Job Purpose
The Operations & Project Manager will oversee planning, project delivery, and commercial operations, ensuring that St Bride Foundation continues to fulfil its mission while growing its financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Planning & Project Management

AFK is a national charity helping young disabled people develop their independence and find employment. Our vision is a world where all people living with a disability get to lead the life they choose. As part of this we provide bespoke employment skills training and organise work placements across North London. At a national level, we provide mobility equipment not available on the NHS for disabled children and young people up to the age of 25.
Job Purpose
To support young people with disabilities aged 18 to 25 to progress towards and into employment.
The role will involve liaising with education professionals and employers and brokering new opportunities for supported employment, volunteering, and work placements. You will work with young people to provide specialist one to one coaching, assess, and develop their employability skills and support them towards their own goals and objectives.
Working Conditions
This post is 35 hours per week. The post holder will occasionally be expected to work some evenings and weekends as required by the job.
28 days annual leave will be given in addition to normal public holidays. There is a TOIL Policy.
Principle Responsibilities
· Work with a caseload of individual young people to identify and support their aspirations for future employment and formulate plans to enable them to achieve their goals.
· Contribute to progress reports, reviews, open evenings and other events with education professionals, families, and young people
· Provide intensive 1:1 support in all aspects of employment support.
· Inform and work closely with the Employment Broker on the type of jobs that trainees want sourced, or job carved so that placements can be sought.
· Refer people for specialist advice and support
· Secure voluntary work, work tasters and work experience placements for individuals to support their journey towards employment.
· Work with our experienced Service Delivery Team to deliver or co-ordinate coaching, and training as required.
· Support people in the workplace as required.
· Develop and maintain knowledge of the local labour market and opportunities relating to employment, work experience and volunteering.
· Develop and maintain effective working relationships with local employer groups, statutory, voluntary, and private organizations to support the development of suitable opportunities.
· Engage with businesses that can create employment, volunteering, and work placements, including providing training / advice to employers as required.
· Identify any financial implications for individuals related to part time employment and disability benefits.
· Monitor the progress of individuals and keep appropriate records.
· Undertake necessary administrative duties relating to the role.
· Undertake learning and development as identified through regular appraisals and reviews.

The Head of Governance will ensure that the organisation (including subsidiaries) has robust and effective governance in place which complies with statutory requirements and good practice in relation to company and charity law and charity governance. They will be a key strategic leader, expected to lead the development and improvement of governance at The Scouts.
The post holder will provide strategic leadership of the governance, and associated functions, supporting the Executive Leadership Team (ELT) to proactively and effectively lead and manage the organisation to operate efficiently at its best. They will also be a natural collaborator, working with key stakeholders such as The Head of Legal to provide high level technical advice to members of the Movement and TSA staff concerning governing documents and key decisions, whilst also supporting effective governance at headquarters.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a key senior leader in the charity, and critical support to The Board of Trustees, provide strategic leadership for governance and its development at The Scouts
- Design and implement a strategic plan for the Governance function to meet the needs of the organisation
- Ensure that all legal vehicles across The Scout Association comply with all regulatory requirements and remain compliant with changes in charity law and the wider regulatory environment
- Work closely with the Head of Legal to ensure legal, regulatory and statutory compliance, and in particular that appropriate legal advice and guidance is applied to The Scouts decision making and governance processes, wherever, appropriate

This role will assist the finance team with finance-related queries and the processing of all financial transactions. About the Role:
The role operates at an officer level within the context of a volunteer led, global charitable organisation, supporting the Finance Managers to provide financial and accounting expertise to the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of all financial transactions ensuring purchase orders and invoices are authorised and coded correctly into the system and payments are set up correctly to be paid in accordance with agreed terms – for World Bureau and AISBL.
- Setting up the suppliers on the finance system.
- Control of the purchase ledger.
- Executing timely and accurate payment runs.
