About you

The successful candidate will be an experienced data professional with advanced SQL and Excel skills, capable of managing complex queries and large datasets. A strong track record of problem solving and improving data processes is a must. They will have an analytical approach to data, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical audiences.

About the role

As Senior Data Executive, you will work closely with the rest of the Data Team to ensure the Fundraising and Communications Department has access to high-quality data, delivered in a timely manner to support effective marketing campaigns. This includes working within Raiser’s Edge NXT to deliver data selections and imports, maintaining data quality and ensuring the CRM is accurate, reliable, and fit for purpose. You will also manage relationships with key suppliers and drive continuous improvement of data processes.

Key Responsibilities:

For a complex, global organisation (100 million users in 100+ countries), we're recruiting a Digital Marketing, Head of Website Transformation for a 12-month FTC (with potential to extend to 3-years). Reporting to the Group Marketing Director, this is a senior position within the Marketing and Communications team and will be key in transforming the website infrastructure for the organisation, leading the selection and implementation of a new CMS, ensuring the chosen platform aligns with marketing strategies and business goals.

This role will oversee the strategic development of a new website ecosystem for the organisation to simplify the domain structure and CMS in use for over 300 business and country specific websites. The goal is to ensure a successful CMS implementation empowers the marketing and communications team to create, manage and optimise content effectively, driving business growth and audience engagement.

Main Duties:

• Create a roadmap for the website ecosystem development, content, and functionality to align with organisation marketing and communication goals

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Fundraiser to join our friendly team. We seek someone who feels passionately about our mission, to help us to drive income and ensure Success Club can continue to change lives, by building strong engagement with our donors and fundraisers. You will build on our past successes by managing existing relationships with, and making new grant-applications to Trusts and Foundations. We are a small core team and ideas are welcomed! You will also support the coordination of partnerships and engagement with local peacebuilding efforts in Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) within our multi-year programme ‘Local First: Transforming the Peacebuilding System’, funded by the Dutch MfA.

As Senior Partnerships and Programmes Officer you will work closely with our SPOs who manage existing partnerships and create opportunities to bring partners together to learn from one another. You will also support the development, coordination and delivery of Local First, working closely with the International Programmes Manager and Peace Direct’s Netherlands Country Representative.

We are looking for someone with experience supporting peacebuilding, development or humanitarian projects, with a good understanding of peacebuilding approaches, and who can build effective, trust-based relationships with local partners. You must be a team player who enjoys working collaboratively, have excellent organisational skills and be able to work in both English and French.

Mind in Croydon (MiC) is a charity concerned with the welfare of people with mental health problems living in the London Borough of Croydon and the surrounding areas. MiC delivers Mental Health Transformation Program services alongside Croydon BME Forum, these include Croydon Health and Wellbeing Space and Mental Health Personal Independence Coordinators. Other services include Recovery Space (out of hours crisis alternative), Advocacy, Active Minds, Carers Support, Peer Support In Reach, Social Networking, Counselling.

We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Head of Finance and Resources to lead our financial and operational functions and play a key role in supporting the charity’s mission and long-term sustainability.

As a member of the Senior Management Team (SMT), you will oversee finance and facilities, ensuring robust financial management, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You’ll work closely with the CEO, Treasurer, and Trustee Board to deliver accurate reporting, strategic budgeting, and effective resource planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, payroll, pensions, and reconciliations.
• Produce monthly management accounts and prepare annual financial statements in line with audit requirements.
• Manage the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
• Collaborate with the CEO and Treasurer to develop and monitor budgets and forecasts.
• Prepare donor financial reports in accordance with grant agreements and deadlines 
• Oversee the Finance Officer and Facilities Manager, ensuring smooth delivery of finance and premises support.
• Attend quarterly Finance and Risk sub-committee meetings, in addition to 3 to 4 full Board meetings annually.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Support strategic planning and contribute to organisational development through effective resource management.

About You:

• Qualified accountant (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in charity finance.
• Proven track record in financial reporting, audit preparation, and budget management.
• Strong understanding of charity governance and financial compliance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
• Experience managing staff and working collaboratively across teams.
• Highly organised, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
• First rate IT skills including Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of HRIS’ is preferrable (Staffology currently used).
• Self-motivated with an adaptable and flexible approach
• Good team player with a can-do attitude

Senior Copywriting Officer
£34,300 - £37,300 per year

What the job involves
We’re looking for a brilliant and proactive Senior Copywriting Officer to lead the creation of compelling written content that engages our audiences, strengthens our brand voice, and helps raise vital funds to support men with, or at risk of, prostate cancer.

As our in-house copywriting expert, you’ll help shape messaging and creative direction for products and campaigns and play a key role in shaping our tone of voice across all communication. You’ll review and edit content, support colleagues to build their confidence and capability, and ensure everything we publish is clear, consistent and impactful.

You’ll take the lead on developing content and writing for key long-form products – including our supporter magazine, impact report and direct marketing appeals – transforming briefs into emotionally resonant, insight-led copy that drives supporter action across both print and digital channels.

What we want from you
We’re looking for someone with expert copywriting skills, a sharp eye for detail, and a supportive, solutions-focused mindset. You’ll be passionate about using words to make a difference, and versatile in writing for a wide range of audiences and formats.

You’ll bring a strong track record in crafting persuasive, emotionally compelling long-form copy, particularly for fundraising and direct marketing, along with excellent editing skills and a deep understanding of tone of voice and audience needs.

Bringing a forward-thinking approach, you’re confident using AI to support creativity and curious about how it can strengthen human-led writing processes and scale impact.

At Housing Justice, we unite communities to support people experiencing homelessness, helping them build personal connections that pave the way out of homelessness. The Operations Coordinator (in the Partnerships and Development, Emergency Accommodation team) is a key member of the team supporting the delivery of services to faith and community-led night shelters across England. Working closely with the Programme Lead and delivery team, this role provides essential operational, administrative, and coordination support to ensure smooth service delivery and strong stakeholder engagement. 

This hands-on role is central to the day-to-day functioning of the programme, helping to manage internal communications, schedule and document key meetings, coordinate events, liaise with partners, and maintain project momentum. The Operations Coordinator will also support team organisation and reporting processes, contributing to the capacity-building efforts that underpin our partnerships with shelter networks. 

Although our main office is based in London, this is a hybrid role, suitable for those living throughout England.
