Barnabas International is a large family of Christian ministries and charities focused on
giving practical support to suffering, abandoned and persecuted Christians around the

Overview of the Regional Coordinator role and the team
The Regional Coordinator plays a vital role in advancing the mission of Barnabas Aid by
building and nurturing relationships with churches, Christian organisations, and
individuals. The role aims to raise awareness, prayer, and financial support for the
persecuted church, fostering a network of engaged supporters and expanding the
organisation’s outreach.
Main duties and responsibilities
Strategy Implementation and Reporting:o Develop and execute regional outreach strategies aligned with organisational
goals.
o Monitor and evaluate engagement initiatives, providing regular updates and
reports.
o Maintain accurate records of engagements and donor activities using internal
systems.
Prayer Mobilisation:
o Host regular prayer meetings (virtual or in-person) for the region.
o Disseminate prayer resources and stay updated on current prayer requests.
o Attend daily organisational devotions in-person or online, unless this is not possible
due to an event or meeting.
Awareness Raising:
o Speak at churches, schools, conferences, and community events to share
Barnabas Aid’s mission.

o Network widely and to explore potential partnerships.
Income Generation and Donations:
o Cultivate relationships with potential supporters and donors.

stewardship.
Volunteer Development and Engagement:
o Recruit (when possible) train, and mentor volunteers to support outreach activities
providing resources and regular communication.

Community Engagement and Networking:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with church leaders, mission committees,
and Christian organisations.
o Collaborate with other Regional Coordinators to share best practices and
coordinate efforts.
o Attend conferences and networking events to expand Barnabas Aid’s reach and
influence.
Event and International Collaboration:o Contribute to planning and attend national conferences, festivals, and events.
o Participate in international trips to meet project partners, witness project impact, to
assist or lead in auditing a project and share insights with supporters and
colleagues.
Operational Flexibility:
o Manage a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and extensive travel.
o Ensure tasks are completed efficiently, including additional assignments as
needed.

We are Zarach, the children’s bed charity, and we’re on a mission to end child bed poverty, giving children the opportunity to engage at school and break the cycle of poverty.

Zarach launched in Hartlepool & Stockton-on-Tees less than a year ago, and continues to grow with a launch in Middlesbrough in the coming months. We are looking to recruit a Family Engagement Officer to join our dedicated team. The successful applicant will have the exciting opportunity to be involved in the shaping and growth of this valuable local service as we grow in the Tees Valley.
As our ideal candidate you will need to be within commuting distance of the Tees Valley (particularly Middlesbrough, Hartlepool & Stockton), and be able to travel regularly to meet with the team and to conduct home visits across the region. You will also need to be able to attend our Leeds Warehouse, or other areas when required (approx. once per month).
You will be someone who has good experience of the broad range of day-to-day case management, working with external partners, volunteer support, and administrative activities that working in a dynamic charity brings, and someone who enjoys the busyness and variety of this.

STOPAIDS is a UK-based network with over 30 years of experience in the HIV response, and which also works more broadly across global health. About the role
STOPAIDS mobilises civil society, parliamentarians, the public and the media to influence decision-makers in the UK and globally on the advocacy impact areas outlined in our 2022-2025 strategy.
In partnership with senior leadership, the Media and Communications Manager will oversee the design and implementation of STOPAIDS' organisational-wide media and communications strategy that amplifies STOPAIDS’ impact and reputation across our key advocacy areas. This work includes providing media and communications guidance, coordination and delivery support to our joint advocacy projects with partners.
Our joint advocacy projects are subject to change, but currently include the Digital Health and Rights Project, the UK Civil Society working group on the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, TB and Malaria, the UK Civil Society working group for Unitaid and a new coalition to advocate on the future of the global health architecture.
The Media and Communications Manager will support STOPAIDS and our joint advocacy projects to achieve our advocacy objectives through identifying strategic media opportunities, managing relationships with media outlets, and securing external media coverage. They will also work with staff and partners to develop relevant high-quality media products and to develop and manage online communications content for our key social media and website platforms.
As a capable team leader, the Media and Communications Manager provides expert guidance to staff and partners, is comfortable coordinating and facilitating working groups and supports the leadership of people living with and affected by HIV. They also work with the Senior Leadership Team to ensure that media and communications strategies are aligned and complementary with other organisational strategies and priorities.
As with all STOPAIDS staff, and in partnership with the CEO and the Director for Development & Engagement, they will work to ensure the sustainability of the organisation by contributing 10% of their time to fundraising (to support with application and report writing) and other advocacy support.
The role has a six-month probation period.

Asylum Matters is looking for a dynamic campaigner committed to upholding the rights of people seeking asylum in Yorkshire & Humber and across the UK at a critical time. Asylum Matters plays a significant role in working towards positive change for refugees and people seeking asylum. We are a small team based around the UK, working locally and nationally with an extensive network of partners to advocate for progressive change in the asylum system. We work with frontline organisations and people with lived experience across the UK on a range of issues that affect people in the asylum system. We co-lead the award-winning Lift the Ban coalition campaign, that brings together almost 300 organisations calling for the right to work for people seeking asylum. The Yorkshire & Humber Campaigns Manager also lead our Lift the Ban campaign Nationally, working with our powerful coalition to raise our collective voices and call for working rights for people in the asylum system.
We are a facilitator of collaboration and joint action. Our work helps strengthen collective advocacy on asylum reform and ensures it is informed by the reality on the ground. The successful candidate will work in partnership with local organisations and networks in Yorkshire & Humber to develop and implement strategies for achieving change locally and nationally. Key Areas of Responsibility
Clinical strategy and plans for growth
Have responsibility for the strategic development of TTI’s clinical team, clinical delivery and clinical outcomes, to meet TTI’s ambitious and transformational Strategy 2025-2030.
Provide clinical leadership to the development of TTI’s strategic vision and annual delivery planning, models of service delivery, standards and clinical governance.
Support and enable partners, service users and especially those with lived experience to inform TTI’s clinical service design, delivery and evaluation and to engage in communications and research activities in a way that is psychologically safe and follows principles of trauma-informed practice.
Manage TTI’s clinical capacity and skills, and oversee the growth and development of the team, including recruiting, supervising and managing workload/ assignment of internal staff, associates and external multi-disciplinary team to ensure the organisation’s ability to meet service demand.
Develop and implement strategies to actively promote diversity in the clinical team and champion culturally sensitive approaches to trauma treatment through research, partnerships and new projects.

Oversee the development and implementation of TTI’s clinical treatment pathways for survivors of torture, trafficking, slavery and violent conflict or those affected by vicarious trauma or burnout through their work in human rights, including:
- up to date and evidence based clinical pathways for the main clinical presentations we see at TTI
- robust assessment, formulation, treatment and ending processes
- robust partnership agreements with organisations referring people to TTI for clinical treatment.
Develop and refine TTI’s clinical services in response to community needs and local/global events, in line with TTI’s strategy, including for working in international communities affected by violent conflict.
Maintain an appropriate clinical caseload.
Deliver services to TTI’s organisational clients, (including organisational reviews, trauma training, 1:1 professional consultations, critical incident support), especially to pilot, test and quality control these aspects of TTI’s delivery.
Support gaps in clinical team capacity as required to ensure smooth running of delivery and excellence of service to our individual and organisational clients.
Support internal processes led by the fundraising team to design new projects and develop grant applications in order to grow the reach and impact of TTI’s work.
Support the development of international projects and partnerships and oversee the safe delivery of international work, whether in person or online, in collaboration with the Projects and Partnerships Lead.
Attend conferences and networks of psychologists in order to learn and embed TTI’s clinical reputation and access to learning and dissemination.
Quality Assurance and Evaluation
Deliver an evidence-based and continuous evaluation culture and promote internal reflection and learning.
Maintain and further develop a robust framework for quality assurance and evaluation of TTI’s clinical activities, including engagement of clients, service users and those with lived experience.
Oversee the consistent use of evidence based clinical measures and ensure robust processes to monitor, evaluate, learn and report on the quality and impact of TTI’s clinical activities and outcomes.
Support the transition of TTI’s clinical team and associates onto client management software, with a focus on good data, confidentiality and consistency of adoption.
Ensure that all systems and processes for storing, managing and reporting on clinical/client data provide robust confidentiality, security and meet TTI’s policies and legal frameworks including Data Protection Act 1998, Caldicott principles.
Provide regular, timely and accurate data on TTI’s clinical activities and outcomes, to contribute to reports for donors, communications campaigns and annual impact reports and as required throughout the calendar year.
Provide quarterly performance reports to the CEO and Clinical Trustee on clinical performance, based on clinical data and input from the clinical team and attend Board meetings as requested to report on clinical delivery.
Oversee TTI’s processes for gathering and responding to feedback from clients and service users, and manage formal and informal complaints relating to the delivery of clinical delivery with the CEO.
Clinical Risk and Safeguarding
Hold delegated authority from the Board for TTI’s clinical risk management, including engagement in TTI’s Risk-Management Sub-Committee, driving implementation of risk-management and mitigation actions relating to clinical delivery and leading TTI’s monthly internal QSP meetings.
Feed into internal annual policy review processes, as they relate to clinical delivery, risk management and compliance with clinical duties and trauma-informed practice.
Be the Safeguarding Lead for TTI, escalating to the Senior Safeguarding Leads as required and ensure processes are in place to meet TTI’s Safeguarding Policy and procedures within the clinical team and associates.
People Management
Line manage and supervise senior clinical staff and provide support in their duties to manage and supervise their direct reports.
Notice and respond appropriately to any performance management issues.
