The Newham Mental Health Team, based at Flying Angel, operates weekdays from 9am to 5pm, offering support to individuals with low to medium mental health needs both in the building and the community. They work with other professionals to help those with complex needs, aiming to create a safe and supportive environment tailored to each person's unique circumstances and aspirations.
As part of this team, Support Workers assist customers with complex mental health issues, including those with histories of substance use, trauma, non-engagement, criminal justice connections, and personality disorders. They help customers develop independent living skills, manage tenancies, and engage in the community. Support Workers carry a caseload and collaborate to create effective, recovery-oriented support and risk management plans. Their flexible support includes physical, domestic, emotional, and social assistance, promoting social inclusion, vocational opportunities, recovery, self-advocacy, and empowerment.

About the role
We are seeking a Head of Fundraising to develop and drive Iswe’s income generation strategy and grow a high-performing fundraising team.
This role is ideal for someone experienced and confident enough to lead the function with minimal oversight, but still eager to be hands-on. You will bring a good understanding of the climate, democracy, and systems change funding landscape, ideally along with existing funder relationships. Frazzled is a small mental health and wellbeing charity founded by Ruby Wax OBE based on the power of emotional openness. Our free, volunteer-led meetings run online every single day of the year, offering people a chance to share, listen and feel heard in a supportive community.
We're looking for a confident and positive self starter with a high level of emotional intelligence, attention to detail and excellent communication skills to be our new Project Support and Administrative Officer.

Right now, we are looking for a Floating Support Worker to play a pivotal role in our Mental Health Accommodation in Brent.
Sounds great, what will I be doing?
Empower a caseload of service users to manage their health and wellbeing. As part of a team, you will support a staffing rota offering support to service users between the hours of 8am-10pm Mon-Sun each week. In collaboration with your team, you will actively monitor wellbeing, mental health, housing and living environment to ensure service users journey into independence. Moreover, you will take a solution focused and co-produced approach to supporting service users with their move-on into independent living.

The role requires a quick learner who can gather and process detailed information accurately, make informed decisions, and share relevant information appropriately while maintaining confidentiality. It involves working constructively and collaboratively in high-pressure environments, often with individuals displaying challenging behaviour, requiring a calm, solution-focused, and non-judgemental approach. Optimism about clients' capacity for change, a strong understanding of safeguarding responsibilities, and a flexible attitude toward working unsociable hours including early, late, and occasional weekend shifts are essential.

XLP is a leading Christian youth work charity with a 30 year history of empowering young people in London. They are committed to creating a more just and equitable city where young people can thrive.
We’re partnering with XLP to recruit a strategic and proactive Director of Fundraising to shape and lead the charity’s income generation and communications. You will bring direction, structure and momentum to a newly forming team, strengthening individual giving and philanthropy, growing corporate partnerships, and overseeing trusts, events and digital campaigns. You will work closely with the CEO and the Partnerships Lead to drive the next phase of development, improve income planning and forecasting, and embed effective use of Salesforce for reporting.
As a key member of the Executive Team, you will report to the Chief Executive Officer and collaborate with the Director of Youth Work and Director of Operations. You will also line manage the Head of Fundraising, the Partnerships Lead and the Fundraising & Reporting Officer, and oversee the Communications Manager to ensure clear, consistent and compelling external messaging that supports fundraising objectives.
We are looking for someone who can:
- Set the strategic direction for fundraising and communications, embedding strong planning, process and performance monitoring.
- Grow and diversify income across individuals, corporates, trusts and foundations, events and digital campaigns, with a focus on individual giving, major donors and philanthropy.
- Build and steward long term, high value supporter relationships, representing XLP confidently with senior stakeholders.
- Lead, develop and motivate a high performing, collaborative team and culture.
- Own income targets of £2.5m - £3m per annum, with robust pipeline management, budgeting and forecasting.
- Use data and insight to shape supporter journeys, and ensure accurate, timely reporting in Salesforce in partnership with Finance and Impact teams.
- Work cross functionally to align fundraising with programme delivery and organisational priorities, including campaigns for XLP’s 30th anniversary.
