Job Title : Customer Services Handler
Location: Lancing/Littlehampton (Hybrid – 3 days in the office)
Salary: £25,685 per annum (Band C, Level 3)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent

What you’ll be doing:

You’ll play a central role in delivering a high-quality, efficient, and responsive service to our customers and internal teams. From handling phone, email, and live chat queries, to supporting our insurance claims and office operations, your work will directly contribute to the smooth running of our business.

As the Customer Services Handler, your Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing incoming queries via email, live chat, and phone, providing expert and timely support
  • Supporting insurance claims, policy changes, and document processing
  • Ensuring accurate and compliant record keeping
  • Coordinating office activities, including meetings, supplies, and facilities
  • Assisting clients with documentation and insurance-related queries
  • Maintaining strong relationships with both internal colleagues and external clients

What we are looking for in our Customer Services Handler:

We’re seeking someone with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to their work. Ideally, you’ll have:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
  • Strong IT skills (Word, Excel, email)
  • A conscientious, organised, and team-focused attitude
  • A passion for delivering outstanding service and upholding our values of Integrity, Respect, Care, Belief, and Cooperation
