The role and your key responsibilities
As an Account Manager, your role is to make sure that all partners in your area make the most out of the Unifrog platform. You’ll build and maintain excellent working relationships with your partner schools and colleges, and provide expert guidance on how to embed the platform across all year groups.
You will cover your own area of the country with occasional travel to your partner schools and colleges (on average 1-2 days per week). Please note you will need to be based in Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, or North London for this role.
Your key responsibilities will include:

Work with schools and colleges to provide resources and strategies which maximise staff and student engagement with Unifrog, identifying and promoting best practice across partner schools.

Deliver targeted training sessions to staff within our partner schools and colleges via workshops and presentations, delivered remotely or in person.

Work with your partner Area Manager to improve Unifrog engagement and achieve a sky high resubscription rate.

Monitor and analyse usage across partner schools and colleges; identifying partners that need additional support to use the platform effectively.

Listen to teachers and students about how we can improve our customer service and the Unifrog platform.

Attend conferences and run CPD events on behalf of Unifrog.

The National Rheumatoid Arthritis Society (NRAS), is the only patient-led organisation in the UK specialising in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Due to its targeted focus on RA and JIA, NRAS provides truly expert and wide-ranging services to support, educate and campaign for people living with these complex autoimmune conditions, their families and the health professionals who treat them.
1. Main Purpose of Job
To drive referrals to and use of, NRAS services from NHS relationships across the UK.
Identify, build and maintain relationships with Rheumatology and other multidisciplinary teams to ensure relevant healthcare professionals are aware of the support that NRAS provides to people with Rheumatoid Arthritis and Adult Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis.
To work with those healthcare professionals to maximise uptake of their referrals to our services.
Attend events around the UK and online to promote NRAS Services.
Support the I&SD Director and other senior team leaders to design, develop and implement new services and to reach new audiences for existing services.
2. Business development & Strategy
2.1. Identify, develop, and secure new opportunities for NRAS services within the NHS.
2.2. Create and implement business/service development strategies to expand the service user base, and service offering within NHS Rheumatology departments and connected healthcare teams.
2.3. Analyse market trends, identify emerging opportunities, and stay ahead of industry developments to recommend strategies for further growth of NRAS services.
3. Relationship development and management around the UK
3.1. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with existing and potential referrers or influencers and healthcare providers often travelling to attend clinic/location meetings.
3.2. Act as the primary point of contact for key referring organisations, ensuring referrer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services or project work.
3.3. Understand HCP needs, provide tailored solutions, and work closely with the project managers to ensure successful delivery.
4. Proposition and presentation development
4.1. Lead the creation of compelling proposals, and presentations to drive new service user volumes.

Qualifications: A-level or qualified by experience
Experience:

What the job involves
Join our Customer Engagement and Experience team as our Data Imports Manager, where every day you’ll be helping to make sure our supporters’ donations and personal details are handled with care and accuracy.
You’ll manage the Data Import Team, who process around £30 million in donations each year and safely manage details for about 180,000 new supporters. It’s a role right at the heart of our operations, keeping our systems running smoothly and ensuring supporter data is looked after properly.
Day to day, you’ll manage the flow of financial and personal data into our CRM, whether it’s from third-party suppliers or our website. You’ll own the use of our automation tools to ensure data imports are efficient and accurate.
You’ll support your team, respond to data queries, and as the product owner of our bespoke ETL tool work closely with developers, designers and data teams to deliver high quality solutions. There’s plenty of scope to spot ways to improve how we work, reducing manual processes and making things quicker and smarter without compromising quality.
Alongside this, you’ll produce regular reports to keep things on track, such as weekly/monthly reconciliation reports for Finance, and oversee tasks such as creating our Gift Aid claim. You’ll also play a key part in developing and monitoring KPIs, making sure we’re hitting our goals and delivering a reliable, accurate service.

We’re looking for candidates who have an expert knowledge of database systems and be able to channel this knowledge into meeting the business needs of the charity.

You’ll be comfortable managing multiple priorities and relationships, keeping a high volume of tasks moving smoothly and within set timeframes. Time management is key in this role, as you’ll understand how data processes directly affect income and supporter experience.
With a practical, agile mindset, you’ll be a problem solver who can look at systems and processes with fresh eyes and quickly spot opportunities to make them more efficient and effective. Process-driven and detail-focused, you’ll take a proactive approach to improving the way we work, without losing sight of the bigger picture.
Excellent communication skills are essential, you’ll be confident having open, honest conversations to protect the integrity of our data, and able to influence decisions when it counts.
You’ll have experience managing and coaching a team, supporting people to achieve great results while developing their skills and confidence.
Ideally, you’ll also have a good understanding of charity law relating to fundraising, Gift Aid, data and information management, along with experience of customer relationship databases, particularly Raiser's Edge.

OPERATIONS MANAGER - ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Operations Manager is a key support for the church’s leadership and heads the staff team providing management over key operational and missional areas of the church’s activities.
This leadership role supports the ethos and ministries of the church and its mission to be a church for the community - discovering Jesus, sharing God’s love, and caring for those in need.
A vital aim for our church’s work in the local community is that our staff relationships, our Venue ministry, our Christian hospitality and how we use and share our building should all reflect God’s character - showing compassion, generosity, and kindness.
The role has a lot of different components, so we’re looking for someone who sees all aspects of this job as an expression of the church’s mission to proclaim the Good News and will facilitate and serve the congregation, the staff and the volunteer teams as they creatively explore ways to express our Christian ethos through the life and ministries of the church. This therefore requires that they are someone who has a mature Christian faith.
They will need to be a “servant“ leader who is mentally agile, energetic, able to schedule and prioritise, a good delegator, a team player, a quick learner and capable of taking initiatives, with a healthy understanding of self-care - we’re not looking for a “hero”, but someone who can work sustainability.
Leadership:

About the role
The media manager is a linchpin role in the media team. You will have responsibility for planning and delivering major proactive media moments, including our Winter Appeal and our flagship corporate partnership activity, while contributing to the running, management and ongoing development of a busy press office and team. You will also be required to deputise for the Head of Media as necessary and support on reputational and crisis communications.
Role specifics
Creative, results driven, and politically savvy, you are comfortable with leading change and initiating action even under difficult circumstances. You are an excellent writer and totally at home with translating complex research and policy into pithy soundbites and key messages – a skill you’ll be eager to share with your colleagues who want to learn from a pro.
You don’t just sit back and contemplate. You spot risks and opportunities, and challenge when you need to. Crucially, you already have senior level experience of public relations/press management, ideally gained at a charity/think tank/political party/PR agency. As a result, you understand the inner workings of the media, what makes a story and how to influence the ever-changing news agenda.
You have extensive knowledge of different media channels and tactics, and your communication and relationship building skills are second to none. You’re confident influencing and negotiating at all levels – including with external partners, including handling crisis communications with diligence and sensitivity.
When it comes to empowering your line recruits and colleagues to deliver to the highest standard, your approachability and expertise all come to the fore. Finally, while prior knowledge of housing and homelessness isn’t a must have, you’ll need a passion for social justice. The role
The Project Coordinator will be responsible for working with Cruse in partnership with the Southern Gas Network (SGN) to support people experiencing a bereavement, with help and information to alleviate fuel poverty, enabling them to maintain a safe and warm home.
The Project Coordinator will work collaboratively across Cruse with our communications team, finance team, data team and service teams, to help extend the reach of these valuable services to bereaved people. This includes upskilling staff and volunteers with regard to fuel poverty, with training information and resources. Develop and support drop-in sessions, groups and community events. Raising awareness through communications / digital / newsletters etc and Providing monitoring reports to evaluation the services provided.

What will I be doing?
To be fully accountable for the delivery of a range of complex projects, collaborating across teams and ensuring appropriate governance with stakeholders.
Develop clear plans, including clear deliverables, milestones, dependencies, owners, risks, issues, and mitigations and then monitor project progress and proactively adjust plans as necessary to ensure project goals are met and projects are executed in accordance with best practices and standards.
Identify and plan resource needs, governance, and structure to support delivery.
In partnership with the Programme Manager, provide secretariat support to the various Cancer Grand Challenges governance forums including internal strategic groups.
Coordinate and draft papers and reports for Cancer Grand Challenges leadership and other governance groups.
Lead on development, delivery and reporting against the Cancer Grand Challenges annual operational plan, business plan and risk register.
Own the management of contracts between CRUK and NCI which provide the framework for the CGC initiative.
Work closely with Cancer Grand Challenges leadership and colleagues across CRUK (e.g. Legal, Finance and Strategic Partnerships) to support all contractual negotiations with future funding partners.
What are you looking for?
An experienced project leader (demonstrated through experience or APM, Prince 2, Agile qualification) with a proven track record of leading, collaborating on and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects successfully on time and within budget across a complex organisation.
Experience or familiarity with transformation programmes and projects and associated tools.
Experience in business process design and implementation.
Demonstrable evidence of interpreting & manipulating data clearly and accurately with the ability to quickly extract & articulate key points.
Experience facilitating project or portfolio boards and steering groups at a senior management level.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proven evidenced ability to form strong, positive collaborative relationships at all levels of seniority.
Experience in driving continuous improvement and developing forward looking plans and priorities for the team and adapting priorities as necessary whilst taking a pragmatic approach where appropriate.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
