We’re looking for a bold and caring professional to join us as a Wellbeing Coach. If you have experience of supporting people with their mental health and wellbeing, this could be the job for you!
You will deliver predominantly one to one wellbeing coaching with some group support to both adults and young people. Ideally you will have some experience of using coaching and CBT techniques such as guided self-help, psychoeducation and thought challenging.
You will have excellent communication skills and experience of working in partnership with other stakeholders to deliver projects. To excel in the role, you will be able to motivate, inspire and engage a wide range of people and be proactive in your approach. You will be calm, proactive and resilient.

We’re looking for a bold and caring person to lead and develop Lancashire Mind’s Wellbeing Coaching service and mobilise a pilot of therapeutic services; a new service for Lancashire Mind.
You will be a mental health practitioner with experience of delivering therapeutic services and understand the different types of therapy and support clients need. To succeed in the role, you will need excellent communication skills, project management and line management experience.

Role Purpose
The Community Engagement Manager (Maternity Cover) role will be a critical piece of our Community Programmes team, which provides support to founders at every stage of their startup journey. The Community Programme offering includes a roster of events including panels, masterclasses and workshops, as well as mentoring and coaching opportunities, and peer-to-peer engagement opportunities. Responsibilities
Graduate Community Engagement
- Maintain the community engagement strategy for enhanced engagement between founders and a more cohesive founder journey across all stages
- Maintain the end-to-end design and management of the founder experience in the graduate community platform (Circle)
- Helping founders to widen their networks and facilitate connections that can provide critical support and direction via our graduate community platform
- Work collaboratively across the Programmes team to ensure entrepreneurs who engage with Hatch are connected to the best programmes, resources and offers for them

You will use coaching and support skills to help sustain tenancies and prevent the risk of homelessness. This is a customer centric role in which you will demonstrate a compassionate and open-minded approach to all customers, from all backgrounds. You will be assisting customers to maintain their home by giving advice and support on setting up their home, welfare benefits, budgeting, health issues and independent living skills.
About you
With experience of working in a customer-based environment that acknowledges and understands differences, they are looking for someone with experience of using a coaching model to engage, encourage and enable customers to achieve their potential.
With good communication skills, you will have experience of building relationships with both customer and other professionals.
You will be able to work independently as well as in a team and you will have the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities.

They are looking for a new Assistant Coach, to work alongside the Centre Manager, as part of the team at Citizen Church to deliver the Spear Programme, equipping and empowering unemployed 16–24 year olds to overcome barriers to employment and turn their lives around by moving into sustainable work or further education.
The important stuff
Salary: £21,000 p.a. pro rata for part-time role (£10,500)
Hours: Part time, 2.5 days per week, between 9.30am – 5.30pm, Tuesday – Thursday (with some flexibility and occasional evening or weekend work for events such as Spear Celebrations)

Key Responsibilities
Spear Programme
- Lead group sessions of up to 10 young people, using coaching skills to transform their mindsets, and to maximise their potential in stepping into the world of work
- Prepare and deliver coaching sessions on a weekly basis and find creative ways of developing ongoing relationships with Spear Trainees. This includes running application workshops with past Trainees as well as maintaining records and reporting on statistics.
Relationship management
- Build and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including referrers, local businesses, and other organisations
- You will support with job fairs, mock interview days and welcoming external visitors to the centre
Church Community
- The Spear Coach is directly employed by Citizen Church, meaning you are part of a vibrant church staff team and submerged in an exciting faith community
- Help to raise the profile of the Spear programme within Citizen Church and build a network of supporters and volunteers from the congregation
