Summary of the role:

The Campaigns Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of MAUK’s campaigns. By effectively bringing all campaign stakeholders together and ensuring campaigns are delivered to budget and in a timely manner the role is responsible for assisting with strategic planning, reviewing and development of MAUK’s campaign diary.

About the Role:

1. Coordinate the design, scheduling, and delivery of integrated campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels.
2. Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and delivery across teams to ensure smooth execution.
3. Assist in developing audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize engagement and impact.
4. Develop comprehensive email and SMS engagement approaches that tie into broader supporter engagement strategies with tailored and segmented email campaigns.
5. Develop email journeys and/or triggered emails for multiple initiatives, monitoring performance and making the required adjustments where necessary.
6. Collaborate with creative and branding suppliers to develop campaign visuals, assets, and idents that reflect the organisation’s identity and resonate with target audiences.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

1. Experience coordinating marketing or fundraising campaigns across multiple channels.
2. Proven experience building, testing, and delivering email and SMS campaigns using marketing automation platforms.
3. Understanding of campaign planning, supporter journeys, and audience segmentation.
4. Strong project management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple deadlines.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft and proof campaign copy.
6. Strong measurement, analytical, systematic thinking, planning and organisational skills.

About the role

Sheffield Community Bike Project is a not-for-profit community cycle repair workshop that aims to improve access to cycling through three main activities:

• Free (donations appreciated) access to tools and workshop space for DIY cycle repairs, with support from our volunteer team. This includes some sessions for specific groups.

• Offering affordable new and used parts, and refurbished second-hand bikes for sale.

• Focussed cycle maintenance training sessions to upskill our community.

SCBP is seeking to appoint a Bike Project Manager. Working closely with the CEO, trustees and volunteers, you will play a key role in ensuring our community workshop thrives as a welcoming, organised and sustainable space.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the project, support and manage our volunteer team, and develop new systems and initiatives to support the organisation’s growth. Your ability to manage volunteers to assist in the behind the scenes running of the project will be key. Please see the nominal granular responsibilities of the role in the table below.

Subject to funding, we will hopefully be hiring for a “Bike Project Administrator” role in the near future. This role may be managed by the Bike Project Manager.

SCBP is at a key moment of growth. Having taken on workshop premises in September 2024, we are now working to increase the number of sessions that we run, streamline our volunteer and participant experience, and expand the breadth of provision that we offer. At the same time, as a grassroots charity, central to our ethos is nurturing a sense of community ownership and collaboration. We aim to make the project a friendly, welcoming place to volunteer for people of all backgrounds and experiences. Another key part of our culture is our “hands-on-tools approach”: participants are encouraged to do cycle maintenance themselves with help from our volunteers.

We are a flexible organisation, so if you are unsure if the job as described would work for you, or you don’t have experience in all the areas, but would be an excellent candidate for the role (we are looking for someone who can work independently, take initiative and provide strong leadership to our volunteer team), we’d like to hear from you anyway, we are open to discussion on many points.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Development and Partnerships Coordinator will coordinate Trees for Cities’ partnerships and community tree planting initiatives in towns and cities across the UK, enhancing local environments and community wellbeing.

Collaborating with local authorities and third-sector partners, the post holder will coordinate the UK wide Trees in Neighbourhoods programme; managing local authority and partner relationships, allocating funding, managing budgets, monitoring and reporting.

Working closely with the wider Development and Partnerships team, the post holder will also contribute to a wide range of other exciting programmes at Trees for Cities - such as Trees Cities of the World and the innovative tech-for-good scheme Trees for Streets - and support the improvement of departmental processes and rollouts of new systems and initiatives.

You’ll be the go-to person for keeping our weekly sessions running smoothly, supporting facilitators, welcoming learners, managing session admin and planning community events like our summer show and Christmas party. You’ll also take the lead on developing our volunteer programme by recruiting, inducting and supporting the amazing people who give their time to help make Stepping Stones such a special place.

Engagement Coordinator 

Brighton and Hove Speak Out is a dynamic local advocacy charity. We support people with learning disabilities to have a voice and choice and control over their lives through providing a range of advocacy services and community projects.    

We are seeking to appoint a part time Advocacy and Engagement Coordinator to deliver a programme of engagement and consultation activity. The post holder will support people with learning disabilities to have their say about local services, share their experience about how support and services impact on their lives and make recommendaitions for improvements.

The role involves organising outreach and consultation on different issues. The post holder will support a group of self-advocates (the Link Group) to take part in planning, running and reporting to the Learning Disability Partnership Board.  

The Post Holder will also support health advocacy, training and awareness raising at Speak Out. They will support the ‘Thumbs Up' campaign led by a group of Speak Out members.

About you

The successful candidate will need excellent communication and organisational skills, including report writing, and will be able to manage a complex workload. Experience of advocacy and/or group work with vulnerable clients is essential. Knowledge of learning disability services and experience of working with people with learning disabilities is an advantage.

Role Overview

We are seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Property Department
Coordinator to provide high-level executive support to the Director of Property and coordination
across the department. This pivotal role will combine Executive Assistant responsibilities with
departmental coordination, ensuring the smooth running of operations, the effective flow of
information, and the delivery of accurate data and reports to internal and external stakeholders.

You will work closely with the Director of Property and two Heads of Function, whose specialist
teams manage the organisation’s diverse property portfolio. You will play a key role in preparing
materials for the Board of Trustees, coordinating the quarterly Property Committee, and
supporting departmental projects.

You will ensure timely flow of information and reporting between the team and stakeholders,
including SLT, Trustees and suppliers / contractors.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant to the Director of Property

•  Manage the Director’s diary, meetings, and travel arrangements.
•  Prepare agendas, take minutes of meetings, and follow up actions for key meetings.
•  Draft correspondence, briefings, and presentations for the Director.
• Support the Director in tracking actions, deadlines and project progress.

Department Coordination

• Act as the central coordination point across the department, ensuring smooth communication between the Director, Heads of Functions, and their teams.
• Maintain departmental work plans, timelines, and trackers.
• Support tendering processes and analysis
• Manage the adminstration of the Charity’s insurance cover and policy
• Organise internal meetings, workshops, and away days.

Data Analysis and Presentation

• Collect, analyse, and interpret data from across the property portfolio.
• Prepare high-quality reports, dashboards, and visual presentations for departmental
  meetings and board submissions.
• Support the Director and Heads of Function in using data to inform decision-making and
  measure performance.
•  Collaborate with both the Head of IT and the Sustainability and Impact Lead, to develop
  the presentation of data for reporting purposes.
• Ensure data is accurate, consistent, and compliant with organisational policies.
  Board and Committee Support
• Coordinate quarterly Property Committee meetings: arrange logistics, prepare and
  circulate papers, and take accurate minutes.
• Work with the Director to prepare papers and reports for the Board of Trustees.
• Ensure all governance requirements are met in relation to committee administration.

Skills, Experience & Attributes

Essential:

• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple
  priorities, working with various stakeholders.
• Experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or similar role.
• Confident in analysing data and presenting it in a clear, accessible format, and proficient
  in using data management systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, CRM.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) and comfortable with
  digital collaboration tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A collaborative approach with the ability to build strong working relationships.

Desirable:

• Experience in a property, facilities, or asset management context.
• Knowledge of governance processes in not-for-profit organisations.
• Understanding of performance measurement and KPI reporting.

Exciting opportunity for a charity sector Community Helpline Manager in Torbay

The Torbay Health and Wellbeing Voluntary Sector Network in Torbay is recruiting a full-time Manager to oversee the Torbay Community Helpline.

This post will be based in the local voluntary sector infrastructure organisation - Torbay Communities, hosts of the Community Helpline.  

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead this nationally recognised and acclaimed innovation. Torbay’s Community Helpline was established during the Covid pandemic and has since been developed by the local community into a central access point to the voluntary and community sector as a whole. Since 2021, it has also been the front door for new Adult Social Care referrals in the area through a unique partnership with the local statutory sector. Providing the best possible support to local residents the Helpline’s strapline ‘One Call – That’s All’ sums up the holistic approach. Individuals and families can access a wide range of support from food parcels to mental health support, help with isolation to debt advice etc. The Helpline links into over 100 voluntary sector organisations locally and into grassroots networks of residents offering support to each other. The Helpline has a strengths-based approach to its operations, with callers often helping others after they have received some support.

We are looking for someone who can lead this initiative into the next phase. Someone with the relevant experience who can identify the Helpline’s potential and - working with staff, volunteers, voluntary sector and statutory sector partners - deliver excellent support to our residents and develop the Helpline to meet future needs.

As the Commercial Marketing Coordinator, you will work with different teams and managers to develop innovative and effective marketing campaigns which are aimed at increasing engagement and revenue in relation to our commercial spaces. The successful candidate will also coordinate the successful delivery of these impactful and creative marketing campaigns across the Union. The role holder will be a brand champion and support departments in the successful application of our brand.

What You’ll Do:

Support our AI Programme

• Be the first point of contact for AI-related queries and stakeholders.
• Organise and support meetings with leading experts in healthcare AI.
• Coordinate events, maintain documentation, and track project progress.
• Help ensure the RCR remains a leading voice in healthcare AI.

Deliver High-Impact Data Projects

• Support the planning, delivery, and analysis of our annual workforce censuses.
• Maintain contact lists, track responses, and validate data.
• Help produce reports that influence media, government, and NHS workforce planning.

General Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Draft correspondence and briefings.
• Uphold data protection and confidentiality standards.

What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience in administration and project support.
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in AI, healthcare technology, or data analysis.
• Experience with Excel or Power BI.
