Bridges Outcomes Partnerships (BOP) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that works alongside Government, community groups and specialist Delivery partners to design and deliver vital services that support people to improve their lives, in areas ranging from housing and employment to education and health & wellbeing.
The role of BOP spans project development (working with Government and others to design and launch the service), project management (coordinating the delivery phase, managing performance, and liaising with the various stakeholders) and project finance (funding the project until it starts to earn outcomes payments). About the opportunity
As a cross-team housing caseworker, you will work alongside individuals who are at risk of homelessness, often during times of heightened stress and uncertainty. Rather than focusing solely on immediate needs, your approach will centre around building trust, listening to each person’s story, and helping them take informed, practical steps toward safe and sustainable housing.
You’ll work across our network of charity partners, bringing vital capacity and support to local teams during times of increased demand or staff shortages. Your flexible, compassionate presence ensures that people continue to receive timely, high-quality support, no matter where they first reach out.
This role is fundamentally about partnership: with the people you support, the services you collaborate with, and the teams you join. You’ll help individuals understand their housing rights and choices, navigate local systems, and build the confidence and skills needed to move forward independently. Together, we aim to not just relieve homelessness, but prevent it, by enabling people to secure lasting solutions that meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Listening, Assessing and Planning Together

Work in partnership with individuals to understand their current housing situation, risks, and immediate concerns.

How are staff supported to work remotely?
VoiceAbility has a small number of offices. Employees including Team Leaders are homebased for Administration and meetings will be held online as well as in person in the relevant community.

- Be the first point of contact overnight, providing a welcoming and supportive presence.

At Ada National College for Digital Skills, our mission is to educate and empower the next generation of diverse digital talent. Through the quality of education we deliver, the depth of our industry partnerships and focus on diversity, we are changing the face of the tech sector, expanding the talent pipeline and transforming lives.
We are a specialist Further Education college, where every 16-19 student takes Computer Science and all of our diverse Higher Level and Degree Apprentices work in skills shortage disciplines in innovative, blue-chip companies. The digital skills gap is costing the UK economy an estimated £63 billion a year in lost GDP. Ada seeks to fill this skills gap by equipping young with the skills industry actually needs.
Ada was announced by the Prime Minister in December 2014; England’s first new FE College since 1993 and since then we’ve gone from strength to strength including a Good with Outstanding features in our first Ofsted Inspection.

As of 2024, we have 187 16-19 students enrolled. Our most recent results are outstanding; 39% of A level results at A*- B and 74% achieving at least one Distinction or better in their externally assessed Computing BTEC. Post Title: Outreach and Recruitment Officer
Type of role: Full time,( fixed term one-year contract)
Reporting to: Senior Outreach and Recruitment manager
Annual Salary: £30,000 to 33,000
Holidays: 27 days per annum (with 3 additional days added to cover the Christmas and New Year closure days)
Location: Victoria
Working Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm (flexible), with evenings and weekends as necessary
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Promote Ada at outreach events (careers fairs, assemblies, workshops) with the aim of maximising applications
- Engage and network with school contacts to ensure growth of Ada’s active contacts in outreach database
- Management and updating of the school database to support outreach communications
- Assist with event planning, administration and delivery including Outreach events, Careers Fairs, Open Days, School visits to Ada and Keep Warm events (This will involve commitment on some weekends and evenings during busy times)
- Support the administration of the Sixth Form application process when needed, including: dealing with enquiries to the inbox and on the phone in a timely manner, sending application communications including invitations for assessment, offers and enrollment paperwork, data entry and keeping accurate records of all applicants and their information within the customer relationship management tools (Salesforce)
- Support role in the preparation and administration of Lift-off days
- Accurate record keeping of offer letters sent / accepted, of attendance at Lift-off days and keep-warm events
- Administration and processing of students enrolments on GCSE results days and afterwards
- Keeping accurate records, inputting data into Ada’s systems and exporting relevant information to produce reports and dashboards for the team

The role
This maternity cover role is to deliver a programme of cultivation and stewardship events to engage new and existing major donors (individuals, trusts and corporates) and to contribute to the delivery of fundraising budgets by delivering events that enable a sector leading supporter experience.
The postholder line manages the special events coordinator and plays a key role in team culture, operational refinement, and cross-functional collaboration.

The team
Our dynamic fundraising department generated £4.5m through donations in 2023/24, and we are now preparing for an ambitious multi-million-pound campaign in support of a ground-breaking cancer centre on the site of the Royal Free Hospital.
We pride ourselves on being a supporter focused and agile function, working at the heart of the charity to deliver impact for patients and staff across our hospitals.
Responsible for attracting and retaining donors, and delivering an outstanding supporter experience, the fundraising department comprises two teams which work closely together to achieve our shared objectives:
· Our philanthropy & campaigns team builds relationships with individual philanthropists, trusts, foundations, corporate organisations and intermediaries, giving or facilitating donations of £10,000 or more to the charity each year. They lead major appeal activity for the charity, currently focused on our forthcoming cancer campaign, and special events to support these activities.
· Our public fundraising team harnesses the support and energy of individuals and groups, helping them to give back in the way that works for them. This includes committed giving, in memory support, gifts in wills, and fundraising events and challenges.
· Our database and supporter care colleagues underpin and support the entire department.

What is the role?
As the Schools & Community Fundraiser, you will be working as part of the Fundraising Team to meet organisational income targets. You will have responsibility for the co-ordination, organisation, and evaluation of existing schools fundraising events within agreed levels of income & expenditure.

About the role
As an Engagement and Assessment Worker, you will be the first point of contact for someone who comes to Crisis for help to prevent or end their homelessness. You will:
- Welcome them to the service on site and at partner agencies,
- Listen carefully and non-judgementally to their story,
- Complete thorough Crisis and Mainstay assessments using a trauma informed approach,
- Agree realistic options and the support needed to assist them to prevent their homelessness or a pathway out of homelessness.
- Help them formulate a holistic plan and help them take the initial steps, where necessary.
- Hold a caseload of members who require short term intervention to end their homelessness.
About you
- Experience of working successfully with disadvantaged/or socially excluded groups and individuals, utilising a psychologically informed approach.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer service, ensuring accessible, welcoming, and safe ‘front of house’ environment in a busy service.
- Experience of assessing presenting needs, and an understanding of strengths-based assessments. You will have empathy and understanding of the barriers to accessing services.
- Ability to manage successful relationships with external agencies and relevant service providers and successfully advocate on members behalf.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills used to ensure accurate record keeping on a variety of Case Management Systems/Databases.

About Trade
Trade Sexual Health (Trade for short) is a small health and wellbeing charity based in Leicester. We currently have eight staff and more than 40 volunteers.
Trade began as a grassroots gay community response to HIV in Leicester in the late 1980s. Throughout the 1990s, Trade worked creatively to spread information about sexual health and HIV prevention to gay, bisexual, and other men who have sex with men in the city (GBMSM).
Trade has been a registered charity since 2000. Over the last 25 years, our core work has focused on improving the sexual health of gay and bisexual men across Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland. We have always taken a holistic approach to understanding and addressing the range of issues that might impact gay and bisexual men’s ability to look after their sexual health. As a result, we started a counselling service – Approach Counselling – to support community members in improving their mental wellbeing.
We now draw on this experience to tackle wider health inequalities related to sexual health and HIV, and to provide peer support for anyone living with HIV in the areas where we work. For a small charity, Trade has always ‘punched above its weight’ and we have a national profile for the innovative sexual health work we do.
We currently hold contracts to deliver sexual health promotion and HIV prevention outreach in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland to LGBTQ+ people, asylum seekers, and a range of racialised communities that experience significant inequalities in relation to their sexual health.
We have a history of providing peer support to people living with HIV, and this is now becoming a growing strand of our work. This post is central to the delivery of HIV Peer Support in Leicester, Leicestershire, and Rutland (and builds on our experience of delivering similar services in Northamptonshire).
Role Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to deliver first-line peer support to people living with HIV, of all genders and backgrounds, in Leicestershire. The postholder will be based at the Trade offices in central Leicester and will work closely with clinical staff at the Jarvis Clinic at Leicester Royal Infirmary. They will ensure that people who have been recently diagnosed, are struggling with their diagnosis, or are re-engaging with HIV care feel supported and have the information they need to live well and thrive with HIV.
Key Responsibilities
- Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team (MDT), bringing personal knowledge and experience to the role.
- Collaborate with a small group of volunteer peer mentors to support people living with HIV.
- Assist in recruiting new volunteers and ensure patients needing ongoing peer mentoring are matched with suitable mentors.
- Support individuals in developing self-management strategies, addressing stigma, reducing social isolation, and improving wellbeing.
- Develop a catalogue of services, groups, and support options for signposting.
- Encourage engagement with HIV treatment and care, improving ART adherence and promoting viral suppression.

Aspire’s Independent Living Service supports around 600 patients a year, with our team of Advisors working in the NHS's specialist hospitals to provide advice and support directly to those who are newly injured.
We’re looking for someone to manage our national team team and ensure our service meets the needs of the patients who use us. We need someone with excellent organisational skills, able to tackle the day to day requirements of managing a remote team and who can produce the annual budgets and business plans for the service. You'll also be an excellent communicator, comfortable building relationships across the organisation and with key external partners. Experiencing of delivering or managing a support service would be an advantage.
