related initiatives and programmes will be well utilised and you will be given the support and development to lead us on the next stage of our D&I journey.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Operations Lead who will ensure the smooth running of CCX day-to-day operations. As lead of the Operations Team, you will oversee the finance, HR, coordination of data, IT applications and integration, and corporate governance functions.

The Gregory Centre for Church Multiplication (CCX) helps the Church make disciples in new and renewed ways. We work with willing partners across the Church to catalyse multiplication, equipping leaders through adaptive learning pathways.

We are an agile missional centre, on the edge of the institution. Our team seeks to be audacious, holding a God-shaped ambition; generous; and committed to working together.

CCX’s organisational structure is a hybrid management model, blending elements of both functional and project-based structures. Project teams are formed to address specific initiatives, tasks, or delivery projects. These teams are cross-functional, comprising individuals from different specialties, typically with a project manager working under the direction of a CCX lead. The two core teams of Operations and Media operate as shared services across the organisation.

Under the direction of the Bishop of Islington, a suffragan bishop of the London Diocese, CCX supports church planting and church growth work in London, nationally and beyond.

Collaboration and partnership will be key features of this role, working closely with the Bishop, Chief of Staff, and Team Leads. This role has a strong focus on agile and efficient systems development and improvement, resource optimisation and stakeholder engagement.

They are expected to perform duties with a high degree of independence, initiative, and judgement, including knowing when to resolve issues and challenges directly and when to escalate.

Key Duties and Accountabilities include:

● Ensure the deliverables of the CCX Operations Team are met in accordance with organizational goals and objectives.

● Establish and maintain agile operational structures and systems necessary for CCX's missions, including but not limited to finance, people management, procurement, IT and data management, business applications, corporate governance, and facilities management.

● Manage and supervise staff or contractors within the operations team to ensure effective performance, including roles such as Business Applications Manager, Finance and Office Manager, Data and HR Coordinator.

● Develop, implement, and maintain corporate policies, strategies, and procedures pertaining to finance, human resources, IT, data management, safeguarding, and governance.

● Ensure the capacity and capability to provide support services to CCX team and stakeholders, such as dioceses, church leaders, church planters, TEIs, and Together partners, by recruiting and retaining skilled personnel and providing necessary resources.

We are open to reduced hours for this role, we will consider all applicants who would like to work between either 21 or 28 hours per week.

• Chair the EDI forum and affinity groups and ensure it connects views from across our workforce  that links to our priorities and influences  our programme of work. 

• Provide regular updates to our Executive Leadership team ensuring their sponsorship of EDI activity

• Work across the People & Culture team to make sure that EDI is embedded in our ‘people journey’. You’ll connect our EDI priorities to how we attract, develop and motivate our people 

• Connect with core subject matter experts, such as communications, data and insight and delivery teams to ensure initiatives become part of our core work.

About you:

Reporting to the Director of Strategic Development, this role is essential to driving forward the implementation of Creative United’s business development plans across multiple programme and project strands. Key responsibilities include the planning and delivery of business development activities that build on our existing service offer, responding to the needs of the creative communities that we serve, whether on a local, regional or national basis.

This is a hybrid-working role that involves spending a minimum of 2 days per week at our offices in London. You will have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building relationships through a combination of face to face, telephone and written communications. You will be comfortable working with minimal supervision to plan and coordinate activities that involve the buy-in of other staff and partner organisations. You will be able to inspire and motivate other people to work with you to achieve our shared goals and priorities through effective planning, implementation and evaluation.
