Volunteer Chief Operating Officer – REMIX Youth Charity
Are you ready to remix the future of London’s young people?
REMIX is a dynamic, volunteer-led social mobility charity on a mission to empower young Londoners aged 11–26 from deprived communities. We’re all about energy, vibrancy, and creating unforgettable opportunities that transform lives. From essential life skills to mentoring, wellbeing, and career pathways — we’re remixing the soundtrack of youth with confidence, resilience, and inspiration.
We’re looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join our volunteer crew and help us turn up the volume on impact.
The Role
As our volunteer COO, you’ll be the powerhouse behind the scenes — steering operations, shaping strategy, and ensuring REMIX runs with rhythm and flow. You’ll work alongside passionate trustees, mentors, and volunteers to:

Drive operational excellence across programmes and partnerships.

Champion our volunteer model while building the roadmap to professional staffing.

Lead on growth, sustainability, and the systems that keep REMIX thriving.

Be the connector — linking schools, communities, and corporate partners to opportunities that change lives.

�� Volunteer with Unify Giving CIC
We’re building a movement of people who believe giving should be simple, human and direct. Our volunteers are at the heart of that.
We don’t care about age, background, or whether you’ve got a perfect CV.
We care about people who want to be part of a team, learn, and create real impact together.
All roles are 5–10 hours a month, minimum 3 months. You’ll be supported by the Volunteer Manager and the wider Unify Giving team.
Charity Liaison Officer
Be our local connector.
You’ll build bridges between Unify Giving and grassroots charities. This means meeting people, listening to what’s needed, and helping bring them into our network.
What you’ll do:

Visit local charities and community groups.

Call and email to introduce Unify Giving.

Help new partners come on board.
If you’re friendly, curious and enjoy meeting people, this is for you.
