About the opportunity

As an Impact Analyst, you will work within a team supporting social impact projects. This role will primarily support our Stronger Families programme. Stronger Families is a social enterprise partnership coordinator, that was created by BOP to deliver an outcomes-based contract to support families in Suffolk and Norfolk to stay together. 

With the expertise of chosen delivery partner Family Psychology Mutual, Stronger Families supports children and adolescents at risk of being taken into care or in care, providing them (and their family) with access to a proven therapeutic programme (Functional Family Therapy, FFT). 

The programme is designed to help them address behavioural and emotional difficulties and move forward with relationships built on a foundation of acceptance and respect. Initially your role will be dedicated to supporting Stronger Families but with experience you will have the opportunity to support other BOP programmes.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include.

· Overseeing all data related aspects of the programme including data collection, extraction, cleaning, analysis, reporting, and presentation.

· Gathering and analysing quantitative and qualitative data to measure the impact of service innovations for the programmes you are working across. Produce regular reports and insights that aid decision making to continuously improve programme design.

· Taking initiative to propose and implement relevant analyses to the project to maximise positive impact for participants with the programmes you are supporting.

· Building relationships and working at times directly with Delivery Partners (VCSE organisations who are delivering the frontline services for the programme) to ensure they are able to use the data systems accurately and effectively,

· Identifying opportunities for process automation and improving utilisation of management data by colleagues across the programme.

· Supporting the Programme Lead on all operational and project management needs, including coordination of team activities and providing other administrative support.

This is an important role in a small communications team where you will help raise our international organisation’ s global profile across Asia, Africa, and Latin America. 

This fully remote contracting role is perfect for someone with some communications experience and a keen interest in supporting countries across the world to build better public infrastructure through open governance principles (accountability, transparency, participation, multi stakeholder working).

As the only Spanish speaking member of the communications team, you will lead on social media and news stories across Latin America and therefore fluent Spanish and English (both written and spoken) are essential, in addition knowledge of the Latin America region would be useful.

This is a fully remote consultancy role. You will not be paid on an hourly/daily basis but instead paid a fixed amount (as set out above) each month for completing agreed deliverables with your line manager. As a rough guide, we expect this will take around 18-20 hours a week. About the Role

This is a rare opportunity to take a senior leadership role at North London Open Spaces, and directly contribute to and make a meaningful impact in the conservation and protection of these cherished green spaces. 

As a member of the senior management team, the successful candidate will serve as the primary subject matter expert at NLOS for nature conservation, conceiving and leading on initiatives, advising colleagues, and working collaboratively both internally and externally.  They will have responsibility for overseeing the day-to-day management of most of Hampstead Heath and all of Highgate Wood, and will also oversee a number of services that function across and support the four open spaces (eg, arboriculture and tree management, waste and recycling, conservation, and ecology).  

For the better performance of their duties, the Head of Conservation will be required to reside in accommodation that is provided on site and will be scheduled onto an on-call and duty manager rota with other colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary subject matter expert for nature conservation at Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood, Queen’s Park, and West Ham Park
• Oversee the day-to-day management of Highgate Wood and most of Hampstead Heath
• Oversee arboriculture / tree management, waste management, conservation, habitat creation/restoration and management, wildlife management, water body management, and climate change adaptation across North London Open Spaces
• Lead and motivate a team of 25-30 multi-skilled professionals committed to the conservation of these four sites
• Ensure compliance with all applicable legislation, including environmental protection, climate change, nature recovery, wildlife protection, flood risk management, and health and safety.

About You

We are looking for a high-energy and innovative leader with a strong background in nature conservation, open space management, and team leadership. 

The successful candidate will bring:

• Demonstrable experience in managing complex public open spaces.
• Comprehensive experience developing and delivering biodiversity and land management programmes and projects in a range of habitats, ideally within an urban setting.

• Significant experience managing complex conservation work and projects across varied landscapes
• Significant knowledge of biodiversity and wildlife management, including land and water management.

• Strong experience managing a diverse team of professionals in an operational environment. 

• Experience of implementing legislation and policy relevant to biodiversity conservation, planning guidance, and site designation for wildlife conservation and species status designations.
• A highly creative, entrepreneurial and ‘can do’ approach to problem solving, with the ability to remain resilient in the face of challenges. 
• Strong quantitative skills and comfort interrogating and analysing data and budgets.

Schools’ Project Officer (4-5 days per week; 10 months contract with opportunity for renewal)

This is a fantastic opportunity to join this fast-growing charity at a pivotal time, and make significant impact as our grass-roots Schools’ Project Officer. You will be visiting schools, explaining about what we do at assemblies and going for follow up sessions, and then giving email feedback to applications.

Who we are
We are a small lively charity promoting the personal development of year 12s in partner schools, through challenging activities that they design, plan and finally undertake adult-free. We invite students (individually or in groups) to develop their own challenges well outside their ‘comfort zones’, and to be responsible for every stage of the process. We help them plan and manage risk, and give them expenses funding. Our award winners have climbed the highest UK peaks, cycled to Paris, performed plays at school, harnessed green power via a bike, among many other imaginative and ambitious projects.   

Who we are looking for
We are looking for an energetic, talented and reliable candidate for our schools’ outreach team, inspiring high-quality applications for funding from Year 12s in our 85 partner London state schools (20% of the total).  There is scope to help shape our strategy. We are looking for competent project officer, ideally with experience of physical challenge, strong administrative skills and with strong writing skills: they will be comfortable working with students, and value personal challenge and development. He/she will be keen to work with a growing charity, and to support young people usually with a poverty of experience and opportunity.

The 10-month post is up to 4-5 days per week, based in Southwark, with frequent travel to schools across London. The salary is £26,600–£35,000 pa pro rata. Flexible working is considered.

Refugee Week is seeking a freelance Social Media Manager to lead the development and delivery of our social media presence in the lead-up to and during Refugee Week 2026. Working closely with the Refugee Week team, you will help shape and tell the story of Refugee Week over the year - inspiring people to take part, building our digital profile, and growing our online community.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, organised, and confident in digital storytelling, with an interest in social change, arts and culture, and refugee rights.

Refugee Week is coordinated by Counterpoints Arts, a leading national organisation in the field of arts, migration, and cultural change. We are based in Hoxton, London, and work both nationally and internationally.

Key responsibilities:

Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop and implement a clear social media strategy for Refugee Week
• Manage Refugee Week social media channels, including day-to-day posting, reshares, replies, and community engagement
• Generate creative content ideas and oversee year-round storytelling across platforms
• Grow our presence on underused or new channels
• Monitor performance and provide insights on reach, engagement, and growth

Content Creation

• Produce engaging assets (e.g. reels, graphics, promotional materials) for key moments such as the Refugee Week Conference
• Share stories that highlight Refugee Week’s impact, history, international presence, and ways to get involved
• Support with copywriting for posts, campaigns, and announcements
• Support with digital commissions e.g. engaging influencers in digital storytelling (Simple Acts countdown etc.)

Comms & Campaigns

• Contribute to Refugee Week’s wider communications strategy and campaigns.
• Manage paid ads to increase reach and engagement
• Help build the public profile of Refugee Week through digital storytelling

Evaluation

• Assist in the collation and reporting of evaluation data for Refugee Week 2026, helping to document and share the impact of the festival

Person Specification

Essential:

• Proven experience managing social media channels for an organisation, campaign, or project
• Strong understanding of digital engagement and content creation
• Highly organised individual with a collaborative and flexible working style
• Strong initiative, ability to work independently and motivated self-starter
• An active interest in refugee rights or arts, culture and social change and commitment to the vision and values of Refugee Week
• Digital proficiency and willingness to use collaborative team tools such as Slack, Google Drive, Calendars, etc.

Desirable:

• Experience in public-facing communications and/or engaging with media
• Design skills (e.g. Canva, Adobe, or similar)

The Safe Haven Crisis Hub is an out of hours community crisis service, the Hub provides a safe space for individuals who may feel that they are at risk of a mental health crisis. The Safe Haven provides short-term support and social prescribing to individuals who are vulnerable and isolated into relevant support service pathways.

The post holder will be required to be self-reflective about their personal lived experience of mental ill health. Women in Prison is a national, women-led, feminist organisation. We deliver front line support to women harmed by the criminal justice system, through our work in prisons, in the community and ‘through the prison gate’ as they resettle back into their communities.
