As our Security Engineer, you'll be at the frontline of our cyber defence, working closely with the Security Operations Manager to monitor, maintain and enhance our security tools and services. You'll collaborate with external security providers, including our 24/7 Security Operations Centre (SOC), responding to security alerts and ensuring threats are identified and addressed promptly.
Your expertise will help us stay ahead of emerging security risks. About You
You’ll have experience working in cyber security, system engineering, or a similar role, with hands-on knowledge of security tools such as anti-malware, content filtering, SIEM and threat detection solutions. A strong understanding of Windows OS, Linux, and MacOS is essential, along with experience working with technology suppliers and outsourced services.
You should have or be working towards professional security and technical certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CCNA, SSCP, CEH, or CREST CPSA/CRT, GIAC. Knowledge of Microsoft security suite, vulnerability scanning, working knowledge of network infrastructure or scripting languages like Python and PowerShell would be advantageous.

Women become involved in the Criminal Justice System for a complex range of reasons. In our gender-specific centres, we provide holistic support to women by women, to overcome challenges and address needs. We support women build upon their strengths and work through any barriers that are preventing them from progressing and achieving their potential.
Role summary
As Senior Manager for Humberside Women’s Centres you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing our centres and contract delivery in Humberside. Working closely with the Director of Services and supported by a senior key worker your focus will be on providing high quality, trauma-responsive support to women with experience of, or at risk of entering the criminal justice system.
You will lead on managing and delivering our contracts across Humberside to ensure our operational and strategic objectives are met. You will also focus on building excellent relationships with funders and key partners and identifying new partnership and advocacy opportunities.
Supported by a Senior Key Worker, your responsibilities will encompass the day-to-day management of our Women's Centres and contract delivery partners across various locations, including our Hull Women’s Centre, our Hubs in Goole, Beverley, and Bridlington, as well as partnerships in Grimsby and Scunthorpe.
Managing a team of Key Workers, you will be responsible for ensuring women and girls receive an exceptional service from within a safe, trauma-responsive, women-only spaces. Working alongside our statutory and non-statutory partners in Criminal Justice and Health and Social Care, you will ensure the continued strategic development of the Women’s Centre and represent Together Women at local and regional level.
Your responsibilities will also include identifying and pursuing new funding opportunities, and ensuring the continuity of existing services through effective contract management. As a forward-thinking individual, you will contribute to the wider strategic direction of the organisation as part of the senior management team, which will entail submitting high-quality monitoring reports to funders, line and team management, and contributing to the ongoing development of the vision, mission and values of Together Women.
Key accountabilities

· Provide strategic and operational management for Together Women’s services across Humberside, including our Hull Centre and our Goole, Beverley and Bridlington Hubs.

· Establish, build and maintain strong relationships with external partners including commissioners, funders, delivery partners and wider stakeholders

Financials and reporting
· Manage the operational budget, ensuring services operate within budgets and any variations are identified and reviewed
· Prepare and present accurate, timely reports to internal and external stakeholders as required.
· Identify relevant funding opportunities and prepare funding applications in collaboration with the leadership team, to support long-term sustainability of our services.
· Lead on development, implementation and management of our monitoring and evaluation systems and processes, to evidence the need, reach and impact of our work.

About the role
Working with the Head of Programmes and Services to design and implement CASPA’s service delivery programmes in line with CASPA’s charitable objectives and strategic aims.
A Programme Delivery Manager (PDM) is responsible for managing supervisors, support workers and volunteers. PDMs ensure members’ developmental needs are central to all activity planning and delivery and are responsible for building and managing community partnerships. Key responsibilities include:

Rolling out Project-Y takes significant time and financial investment, especially as we are providing seed funding for placing youth workers, alongside intensive support when they are palced in churches.

This summer we have a unique opportunity to platform the story of Project-Y in the USA. We need someone to take a leading role in the management and delivery of this incredibly exciting fundraising campaign. This will give us access to approximately 73,000 young people and leaders across 900+ individual churches. This is an unprecedented exposure to potential supporters, partners, and donors.
With your skill base and expertise, could you help us to maximise this opportunity?
The Campaign Manager will drive and catalyse the support base required to propel Project-Y forward. We know this opportunity offers a concentrated pipeline to financial sustainability, both in regard to immediate one-off donations, but also longer-term multi-year support.
We have the front facing ask of the campaign in place. However, the missing piece is someone to manage and utilise the best systems and communication techniques to make sure the back-end processing of the campaign is smooth and seemless. The Campaign Manager will be responsible for donor stewardship, supporter segmentation, ongoing communication, optimising databases processes and increasing engagement to ensure the long-term sustainability of the program.
The Campaign Manager will have excellent expereince in donor management, skilled in automated and relational communications, and ideally is passionate about youth ministry. Someone who understands church partnerships, and excels in campaign management and especially the execution.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and manage communications for this campaign Develop appropriate donor communication strategy and suitable platform engagement for each of the three calls of action: young people, leaders and churches.
- Organise segment-based communications to keep supporters and those interested with the campaign informed and engaged.
- Implement a systematic donor stewardship plan, ensuring timely acknowledgment of gifts, personalised appreciation, and impact reporting to reinforce the value of their contributions.
- Gather and share stories of young people, churches, and youth leaders impacted by Project-Y.
- Segment churches into Major, Mid-Level, and General categories based on their giving capacity and engagement level.
- Develop a tiered engagement structure that aligns with these segments, providing churches of all sizes with meaningful opportunities to contribute while offering deeper engagement and exclusive experiences to those with the highest giving capacity.
• Ongoing Data Management
- Ensure accurate capturing of data
- Develop data analysis to ensure success of this campaign and enable effective foundations for ongoing fundraising
- Ensure systems are GDPR complaint
• Effective administrative systems
- Ensure effective administrative systems are in place with regular evaluation

- Plan and coordinate site visits for large supporting churches to witness first-hand the impact of Project-Y.
- Set up post campaign systems and priorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Experience in donor stewardship and fundraising.
• Significant leadership experience in campaign management preferred.
• Expertise in donor segmentation, data-driven decision-making, and fundraising analytics.
• Significant experience of database management (CIY use HubSpot), data compliance (GDPR), and advanced Excel capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop and execute relationship-building strategies.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to use initiative.
• Passion for youth ministry and CIY’s mission.
Miscellaneous:
• Salary: depending on qualifications and experience, the starting salary will be between £40,000 to £45,000 pro rata, per annum.
• Work-related expenses will be reimbursed monthly on a receipted basis. A mileage allowance will be paid for travel expenses.
• Holidays: You are entitled to 25 days per annum and ten statutory holidays, pro rata.
