We're looking for an Activities Coordinator to join our Independent Approved Premises (IAP) based in Havering. The Early Intervention Coordinator is a key role within the School Based Needs Service, working as part of the borough and district-based community teams, comprised of NHS staff and third sector workforce under the umbrella of The Surrey Wellbeing Partnership. This team will build support around schools offering a wide menu of services across a cluster of schools based on borough/district boundaries.

The role of the EIC is to deliver and support children and young people through one- to- one direct work, small group sessions and signposting to specialist services. These interventions will be delivered across a network of secondary schools in the Runnymede, Surrey Heath and Waverley areas.

Responsibilities 

1. Design, deliver and review evidence-based interventions for children and young people which aim to improve mental health and well-being and build on existing strengths

• Assess the needs and strengths of the referred young person and help them identify individual goals to achieve desired change (Goal Based Outcome Assessments).

• Manage own caseload of children and young people facing a wide range of issues, in both one to one and group settings, to address emerging needs and help build resilience, develop coping strategies and improve their mental health & wellbeing.

• Provide advice, guidance and signposting to young people and their families, that will connect them to resources that will support young people’s wellbeing.

• To operate at all times from an inclusive values base, which recognises and respects diversity and ensures all work is sensitive to a range of ethnic, cultural and religious groups, is gender sensitive and anti-discriminatory.

2. Develop and maintain relationships with key school staff in secondary schools and Schools Based Needs Team

The Macmillan Team offers personalised support, information, and referrals for individuals affected by cancer, including families and carers, across six South West London boroughs: Croydon, Merton, Kingston, Wandsworth, and Richmond. Working within a team of three, you will be responsible for two boroughs, Croydon and Merton while supporting colleagues as needed.

As a Project Coordinator for the Can You C Me project, you will play a key role in engaging BME communities to enhance cancer awareness and support. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will lead outreach initiatives, community engagement, and the organisation of project activities across Southwest London. Summary of the role:

The Campaigns Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day running of MAUK’s campaigns. By effectively bringing all campaign stakeholders together and ensuring campaigns are delivered to budget and in a timely manner the role is responsible for assisting with strategic planning, reviewing and development of MAUK’s campaign diary.

About the Role:

1. Coordinate the design, scheduling, and delivery of integrated campaigns across email, SMS, and digital channels.
2. Coordinate campaign timelines, approvals, and delivery across teams to ensure smooth execution.
3. Assist in developing audience segmentation and targeting strategies to maximize engagement and impact.
4. Develop comprehensive email and SMS engagement approaches that tie into broader supporter engagement strategies with tailored and segmented email campaigns.
5. Develop email journeys and/or triggered emails for multiple initiatives, monitoring performance and making the required adjustments where necessary.
6. Collaborate with creative and branding suppliers to develop campaign visuals, assets, and idents that reflect the organisation’s identity and resonate with target audiences.

About You:

The Senior Events and Membership Co-ordinator has key responsibility for supporting our Organisational Membership alongside the Events Manager and the Head of Commercial Operations to ensure work is covered by the wider team and to act as a central point of contact for partners and clients.

The Events Team is a key core team led by the Head of Commercial Operations, responsible for ensuring that support is provided to the QICN’s core programmes of work including the organisational membership, CPD events and various programmes.

Responsibilities

• Acting as a key point of contact for existing and new membership enquiries 

• Working with the Head of Commercial Operations to track key deliverables within the membership and ensuring the maintenance of accurate records.

• Writing and editing newsletters to improve membership engagement

Responsibilities

The employee will provide day-to-day support to the Ambassadors team. In this role, Ambassador Community Coordinator  will:

• Participate in the implementation of a “white glove” strategy aimed at retaining and engaging a broad and sustainable base of VVIP contacts while strengthening their sense of belonging to the Ambassadors community.
• Support the team in organising and coordinating a calendar of events, particularly Ambassador events taking place in Paris, London, Brussels (and sometimes New York).
• Produce communication and engagement materials to animate the community on various platforms and to promote its actions externally.
• Be responsible for researching and monitoring news about the community.
• Contribute to the identification and integration of new Ambassadors (recruitment, onboarding, etc.).
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the database.
• Be responsible for any other tasks that may be assigned to them as part of their duties.

Skills and qualifications required for this position:

• All candidates must be legally entitled to work in the UK.
