Charles Harper House is a supported housing service for people with learning disabilities and sensory impairments, such as visual or hearing loss. The scheme consists of eight self-contained flats, two on-site offices, a communal area, and a large garden. Staff in the service are trained in British Sign Language (BSL), so a willingness to gain this qualification is essential.

We’re looking for an Lettings Coordinator to join our team in Bradford.
 
As an Lettings Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to advertise Accent’s empty homes and successfully onboard new customers. You will work as part of a specialist national lettings team, advertising homes directly and in collaboration with Local Authority partners. Your role is essential in ensuring that properties are advertised fairly, transparently, and in line with relevant legislative and policy frameworks.
 
Moving into your new home should be an exciting experience so you’ll work closely with our customers, providing support with the application process, keeping them up to date with their progress and ensuring they feel fully informed throughout their journey. Empathy and discretion are key as you'll discuss each customer's circumstances in detail to assess their eligibility and signpost them to any support services they may need.
 
It's a challenging but rewarding role. Resilience is a key trait as some conversations may not result in a tenant sign up. You'll need to be highly organised to ensure we're speaking to the volume of customers needed to convert an empty property into a customers new home.
 
About you  
 
• Experience in lettings or allocations, with a strong understanding of relevant legislation and operational requirements.
• CIH Level 3 Certificate in Housing Practice or equivalent (or willingness to work towards) or qualified through experience.
• Proven experience building successful working relationships with external partners, particularly within the housing sector.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office applications and specific business software.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively.
• Strong record-keeping skills with knowledge of GDPR.

These are innovative roles to develop social prescribing in the local NHS. Based in one of the six Primary Care Networks (PCN) you will work in different GP practices across that Network to deliver their specific priorities. You will join a team of ten Social Prescribing Link Workers working in Haringey PCNs and be part of a wider community-based Borough team which offers information, signposting and short-term support across the eight localities in Haringey.

Social prescribing empowers people to take control of their health and wellbeing through referral to non-medical Social Prescribing Link Workers, who give time, focus on ‘what matters to me’ and take a holistic approach, connecting people to community groups and statutory services for practical and emotional support.

Social prescribing can help to strengthen community resilience and personal resilience and reduces health inequalities by addressing the wider determinants of health, such as debt, poor housing and physical inactivity, by increasing people’s active involvement with their local communities. It particularly works for people with long-term conditions (including support for mental health), for people who are lonely or isolated, or have complex social needs which affect their wellbeing.
At the centre of the social prescribing process is the Social Prescribing Link Worker, working with GP Practices in a Primary Care Network, who connects patients who are referred to a range of activities and services in the local area depending on their needs, interests and capacity for engagement. This is a complex role as the SPLW will need to have good interpersonal skills to engage with the patient and have a comprehensive knowledge of the services and activities available in the local area.

The post-holder will be based at GMRC but work alongside TRC and MASH women’s services and work within the pathfinder partnership, across all partner organisations, providing high quality, evidence based, low intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) based interventions using a guided self-help model, to clients with who have experienced sexual trauma but also have additional mental health needs.

The Role

The Finance & Operations Coordinator is a central position in a small, purpose-driven team. The role provides direct support to the Managing Director and works closely with the Finance Committee to ensure that the charity’s financial and operational systems are well managed, compliant and effective.

Key Responsibilities

Finance and Reporting

• Prepare and submit Gift Aid claims to HMRC.

• Collate quarterly financial and narrative reports from Moroccan partner NGOs and follow up on missing information.

• Ensure that annual accounts and financial reports are submitted in line with Charity Commission requirements.

Operations and Administration

• Oversee and improve shared filing systems (Teams/SharePoint), ensuring that all administrative and financial records are accurate, up to date and easy to access.

• Manage the main email inbox, responding to or redirecting correspondence promptly and professionally.

• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and annual project visits in Morocco.

• Support the Managing Director with scheduling, documentation, and general administrative follow-up.

• Monitor compliance tasks, ensuring that all Charity Commission and internal governance requirements are up to date and properly documented.

Donor and Partner Relations

• Act as a first point of contact for donors, supporter schools, hotels and individuals.

• Process and acknowledge donations, issue receipts and maintain accurate donor records.

• Proactively follow up with existing and potential supporters, helping to build and maintain relationships.

• Liaise with Moroccan partners to ensure that project and financial reporting are on track and shared on time.

Governance and Oversight

• Support the Finance Committee and Managing Director with preparation for trustee and committee meetings, including gathering reports and ensuring actions are followed up.

• Assist with external audits and reviews, coordinating with UK auditors and Moroccan partners as needed.

• Maintain oversight of risk management, safeguarding and health and safety documentation, ensuring relevant information is filed and accessible.

Person Specification

• Experience with Xero or similar accounting software, and confidence handling day-to-day bookkeeping.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Wellbeing Activities Worker to join our Oxford team. This new role is all about expanding the support we offer to clients, focusing on mental wellbeing and ongoing recovery.

Your work will help connect people with their communities, reduce the risk of hospital admission and rough sleeping, sustain people’s tenancies and enable clients to reconnect with and explore new hobbies  by providing holistic mental health and wellbeing support.

As a Wellbeing Activities Worker you will work across different settings within the community, clients’ accommodation, and day centres to engage and support people experiencing homelessness.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver 1:1/group sessions and activities to promote good mental wellbeing – such as healthy cooking, exercise, mindfulness, gardening, creative projects, volunteering, and community-based activities.

As a Student Advisor, you will be able to respond sensitively and compassionately to students in distress or facing crisis and will have an ability to give practical and emotional support. The Advice Service also provides a supported self-help offer and as a team we deliver promotional and preventative campaigns. This role will really suit you if you’re enthusiastic and approachable and would enjoy speaking to students and our stakeholders in a variety of settings. We’re also looking for candidates with an interest for writing social media and website copy and would like to be involved in designing and delivering presentations, interactive stalls, training and workshops.

As Venue Sales Executive, you will proactively identify opportunities, convert enquiries into confirmed bookings, and work with internal teams to ensure clients have a seamless, high-quality experience.

• Actively promote and sell conference room hire and activity packages to new and existing clients.
• Respond promptly to enquiries, prepare tailored proposals, and follow through to secure bookings.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships, encouraging repeat bookings and referrals.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximise income.
• Coordinate post-event client interaction, including feedback collection, evaluation, and follow-up to maintain client loyalty.
• Monitor local competitor offerings and market trends to identify new income opportunities.

 
Essential criteria:

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or income generation.
• Ideally, experience in hospitality, events, venue sales or similar.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Customer-focused, with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Self-motivated and target-driven, able to work independently.

Our Young People’s Supported Housing Service is funded by Southwark Council to provide supported accommodation to care experienced young people (with the status as looked after children or care leavers), and/or young people at risk of homelessness within the North of the Borough:

• A 24-7 staffed 16 bed Ofsted registered supported housing project for young women aged 16-21.
• 40 bedspaces of accommodation across 10 properties, for young people aged 18-21 with visiting support.

Our properties are places of safety, Psychologically Informed Environments (PIE), from which we work with children and young people using person-led, holistic, trauma-informed and solution-focused approaches. We aim to provide accommodation and support that helps children and young people find self-worth and the belief that they deserve a better future, supporting them in safe, positive transitions including, where relevant, from care into more independent accommodation, and from childhood to adulthood; providing holistic support to gain essential life skills, achieve health outcomes, to realise and achieve their aspirations, and reach their full potential.

To join us you will need to demonstrate experience and understanding of the needs of children and young people, especially those leaving the care system and experiencing homelessness, including related issues of mental ill-health, trauma, abuse, alcohol and substance use and offending. You will have excellent inter-personal communication skills, including the ability to build effective professional relationships of trust with young people and professionals, and de-escalate potential situations of conflict. You will be able to provide holistic support to young people, including co-producing support and safety plans, and engaging in multi-disciplinary approaches. About the Role

You will be part of a small and collaborative customer services team providing a reliable, positive and professional service to residents. Your focus is on successful community reintegration and a sustained quality of life, guided by a recovery model that enables clients to live, work, learn, and participate fully in their communities through interactive and preventative approaches. We provide intensive accommodation-based support (six flats) and floating support (dispersed flats) designed to address the complex and challenging needs of our residents and participants.
