Job description

Are you passionate about community development and eager to make a tangible difference in people's lives?

KeyRing is embarking on a transformative journey in Sheffield, and we are looking for a dynamic Development Manager to join the team. This is a unique opportunity to help shape the future of KeyRing in Sheffield, working collaboratively with people who draw on support, commissioners and other key stakeholders to develop a number of Community Living Networks and mobilising our Individual Service Fund offer.

You will also play a crucial role in building and developing a dedicated team, ensuring they are equipped and inspired to deliver high-quality services. Your visionary thinking and commitment to inclusivity and community engagement will drive the success of this initiative, ensuring that KeyRing continues to empower and support the community effectively.

This is a full-time role, 37.5 hours per week with a salary £32,400 per annum.
