Jangala is seeking a technically adept and impact-driven person to generate insights from our internet inclusion projects across the UK and internationally. This role will be central in demonstrating the outcomes of Jangala’s programmes, improving our products and support to partners, and contributing to our organisational learning as we aim to deliver socially impactful internet to  4 million people by 2030.

Details of the role

You will design and deliver Jangala’s monitoring, evaluation and data analysis activities. The role will report to Jangala’s Head of Programmes and be a member of the Jangala’s programmes department which leads on the delivery of Jangala’s donor-funded programmes in the UK and internationally, deploying Jangala’s award-winning technology and developing partnerships with community groups and grassroots organisations, charities, local authorities and the United Nations.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Designing and implementing Jangala’s M&E and data analysis systems across UK and international projects, aligning with our 2030 Vision and Theory of Change, as well as donor requirements

• Leading the design and implementation of both quantitative and qualitative data collection tools, including structured surveys, stakeholder interviews and case studies, ensuring methods are ethical and appropriate for diverse contexts

• Developing pipelines and scripts (primarily in Python) to analyse and interpret device telemetry data - eg. usage patterns, uptime, throughput and context-specific behaviours - across tens of thousands of devices operating in a variety of contexts

• Integrating qualitative findings with telemetry and survey data to develop a holistic understanding of impact, progress against indicators and our Theory of Change

• Collecting and analysing data and feedback from partners, end users and stakeholders eg. interviews, surveys and the development of case studies

• Collaborate with delivery partners and external stakeholders  to carry out M & E activities and report creation

• Ensuring the secure and organised storage of M&E data and supporting system improvements for capture and access

• Supporting fundraising and communications through evidence-based storytelling and impact narratives

JOB PURPOSE

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised operations professional to play a key role in strengthening the systems, processes and projects that will underpin our 10-year ambition. The Fundraising Operations Officer will help drive improvements in how the Fundraising team manages data, reporting and income tracking. The role supports the smooth running of Fundraising operations by improving and maintaining systems, processes and administrative functions, ensuring the global team runs smoothly and efficiently.

This is a newly established role that will offer hands-on experience in project coordination, risk escalation and CRM management, and will support you to develop technical and strategic skills in an international fundraising environment. KEY OBJECTIVES

Operational Oversight

• Oversee day-to-day Fundraising operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, e.g. GDPR and IATI, across all relevant jurisdictions
• When needed, coordinate process improvement initiatives that support Fundraising delivery and create efficiencies, ensuring they work alongside those already used within Lumos
• Manage back-office functions for recruitment, inductions of new starters in the Fundraising team, and management of contractors and other suppliers as appropriate
• Provide operational support for events, including managing guest lists, monitoring expenditure, helping with venue logistics and on-the-day activities
• Help maintain and improve internal systems and team documentation (e.g., on SharePoint)

Salesforce Administration

• Act as our day-to-day administrator for our Salesforce database

• As needed, provide basic training and guidance about Salesforce for the team

Information Management

• Deliver accurate and timely income and activity reporting to key stakeholders, including the Chief Executive, Trustees and the Fundraising Committee and to share with external agencies such as the Fundraising Regulator.

Fundraising Support

• Provide administrative and coordination support for fundraising campaigns, appeals and events
• Assist with donor stewardship, including thank-you letters and donor communications
• Respond to enquiries via the Fundraising inbox, social media or post

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead IRMO’s Education, Training and Employment (ETE) programme. You’ll manage a dedicated team and oversee a range of initiatives that support our community’s social, cultural and economic integration in the UK.

The ETE programme offers tailored English classes, one-to-one coaching, employability workshops, vocational training and mentoring. It also includes oversight of IRMO’s volunteer scheme, which is an integral part of service delivery and offers meaningful roles for volunteers across the programme. The DAPO Project Manager will work closely with the DAPO Programme Manager and SafeLives Finance Manager to support the successful delivery of the programme and maintain effective commissioning relationships with service providers across each pilot area. As a key member of the National Art Pass marketing team, you will be instrumental in:

• Marketing strategies across online and offline channels that maximise retention rates of the National Art Pass
• Supporting a programme of activity that promotes Art Fund’s charitable message to increase membership loyalty and to generate income via regular giving and fundraising initiatives
• Ensuring the delivery and smooth running of marketing automation membership journeys to support all areas of the membership cycle from onboarding and renewals right the way through to lapsed and win-back programmes
• Developing assets and experiences that add-value to our diverse membership, creating engaging communications that showcase what’s on at museums across the UK
• Coordinating membership e-comms and digital services including defining customer journeys, writing copy and forward planning of email content and regular reporting on results
• Collaborating with internal teams such as the Design, Content and external agencies / suppliers to create marketing assets that reflect Art Fund’s brand identity

The ideal candidate will have experience in customer retention, loyalty program management and CRM. Your role will involve using data, audience insights to drive marketing strategies as well as close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive the best possible membership experience. In this key role, you’ll lead on engaging individual supporters, nurturing long-term donor relationships, and driving income from one-off and regular giving. Labour Behind the Label is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Individual Giving Fundraiser to plan, deliver, monitor and evaluate an ambitious and effective individual giving programme for individual donations, cash appeals and regular giving. You will be responsible for the coordination of these areas of fundraising across multiple channels, as well as the administration and stewardship required to ensure engaging supporter journeys.

The successful candidate is likely to bring a strong understanding of how we can recruit and retain supporters as well the latest digital trends and demonstrate creative and technical skills to deliver a digital fundraising strategy. • Create social media assets for fundraising using Canva
• Social media use and update the website (including fundraising pages/posts and donation forms)

Database Management

• Manage the organisation’s database: Beacon
• Take a lead on ensuring data is properly processed, clean and useful for the team
• Manage data entry and updates on our CRM database to maintain up to date records on supporter contact information, attributes, relationships and donations

About the Role

As a Support Worker in our Housing First team, you’ll be a key point of contact for a small caseload of residents (approx. 6). You'll offer tailored, compassionate, housing-related and other person-centered support—enabling residents to articulate and achieve their goals, navigate systems, and rebuild their lives.

You’ll work closely with SCT’s internal services teams and external agencies to remove barriers, promote wellbeing, and champion the voice of each resident.
