Position: CE303 Supporter Acquisition Officer
Location: Homebased, U.K. Nationwide, however occasional travel will be required as part of this role (May include team meetings or other work-related meetings)
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: Circa £30,600 per annum (inner London weighting £3,950 per annum or outer London weighting £2,100 per annum may be applied in accordance to where you live)
Contract: This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

The Role
Reporting to the Supporter Acquisition and New Product Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and driving innovation within our fundraising initiatives. You will be working with wider teams to help identify new products for our portfolio and to ensure that our products and offers are integrated.
As we continue to invest and grow our programme, this is a very exciting time to join our team.
Key responsibilities will include:
· Managing campaigns on brand and within budget
· Managing external agencies to deliver successful campaign KPIs
· Working with the team to identify new products and channels for testing
· Working with teams across the organisation to ensure integration
About You
You will have experience working in a fundraising and/or marketing environment and will have key strengths in:
· Organising and prioritising a busy workload
· Knowledge of fundraising regulations and compliance
· Good experience of Excel and working with numbers and spreadsheets, to deliver on campaign results, budgets, and reporting
· Good grammatical skills and experience of reviewing compelling copy
· Knowledge and interest in the charity fundraising sector
· Experience working on digital campaigns

As Individual Giving Executive for Camphill Village Trust, you will project manage a range of Individual Giving (IG) campaigns, mainly through engagement of existing donors, across a range of channels, including direct mail, email and social media. GFS is a feminist organisation with a mission to empower girls and young women in England and Wales to live their best lives. Girls as young as 6 tell us that they cannot be themselves. This causes problems for them and society. So, we offer an early intervention service for girls living in areas of deprivation to have the greatest impact.
This is an exciting role with an opportunity to lead the charity into the 150th Year of delivery and with a new strategy to address need. It will involve working with the leadership team and all departments but also the board and their support committees, the ambassadors, and presidents as well as the wonderful team of volunteers across England and Wales.

Reporting to the welcome team manager and sitting within the service delivery team, we’re looking for some who is:

- Experienced in using a CRM system to capture, store, and retrieve information on all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities
- Supporting volunteer and older people applicants in your region through the onboarding process.
- Leading online group volunteer inductions, checking references, and conducting ID checks.
- Conducting informal calls with older people applicants, ensuring that our services meet their needs.
- Collaborating with colleagues to identify applicants for volunteer roles or older people referrals.
- You’ll also be part of the team which responds to phone and email enquiries and that provides high quality support to older people and volunteers.

Essential
- Experienced user of Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Dynamics or equivalent systems.

The Role
As Interim Bid Writer you will be responsible for leading a team to maximise income. Duties will include:
- Developing and delivering income generation strategies with a focus on long-term sustainability.
- Managing bid development, leading on bid writing and funder relationships across statutory bodies, grants and trusts and other external stakeholders.
- Developing existing income sources and leading on development into new areas.
- Reviewing and segmenting the current supporters, and planning priorities and quick wins.
The Person
To be considered for this role you should come to us with significant experience in bid writing, and of developing relationships with grants and trusts. You should have a proven track record in this area, and also be a good communicator with the skills and attributes to build stakeholder relationships with ease.
