King George’s is a 68-bed hostel and a key part of Westminster City Council’s Rough Sleepers Pathway, offering support to men with complex needs who have experienced prolonged periods of rough sleeping. Many of the people we support are navigating the impacts of long-term substance use, offending histories, and trauma that often began in childhood and continues to shape their lives.

About the role

This is a hands-on, practical role for someone who can hit the ground running. You’ll be leading the design and delivery of Anti-Racism, Equity and Inclusion (AREI) plans that turn vision into reality — working across directorates to embed change where it matters most.

You’ll work closely with Directors, HR, and a range of stakeholders to build and deliver programmes that support Shelter’s strategic aims. That means helping teams shift from intention to action — shaping and delivering interventions that have a real, measurable impact. From advising on best practice, facilitating workshops and training, to reporting on progress and helping the organisation stay accountable — this is a role with reach and purpose.

Role specifics

An excellent leader and project manager, your career to date will need to include extensive experience of mobilising teams to support the development of measurable initiatives to drive and embed cultural change and inclusion within an organisation. We’ll particularly be looking for a pragmatic and proactive approach, with a history of co-designing and delivering Equity and Inclusion (E&I) initiatives that resonated with an organisation’s core values and were pivotal for driving forward their ambitious goals. A flair for turning concepts into actionable plans is essential too, as are strong communication and presentation skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across all levels of an organisation. In short, you’re a strategic thinker with a values centred approach, E&I expertise and proven experience of leading and managing others. You are a confident leader and experienced project manager, with a solid track record of driving cultural and organisational change. You know what it takes to co-design and deliver initiatives that are grounded in an organisation’s values and relevant to its people.

You bring a practical, collaborative approach — and you’re not afraid to challenge, ask the right questions, and get things moving. You’ve led or supported measurable EDI or anti-racism work before, and you understand how to turn strategy into action. You will take a structured yet flexible planning approach, ensuring delivery stays focused while adapting to the realities of a fast-paced environment.

Crucially, you are someone who brings people with you. You can engage and influence at all levels, communicate clearly, and translate complex ideas into achievable plans. You are values-led, focused on impact, and ready to help push this agenda forward in a meaningful way.

The Role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the Locality Impact directorate and focus on Engagement in their area.

Position: S11308 Engagement Officer

The Role

Reporting to the Engagement Lead, the Engagement Officer will work with colleagues across the locality to deliver against engagement activity.

The Role

As Global Head of Finance, you will lead a small, dedicated international team, overseeing strategic financial planning, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance across UK and US entities.

Essential experience

An exceptional opportunity to work with a passionate volunteer-led organisation and help shape the future of a remarkable industrial heritage site. Kempton Steam Museum, operated by Kempton Great Engines Trust, is home to the world's largest operational triple-expansion steam engine, which supplied water to much of London until 1980. Our project, Kempton: Clean Water for Life - reaching a wider audience, is made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund. Thanks to National Lottery players, we aim to transform Kempton Steam Museum’s engagement with visitors and the local community, while enhancing support for volunteers and care of collections. Three new part-time staff roles are being created to focus on volunteering, collections and managing the project.

The part-time Museum Operations and Project Manager will manage day-to-day operations and oversee delivery of the project initiatives. We will also be recruiting a Curatorial Officer (one day per week) and a Volunteer Coordinator (two days per week).

How are staff supported to work remotely?  

VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.

Job Summary

The Leadership Programme Manager will oversee the development of a leadership programme and its rollout through establishing sustainable digital hubs, and providing training to women leaders and male allies.  The role will work closely with the PMEL Manager, Provincial Coordinator, church leaders and a team of trainers, to develop a comprehensive leadership curriculum, coordinate the training of trainers, establish online materials to create a hybrid learning model, monitor participant progress, and build networks to promote cross-participant learning and peer support.  This position requires expertise in developing online training resources across multi-cultural contexts, project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with a remote team.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Development

• Oversee the advancement of leadership development as a core strategic priority for MU
• Develop and implement programme strategies, resources and tools that strengthen and scale the leadership development initiative, integrating research, monitoring, evaluation and learning

Work Location/Hybrid Working Pattern

This role will be based at our Head Office in Central London. Mothers’ Union operates a hybrid working model. Staff are required to work an aggregate minimum of 90 days per calendar year (pro rata for part timers) at our Head Office, Mary Sumner House in central London. Tuesdays are our anchor days where every staff member is expected to be at the office. The 90 days includes anchor Tuesdays. In addition, Thursday is a core working day where part time staff are expected to work, either at home or from the office as needed.

What is the Role?

The Partnerships Account Manager will drive business growth by securing new partnerships and managing key client accounts across designated regions. With a focus on building and sustaining long-term local council and school relationships, the Partnerships Account Manager will work closely with clients to understand their needs, expand our service offerings, and ensure the highest levels of satisfaction. The majority of our key client relationships are with local councils, so a knowledge of how they operate would be very useful.

   • Report on bid submission performance, review client feedback to continuously improve. 

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Detailed knowledge of the UK Education Sector. 

• Experience working in the education sector or with local authorities, particularly in roles involving SEND or children’s services.

• Proven track record in client relationship management, with experience in sales or partnership development roles.

• Strong communication skills, particularly in face-to-face and telephone interactions, with the ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-lasting relationships.

• Experience managing a small team, providing leadership, direction, and support to ensure high-performance standards.

The role will be key in securing the future of the Museum for years to come, building on and delivering a comprehensive legacy strategy, creating compelling marketing campaigns, and building meaningful relationships with legacy supporters.

SOS Rape Crisis (SOSRC) is an independent specialist sexual violence charity providing support for adults (regardless of gender), young people and children who have experienced sexual violence and/or child sexual abuse, in Southend, Castle Point and Rochford.

We are part of Synergy Essex, a partnership of three Rape Crisis Centres (SOSRC, SERICC and CARA), funded by the Office for the Police, Fire and Crime Commissioner for Essex to provide a countywide ISVA service.

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team providing vital support to survivors of sexual violence and abuse. As a Navigator Project Worker, you will be the first point of contact for individuals accessing Southend-on-Sea Rape Crisis services. You will offer compassionate, trauma-informed, and needs led support, helping survivors feel heard and understood from the outset. Through careful assessment and informed referrals, you’ll play a key role in connecting survivors with the most appropriate services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and empathic first point of contact for survivors of sexual violence and/or abuse.

• Offer one-off emotional and practical support, and provide information, signposting and onward referrals.

• Complete initial assessments to identify their needs and most appropriate next steps.

• Keep accurate, timely and confidential records on the case management system.

• Work in partnership with SOSRC colleagues including the Counselling and ISVA Teams.

• Attend team meetings, one-to-ones, clinical supervision, line management and other meetings as required.
