Job description

 Harris Hill are partnering with a respected housing provider to recruit a skilled Surveyor to help maintain and improve housing stock. You’ll manage major repairs, cyclical programmes, damp & mould cases, disrepair issues, and void inspections—ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality homes for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver planned/cyclical works and inspect quality
  • Investigate and manage damp, mould, and disrepair cases
  • Maintain accurate stock condition data
  • Liaise with contractors for efficient, value-for-money delivery
  • Ensure full compliance with safety and housing regulations

You’ll Need:
? Proven experience in surveying or property maintenance
? Strong knowledge of damp/disrepair management
? Great IT, communication, and organisational skills
? A full driving licence and access to a vehicle
? (Desirable) RICS/CIOB qualification and social housing experience
